Quiet hotel but very outdated decor and amenities

The hotel was great, the service was fine. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. After exploring Mt St Helens, we needed a restful night with a hot tub. Got exactly what was needed. The breakfast was very good.

We recently stayed at this facility with our entire youth basketball team. Nice hotel, rooms much bigger than expected. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Hotel staff especially Mel (front desk clerk) and houskeeping were very helpful and friendly. There was a problem with processing my room key, the manager was pretty grumpy and could not articulate the problem. However, Mel explained the problem and escorted us to our room and personally delivered the key when problem was fixed. She really went out of her way to help.

We were expecting a hide-a-bed in the room. Didn't want to pay the 10 bucks a night for a roll away. So my kid slept on the floor. He'll live. He's young. Otherwise, no real complaints.

There's nothing really special about this hotel, but it's comfortable and quiet. I didn't use the pool; the fitness room is very small but got the job done. My room was clean. The heater was a bit iffy, seemed to make the room either too warm or too cold, but it ran fine. Breakfast was good: waffle maker, cereal, eggs, more than just a continental breakfast. The price was good, and I'd probably stay here again when I need to be in the area.

It was super convenient to stay in Battle Ground in visiting family. The rooms were clean, breakfast great, and a very enjoyable experience.

Quiet location. Room cleaned in a timely manner. Breakfast was conveniently located with good choices of food items.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, great room, great service. The location is a little off. There is just something a little odd about hotel sharing the same building as a mattress store. The room was very clean, but the hall carpet needed cleaning.

We used this hotel as a waypoint for our day trips. thank you

Nice, comfortable motel with large rooms for family. Plenty of neat restaurants nearby. Local residents very courteous and friendly :)

We enjoyed staying at this motel. The Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Quiet and family friendly. The pool area was very hot. The water was comfortable but the room was too hot. We would stay here again when in the area.

The hotel staff are very freindly. The location is a littel out of the way, but the price is worth it. They are upgrading the loby and overall its a good place to stay for the price.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. I was there for a wedding and so enjoyed the convenient location. Rachel was so helpful in anything I needed from shopping suggestions to dinner locations. My only complaint was there was no fan in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have after a shower. Otherwise I would certainly stay again and recommend to my family and friends.

The hotel is newer and pretty clean with friendly staff. There are some minor repair items, but nothing major. Overall good deal for the money.

The management and staff are very helpful and courteous. We enjoy our stay each time we visit the area.

We (me, wife, and 2 kids) enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and big. Bathroom and shower was nice. Got too hot in the room for me, but everyone else was fine. The pool is descent and towels were provided, which is nice. The hot tub was out-of-order, so I couldn't use that. The front staff was VERY friendly and the continental breakfast was very descent. I would (and probably will) stay here again.

Other than a little bit far from the free way, this hotel is clean and rooms are big enough. Espically bed is very confortalbe for sleeping.

other than a cleaner carpet, the stay was comfortable and nice. Laundry was done and breakfast was good but more space is defintely needed.

Everything was great except for one bad problem........no exhaust fans in the bathroom. None in ours or our daughters who was traveling with us. We could hear other room with theirs on though so they must only have them in some rooms. We took the motel aware it was a ways off freeways and Portland where we wanted to visit. It was the price that we liked and felt the traveling was worth the distance as it's only about twenty minutes from Portland's fun stuff.

The hotel stay was great for 80% except that the Free WI-FI and the Business Center was the only complaint I had. The hotel advertise free wifi but yet when I try to log on, I was unable to connect. I was disappointed. I reported it one hour after I check in with the staff member at the lobby and was only refer to a number of the internet service provider. To make matter worse, the business center was out of service due to smut/porn being on the computer. I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of help and that the business presentation I had to do was incomplete and I had to go to the nearest Starbucks to pay for wifi in order to complete my business presentation. I feel that I had been cheated and I didn't even get an apology and the staff member didn't even off to help solve my problem. Years of traveling for pleasure and for business, I choose hotel based on amenities. If they cannot deliver, don't advertise the service at all.

The staff was excellent. I was disappointed with the hotel, though. They were doing construction work in the lobby, and were using a chemical so strong that the smell made feel ill for several hours after just passing through the lobby. There were some stains on the seats of the chairs in our room. The beds were very hard.
