החדר היה מאד נקי ונוח. המלון בקרבת מקום לרכבת התחתית אבל יכולנו לשמוע את קרונות הרכבת כל הלילה מכיוון שהוא נמצא מעל הקרקע. המלון פרסם ארוחת בוקר חמה אבל הייתה דגני בוקר, טוסט, doughnuts ובייגלים.

אם כל מה שאתם צריכים הוא מקום לישון במחיר סביר אז המקום הזה הוא בסדר. אל תצפה ל-"נוף טוב" מאף חלון ואם השינה קלה כדאי שיהיו לך אטמי אוזניים מכיוון שהרכבת נוסעת מעל הקרקע. עבורי המלון היה בסדר אבל יש אנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים.

זה היה לילה מכובד, לא היו בעיות והמלון היה נקי.

הריח של מריחואנה בלובי של המלון היה חריף והשתלט כפי שהיה עם הסוחרים והיצאניות שרבו בנוכחות האורחים בלובי. בדלפק הקבלה אפשר לעמוד שם רבע שעה לפני שתייחסים אליך. אל תתאריח במלון הזה לעולם!!!

קודם כל המלון הזה נמצא במיקום הכי גרוע. נסעתי לשם עם מונית וציפיתי לצאת מהמלון לאכול משהו. אחרי שעות העבודה אני מציע שתשאר בחדר במלון מכיוון שהמיקום של המלון אינו הבטוח ביותר. בכניסה למלון הבחנתי מיד ברעש שהגיע מהרכבת העלית בדיוק מעל המלון. לא הצלחתי לישון בכלל. כל פעם שעצמתי את העינים לנוח הרכבת העיר אותי שוב ושוב. לא הייתי משלם לשהות יותר במלון הזה.

צוות אדיב, הגעתי למחרת, כשהגעתי לקבלה לעשות צ'ק אין הייתי מאוד עייף, הם נתנו לי להיכנס לחדר ואיפשרו לי לרכוש לילה נוסף באותו מחיר. ארוחת בוקר אירופאית סטנדרטית, לא מעולה אבל כוללת קפה ובייגלה. היה לי חדר עם עישון, החדר לא היה נקי כמו החדרים האחרים אבל מכמה סיבות הרצפה ליד הדלת הייתה רטובה. הייתי צריך לבקש חדר אחר אבל כבר הייתי סחוט ופשוט קרסתי. זה מאוד קשה לתאר איפה נמצא המלון בגלל שהוא ממקום מתחת לגשר בכניסה לכביש מהיר. אני חושב שאני מצאתי את המלון רק בזכות הסמארטפון.

צריכים לעבוד עם ספקי אוכל אחרים. לקח לי 3 נסיונות על מנת להוריד את הטמפרטורה של המזגן בחדרי. החדר היה מאוד נקי ומתוחזק. אבוא שוב רק לזמנים קצרים.

ממש קרוב, המלון ממש מעל תחנת העצירה, למזלי אני מטייל חסכן ולכן אני תמיד שומר על אטמי האזניים. ארוחת בוקר בסוף שבוע? דגני בוקר, חלב יושבים בפינה למי יודע כמה זמן. אין חדר עישון? ובכן אני לא מעשן לאחרונה לכן זה לא דיבר אליי אז ביקשתי שיעבירו אותי לחדר אחר, מה שקרה. אני שריינתי את החדר בעלות והגישה לרכבת התחתית לא נראית לעין. צוות נונשלנטי.

מלון נקי ונח. שהיתי במלון כבר לפני כן ואשאר בעתיד. לא רע עבור המחיר!

שהיתי פה לילה אחד לפני הריאון לבית הספר. צוות הקבלה לא יעיל. פתחתי את המנעול ושני חרקים יצאו החוצה. לאחר מכן פתחתי את המגירה ושלושה חרקים יצאו החוצה. כ"כ נגעלתי.

The lobby smelled of urine. The staff was not helpful. The room smelled like smoke and the train passing by did not allow me to sleep well. Worst hotel stay of my life!

This place was okay for a short trip. I didn't think the price was fair for what we got. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms were clean. The entrance smelled like sewer/urine.

The room was ok. clean and all. But they had construction, paint, smell on 4th floor.Surroundings... Police Station around the corner. There's a reason. Open XXX channel - not good if you're with family, or not into that stuff.

Really close by MTA and LIRR, I didn't like my room the first day because it was on the first floor and I have a very light sleep so with any sound from the outside I wake up, so I ask to the front desk to change it, and I get a new room and it was perfect for me,...even with the sound of the subway I got a good sleep :)

I stayed here with my bf for a simple weekend getaway. It was fairly decent.. We arrived in Manhattan and took the subway to the hotel, which was perfect for us because the hotel is literally right next to the subway. We stayed in a non-smoking room with one king bed, exactly as we requested. We checked in very late, which was fine. As we walked up to our room on the 2nd floor we noticed only our floor smelled like someone was smoking weed and it looked like they were in the process of re-painting a small section of the wall by the elevator, but as soon as we walked into our room we could no longer smell the weed. Our room was very clean and updated. The subway was outside our room and if we listened very closely we could here it, but that made the experience of being in nyc even more exciting.. none of the outside noises prevented us from getting good sleep since they had double windows to help sound proof. Some of our sheets were slightly teared in the corners.. but it was barely noticeable. The pillows under our pillow cases were very stained and yucky, but we tryed our best to ignore that. There was a coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and such, and a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, nice big flat screen HDTV w/ remote, desk and office chair, dresser, coat closet, lock safe, nice big full body mirror, towels wash cloths, floor mat, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, hand towels and more in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

heater very very noisy,, shower head spew water all over celing and floor ,called down and report it .and ask for towels to put on the wet floor ,no one came with towels was afraid of slipping so i used what towel i had on the floor.no one address my complaints ,,maniger was kind enough to let us used office rest room after check out ..since there is no rest room to use once you checked out, and waiting for your transpotation to come..,

Clean and well kept

It was nice, clean and quiet.

