VERY NICE. BUT A BIT FAR FROM BANGLA STREET , TUK TUK takes bhatt. NO SEA VIEW. GREAT SWIMMING POOL., GOOD BREAKFAST.

This was the nicest hotel I stayed at in Thailand, and easily one of the least expensive as well. The hotel is in the south Patong area, a block or two from the beach, and a short, inexpensive taxi or tuk tuk ride from the nightlife area. (The nightlife area itself is quite noisy and a bit of a scene, so I think you're better off being a short taxi ride away.) The room are very clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly. And the pool is nice and relaxing. My only complaint is that, like other reviewers, I found the shower to be quite cold. I used the shower head in the separate bathtub, which was fine. Overall, I recommend this hotel highly. I ended up extending my stay in Phuket for a few more nights, and I tried a different hotel further north (the Album Hotel) -- but it was difficult to get to sleep there because there's so much street noise. It's a good idea to be a little bit outside the main area. I ended up moving back to the Mercure, and I definitely would stay here again on a return visit.

Hotel is exactly what you expect of a accor hotel.Lovely room nice pool with good restuarant and bars.Happy hours at the pool bar and lobby bar which is nice.The staff at the bars are really friendly and helpful.Good location close enough to beach,shops and nighlife.

We stayed in a pool view room. Room was spacious and comfortable, although we did notice a musty paint smell when we checked in. It soon went away and didn't bother us after our first night. Shower wasn't hot enough. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was great. The pool is excellent and location is only a short walk from Bangla Rd and Jungceylon mall. Room service was good and prices reasonable.

Floor and bed sheet not clean, there are sands in the bed, and the bed is slightly damp too!

very good family hotel - not too big so you get lost. excellent breakfast. will stay here on next trip.

A very good place to be. Service is great. Staff speasks English well is very helpful. We managed to get all useful information about places to visit and best beaches nearby from the staff at the reception. The only annoying thing there is that WIFI is free only at the lobby.

Great location, great accommodation. Nothing bad to say about this place!

The service is great and the room is spacious. The pool is clean and wonderful. The location of hotel is a little far from shopping mall and bangla bar street. Overall it is a good hotel worth to stay in it~

Good location not too close to the seedy action part but everywhere is close enough to walk. I liked the stay there.

Very nice hotel, beautiful pool. Staff was friendly. I liked the fact we were right at the end of everything, not right in the middle of busy patong, but still close enough to walk to eat, shop, & beach. I think I would try another hotel next time just to see what thats like, but definitely recommend to others.

Loved the hotel from moment I checked in as they let me chk in early even though I was a few hours early wit my family..the hotel staff were all very polite..overall will recommend it to all my family & frens..gd job Mercure patong as I will definitely be back there to book again when I m there wit my family..

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Patong beach. There was a great pool in the center of the hotel. Hotel offered several services including themed nights, etc. However, the room hand the strongest smell of mildew. The curtains smelled horrible as if they were never washed. There was free wifi in the lobby but we could never seem to get it to work. The food was overpriced and the hotel wanted to charge twice the outside rate for an airport transfer! They didn't offer to call us a cab or offer other advice for getting to the airport. Wouldn't stay again.

We are treated like royalty when we stayed in the hotel. The staff are very courteous. The price are very reasonable for the comfort and service we received.

after we checked out from a lousy hotel, we moved to Mercure Hotel Awesome place! very clean, well maintained

I stayed in late October and love this hotel. it definitely has a European feel. The room is large, as is the bed, and the bathroom has a granite sink and nice tub. The pool area is gorgeous, especially at night. The staff is friendly, and the happy hour and swim up bar are great. It's probably close to being a 5 star hotel. My only complaint is that while Wi-Fi is free in the lobby and pool areas, the in-room internet is too expensive. Other than that, I love this hotel!

