מוצא חן בעיני המלון הזה, השהיה בו אחרי יום מאומץ, נתנה לי נוחות רבה. הוא החביב ביותר עלי !

מלון טוב במקום טוב, רק 3 או 4 דקות הליכה מצפון ל Grand Place. הלכנו מה eurostar terminal וזה לקח לנו בסביבות ה 30 דקות. התמורה טובה למלון הזה - החיסרון היחיד הוא המחיר המוגזם לארוחת בוקר.

מלון נחמד עם בר מצויין וחדרים מאוד נוחים.

התגוררתי בבריסל כך שידעתי מה אני רוצה. מיקום מושלם. מלון מדהים למרות שהוילונות נראו שקופים וזה היה קצת מטריד. לא הזמנתי ארוחת בוקר כי היא לא שווה את המחיר וזה נחמד יותר לצאת לארוחת בוקר ולשבת בבית קפה מקומי סמוך. שירות לקוחות מעולה. ביקרתי במאות מלונות בבריסל כחלק מעבודתי, המלון הזה הוא המועדף עליי!

זהו אחד מן המלונות הטובים שאי פעם שהיתי בו. עיצוב הפנים מודרני מאוד ומשגע, החדר שלנו היה בגודל מצויין, מאוד נקי ועם סטייל והצוות תמיד היה שמח לעזור. המיקום גם הוא מושלם- מומלץ בחום.

היתה לנו שהייה נפלאה ב- Dominican. שירות מעולה החל מצוות הקבלה. אהבתי את הבר המושחט. הקיטור היחידי שלי הוא שהיו חסרות מגרה או שתיים בחדר כדי לסלק דברים מן העיניים (ארון גדול היה) אבל מלבד זה, נוח מאוד. הסביבה המיידית לא הכי יפה אבל קל להסתובב לאתרים מרכזיים ושווה עבור מלון חביב כזה.

המלון עכשוי ומרשים עם תקרות גבוהות ועיצוב פנים יפה. החדר יכול היה להיות טוב עבור שניים אבל בטוח איננו מיועד לשלושה אנשים. ציפינו לחדר דה-לוקס עבור שלושה ובמקום זה קיבלנו חדר שיכול להכיל רק שתי מיטות עם המיטה השלישית בחדר, היה ממש קשה לזוז ! חדר האמבטיה שופץ לאחרונה והמקלחת מהממת אבל גודל החדר בהחלט היה מגרעה. בהחלט נחזור לכאן במידה שנהיה רק שניים.

כאשר התקבלנו המלון חשב שהזמנו רק לילה אחד אבל היה בידנו אישור מודפס מ- hotels.com שמראה ששילמנו מראש עבור שני לילות. האיש בדלפק הקבלה צילצל לברר והכל נפתר בכמה דקות. הוא היה מנומס מאוד ומקצועי בקשר לכך והתנצל על העיכוב. השירותים היו נחמדים והמיטה נוחה מאוד ועשויה לשינה טובה. התלונה היחידה שלי היא השערה השחורה הארוכה שמצאתי על המגבת...מלבד זאת חדר אמבטיה היה נקי מאוד.

המלון הזה מעוצב נפלא, נוח מאוד ואלגנטי. הצוות ידידותי ומועיל. המיקום מעולה - הליכה קלה לרובע ההיסטורי. היינו שם באוקטובר והחדר היה מעט חם. אבל מלבד זאת זה היה מושלם! הצטערנו שלא יכולנו להישאר יותר.

I loved the hotel from the moment I walked through the front door. The lobby and restaurant area is beautiful. The staff was always very helpful and professional. I had a lovely and very comfortable room overlooking the courtyard. The location was perfect and I truly enjoyed my 3 night stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Rooms were well furnished with super shower, comfortable beds, and all amenities including a small gym and spa. The staff were pleasant and professional, and the young man on concierge was most helpful.Our only gripe was the temperature of the room- even though climate control is available- it doesn't seem to work efficiently and the room is unbearably hot. Gripe two is not being able to drive right to the door for unloading. Parking is very near- but we had elderly guests with us- so the option to 'drop off' would have been advantageous- Overall a 5 star stay and a definite return when we are back in Brussels this summer.

I was pick pocketed on my way from the metro to the hotel leaving me with no cash and no cards. Unfortunately this seems to be a very common occurrence in this area. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to make international calls from the reception desk to cancel my cards and allow me to access alternative funds.

The hotel was great, convenient location. Impeccable decor. One fellow guest said the lifts are "truculent" - you need a key to access them. Internet service was so-so, one of the main negatives.

Fabulous hotel.. I usually do not review, but this was so wonderful that I must let people know!

This hotel is in a great location, close to Grande Place and the excellent fish restaurants of Place St Catherine. Very clean and lovely room with both a shower and bath in the ensuite. Only downside was that room was too hot and we could not cool it down, even with the small window open, which unfortunately let in noise from the streets below. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel as we thought it too expensive but rather to breakfast at one of the local cafes at around one third of the hotel price. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, staff was great and very friendly. Excellent bar and lounge area with a nice outside area to smoke if needed. Room was spacious and very comfortable. I travel to Brussels a lot and for the price its an exceptional place to stay, will absolutely come back.

Slightly atypical, in that it is playing Gregorian chant in the lift, but great hotel. Convenient for both shopping and the old town, while just outside of the tourist bustle. Nice room style and hotel decor.