Lobby was filthy and dirty . Rug had debris and wall base was ripped throughout hallway on 3rd floor. Elevator was unclean.

the room was dirty my sheet where not clean I went down to tell front desk and the guy behind the bullet proof glass would not do anything to help and he was very rude

It really not a safe place for me and my daughter..it okay but I can't sleep while I was there..

Loud, diry and rude just like Brooklyn. Room was small and uncomftable. Front desk was rude and unhelpful as if you are a burden. Better deals and people near by. Loud subways and street brawls all nite. Cleaning people were friendly but do not speak much english. If u watch any tv no channels to watch.It was the only place during hurricane Sandy that had rooms. No more need be said.

The room wreaked if weed and the curtains look like it had blood stains

This spot would have been perfect if not for 2 things. First, check-in time was way too late. I mean seriously, who sets check in time to 3pm

The location of the hotel is sketchy. Very noisy rooms (trains are passing next to the hotel's rooms). I can't believe that they have built a hotel next to the subway.

Near by a highway. Noisy.

This tiny little hotel was tucked discretely into a corner of a busy Brooklyn street. At first I didn't even think I had the right place. Once inside, the hotel was well-kept and the actual room was small but comfortable. This would have all been perfectly fine except that the hotel is adjacent to elevated subway tracks. The first time a train thundered by it drowned out the television and I swear the room shook a little. This went on every few minutes until I finally fell asleep. I was then awakened by the same racket somewhere around 5 am and was never able to drift back off. I value my sleep and therefore would not return.

I enjoyed the stay very convienent the room was clean my only problem was the walls are paper thin and u hear things u don't want to lol other then that the trains but it's really not that bad

Parking was a major challenge, only a few parking spaces on the property. Parking after hours is at your own risk. Breakfast area is too small and congested, only seats 5 persons comfortably. Guest service was reasonably well.

I would not recommend this place to any one. First of all, there are only 13 parking spots for the entire hotel... And we weren't lucky enough to score one. Parking in that area was dreadful. It was loud out. The train tracks are right outside the window. The breakfast was bad. The worst part of the experience was at 3am when a complete stranger opened our door to our room!! The night crew didn't know the room was already taken and gave someone else the key! Then they call our room to ask how we got there! It was terrible. We had to explain that the day crew checked us in.

Room rate for hotel was good. What was unacceptable: Location of hotel is next to "L" train line which loudly rumbled past the hotel every 10 minutes !! From my hotel room window I could literally see the faces of passengers on the trains and because of the noise I was unable to sleep comfortably. Additionally, when I called to arrange for taxi pickup the following morning, I was advised that this hotel is located in an "under-served" area. Translation: Hotel location is "sketchy".

Front desk has glass enclosure with a little speaker box to talk and below that a tray to exchange money. (Like buying ticket at subway or movie theater) Waited almost 1 hour to get room while standing in line with 7 other guests waiting for same thing. One man operation and he doesn't care. L.I. Railroad and local L train converge out front above hotel. Breakfast? don't know: closed at 9 am; door locked. Room clean but bedspread stained. Police park outside on street. Lots of eye opening activity going on here for someone from suburbia. I suspect rooms rented out for nefarious activity by locals, i.e. hourly use

I don't see why people are complaining. This hotel was nice and quiet minus the trains but it's NYC. Unless your A light sleeper it won't wake you up decent prices considering the time frame I was in. Otherwise no complaints

The hotel is in a rough neighborhood in east new york. If you don't belong there, you will stick out a lot. Wouldn't recommend arriving by subway, even during the day. The price I paid wasn't really low enough to justify the dangerous location. The place itself is ok, well-kept, and run by a courteous staff consisting of south asians (India I think) from behind a bullet-proof glass window where you slide the credit card through a slot. The hallways and room smell faintly of cigarettes and curry powder. The reception is meant to be 24 hours but sometimes is left unstaffed for a few minutes, with the front door wide open. Street walkers come in with their johns from off the street sometimes, but I saw them turned away despite plenty of rooms being available, which I think is good. The main actual clients seemed to be either people like myself who didn't know what they were getting into (including some Europeans) and some former residents of the neighborhood (East NY) who had made some money and got out, and were coming back for a visit. The reception is willing to call a "cab" for you, which in my case was a Dominican guy in an SUV with no meter. The room was perfectly adequate, comfortable, and clean. I commend the staff for making the most of difficult circumstance, but think hard on whether this is really the hotel for you.

very much dissatisfied the cahier was very rude i will never stay their again.The smell of drugs and smoke, breakfast horrible.Not me again.