After visiting Phuket, I can say one thing that this hotel was FAR FAR better than the rest..just by looking at it from outside, it was evident that i had made the right choice. Pros: - good location, close to the shops, eating places and bangla road (but far enough to skip the noise) - big spacious room and bathroom - comfortable bed and AC control - 2 nice pools with bars - very clean - friendly staff Cons: - poor amenities in bathroom...no toothbrush, toothpaste, qtips, bathroom slippers (but provided when we asked) - paid wifi .. which was a very negative point as all other lower priced hotels offered free wifi. the 'free wifi' in the lobby was only accessible through your own mobile device / laptop - only gave us an hour of late checkout however we requested for more and were even ready to pay extra.. but said that the room was already booked for another incoming party so we had to leave. other than that.. this hotel was pretty much great! i would definitely come back and book it again! if you want to enjoy the night life and have a nice place to come back and crash in to.. close your eyes and book it.. no need to search other nearby hotels as they seemed nice in pictures but when I saw them in real life.. they seemed really run down.

the motel was clean, about a 10 minute stroll to jungceylon shopping centre and bangla rd pool was great would highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is really 5 star. I have stayed in many resorts at Patong - this is the best, Staff are friendly, drinks are reasonably priced - especially Happy Hour.Room very modern French chic decor. Pool is excellent.

the hotel was located on the main area of batong beach and it was very close to shopping , beach and nightlife , the pool area was fantastic but the the pool bar played the same 7 song playlist all day :) (thai style) the room was very good. the staff to . we had a great stay !

环境很好，服务很周到，就是稍微有一点潮湿，不过总体很满意

美居基本配置，房间较旧，维护不错，泳池很舒服，地点不错，对面就是the rock cafe, 离江西冷步行12分钟，途中环境嘈杂，交通情况复杂，离著名let's relax spa很近，但当天几乎无法成行，对面的spa环境手法也很好，离海滩步行10分钟，但海景很差，环境混乱,作为普吉第一站能接受。。。

Des chantiers autour de l'hotels, des avenues bruyantes par la circulation, et la musique le soir, pas d'isolation phonique correcte, bref c'est moderne et très bien sauf le bruit.

Fräscht hotell som har bra läge, perfekt om man inte vill bo mitt i pulsen men ändå närhet till både pulsen och stranden. Fina rum och bra poolområde. Poolhandukar finns att låna vid poolen.

酒店总体还是不错的，就是离海边稍远了点，房间设施比较商务，就是空调实在是太吵了 总的来说还是不错的选择，个人比较推荐

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. But it was lot of noise from buildings work on the other side of the road. But no problem in the room. The breakfast was PERFECT!! Very good:)

ロケーションは思ったよりは悪くないが、中心街まではやや距離あり。ジャングルセイロンまで徒歩20分。ホテルのサービスは非常に好感の持てる良いホテルだった。部屋も綺麗。でも歯ブラシはおいてない。プール、意外と小さい。夕食ビュッフェはまったくうまくない。シャーブースとバスタブが分かれてるが、シャワーブースは超狭い。どうやって体洗うんだろ。私（身長180cm)は使えませんでした。

J'ai trouvé un cafard sur mon lit et le landemain un autre en train de grignoter mon paquet de chips, j'ai trouvé ca dégeulasse.sans oublier le ménage fait à la va vite, oublis de papier par terre, serviettes de toilettes et débarassage du balcon.hotel éloigné des endroits populaires.

Très bon séjour avec une disponibilité incroyable des employées de plus nous avons eu droit a un petit gâteau d anniversaire au bord de la piscine pour les 22 ans de mon fils je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel . Merci encore a toute l équipe .......

Nice place!! But the breakfast was very expensive, it wasn't included in the stayed. Ask for services price prior to make a reservation in this hotel.

Ich muste die Zimmer wechseln weil Schimmel überall die zimmer riecht sehr stark von Schimmel in Dusche war eine Bund von harem meine vorgengerin das aller schlimmste war als ich sah das kakarlake auf dem fernseh rumlief die nächste Zimmer war nicht viell besser also nie wieder in diesem Hotel

今次係再次入住,住客較上次少,可能係某些樓層要維修。環境靜中帶旺。但職員不較細心,如住客拿着行李,不懂上前協助。房內設施較兩年前殘舊了不少,但仍可接受!