The Dominican is a very beautiful and clean hotel...definitely top shelf. It is also located in a great spot close to the Grand Place, Christmas fairs, many bars and restaurants, and wonderful shopping. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was the best we experienced during our entire trip to Luxembourg, Belgium and France (3 nights of 10). The only strange note is that the hotel did not offer valet parking. We dropped off our bags, and were given directions to a nearby parking garage (just around the block). It was not a big deal. However, we did think it strange that such a nice hotel would not offer such an amenity (reason for my 4 rating on hotel service). The hotel bar and restaurant were both excellent and provided a relaxing but elegant atmosphere. The hotel staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was superb. Staff were attentive but not pushy, very comfortable bed and room, and within 200m walk you could be in the bustle of the Grand Place restaurants. I would very happily stay at The Dominican again. Brussels Christmas Markets were leagues ahead of Lille. Parking was a little tricky, but there are 3 car parks close to the hotel.

A 5 minute walk to the central train station, the hotel is lovely and quiet. The President of Hungary was also staying there at the time - so it was even more fun!

It took us ages to find the hotel but that was mostly our fault. It would have been really useful to get details of nearest metro station in the email which came a few days before the trip. Staff,however,were very helpful when I phoned to say I was lost. Hotel was lovely when we finally arrived only 2 issues were that TV didn't work on the first night but they fixed it the next day and our room service took longer than expected but they apologised and it was delicious so all OK. No swimming pool though, which would have been nice.

Loved the monk music in the lifts!

Excellent location within walking distance of of the main train station (and therefore the tour bus) and the main square. Currently there is some refurbishment of the road the hotel is on, but this didn't affect our visit - once the work is finished the first impression of the hotel from the outside will definitely improve. Didn't have breakfast because it was a ridiculous price - this really would have to be my only criticism of the hotel - had it been more affordable & we would definitely have eaten there.

Everything was excellent except for two related problems:1) The room faced the wall of another building and there was a large window on the other building facing our room. To maintain privacy it was necessary to keep the blackout curtains closed most of the day. 2) Number one would not have been a problem if there were good artificial lighting in the room, but there was not enough artificial lighting in the room. The service in the hotel was excellent, especially the people at the front desk.

we booked & paid for what was advertised as a Triple Room for 3 nights but when we arrived it was a small double with a camp bed at the end of the double bed underneath the TV. We spoke to the Manager and she said that was all that was available. There was no apology offered and her attitude was one of indifference. This was our only holiday this year and we felt that our problem was not taken seriously. We were booked on a room only basis - and the rate was not cheap. We checked out the next morning to the fabulous Radisson around the corner and even though it was a dbl room with an extra bed, the room was big enough to comfortably fit it. While we appreciate it may well have been the only room available, and not much they could do about that ,they could have been a little more sympathetic and perhaps offered breakfast or even wine & chocs as a gesture of good will, instead because of the poor attitude they lost 2 nights accom & long term customers.

overall really pleased. great hotel design, and friendly and accomodating service. excellent location close to the grand place, shopping, seeing sights, and transportation, yet private, secluded and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location. (Coffee machine broken in our room and construction in the locality were minor offences). Strongly recommend this hotel for Business or Leisure.

The hotel is in a good location. The interior and the exterior of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was courteous, and helpful. The hotel rooms were definitely larger than any hotel rooms that I have stayed around Europe. The AC was not working properly but I chuck that to europe has old buildings, but we were able to open the window which was plus. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Refreshments had not been restocked in room (no coffee, tea) Long check out and reception answer times, staff were pretty busy, but very friendly.

We stayed here only one night but were very satisfied. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable especially for European standards. The hotel is very close to all the touristy stuff but not right in the center of it. The front desk staff was friendly.

A very convenient location near De bruckere Metro, ideal for business accomodation with reasonable rates. modern style ambient atmosphere and welcoming warm staff and rooms. Only negative is the not so exciting view from the room windows and some noise coming from an engine at the roof as i had a room on the top floor but cannot consider these as important issues. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

The Dominican is an excellent hotel which is well-located in the centre of Brussels, in a quiet side street near the Grand'Place. Bedroom was perhaps a fraction smaller than some of the major chain hotels but comfortable and well fitted out. Free wi-fi. Rooms have a choice of shower or bath, not both. Location in a side street means that there is hardly any noise from traffic. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. I liked the breakfast room location overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard. As a regular business visitor to Brussels I have tried most of the main central hotels but never really been taken by any of them. Having found the Dominican, I will certainly be going back there.

Couldn't say a single thing was wrong with this hotel. I stayed here for my 30th Birthday and the staff were wonderful, the hotel was extremely trendy clean and the bed is sooooo comfortable. Thanks for looking after me. Would definitly stay here again.

I stayed one night at this hotel with my family. It was fantastic. Very close to the main square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Only one thing... we wanted to have teeth brushes. But it is good for ecology.

This hotel is absolutely recommendable to anyone who appreciates good service, clean and stylish rooms and a perfect location right in the middle of Bruxelles.

Attractive boutique hotel located short walk from Grand Place and very central. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is attractive design Two negatives were 1 quality of cleaning of rooms there was dirt on the floor and I had to call to have supplies replaced 2 a rip off in the Resturant where I was told that I could not have tap water and discovered that the bottle of water I then ordered was charged at €8 when I got the bill. This was compounded by very slow service and the discovery that (at least) part of my meal came from a pre prepared package. At their prices there should have been a proper chef cooking from basic indigredients.
