Four Points by Sheraton Historic Savannah - סוואנה

I was very pleased with my stay.

this was a great hotel all the staff were excellent the location was good near all the places we wanted to see and eat.the deal we got from hotel.com was outstanding the hotel was everything we couldhave asked for thanks

Other than for the less than spacious room and the door key having to be reset each day, hotel staff was aware of the issue but this didn't make the stay as convenient as it could have been.

Room was adequate,but not spotless. We stayed in a room with one king size bed. The bed was not very comfortable and the carpeting was dirty and worn. Although the hotel was close to City Market, some of the nearby neighborhoods were quite run down. I would look for a different hotel on a return visit to Savannah.

Perfect! The staff of this hotel were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs!! Perfect location, too!

Savannah is a very walkable town. This hotel is strategically located near all interesting areas of historic downtown Savannah. The room is small, mostly taken up with the king size bed. Although the hotel is valet only parking at $18 per day, we were able to find a spot on the street just outside the front door and parked for free.

too small room, sink is ridiculous. Looks outdated, cheap. Not what I expect from Starwoods chain. Breakfast very bad. Location is perfect but the hotel is not. Needs renovation.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced, riverfront location hotel this would be a good choice. The hotel is newer in design, has a nice lobby, small fitness (cardio) room, and a decent breakfast all in a very good downtown location. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but they are clean and comfortable.

the hotel was awesome and the guest service was well above great!!!

The hotel is great! It is within walking distance to many attractions including city market and the riverwalk. It has food around. They staff is very accommodating. The room was very clean however starting to show a little wear and tear- Peeling wallpaper and whatnot, but nothing that affected my stay. The computers went down during my check in- so I got charged twice for valet parking, but I'm hoping that they will take care of this. I think that this hotel was great for what I needed- but the price was a little steep. I would look for something cheaper next time- but in the same location.

For the price we paid I thought the location was great. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing.

The most comfortable bed i have ever slept on in a hotel!! Maybe anywhere. We stayed here two nights while in town for a concert. The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect. I will be staying here if ever in Savannah again.

We had a wonderful time! It is 2 blocks away from City Market and River Street which are 2 of the main places we wanted to be able to walk to. We did not use vallet services as we found street parking close by. The staff (all of them!) were SO friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that the shampoo is terrible. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place!

Great location - easily found after dark from airport, great restaurants to walk to! Desk staff were excellent with recommendations. Comfortable clean room with plenty of pillows!

Close to all of the bars/restaurant so you can walk. Also very close to a housing project. Ended up parking on the street to save the $18 a day fee. Overall a good stay if you want to be downtown

The location was perfect for what we needed. But, in that the room had a king size bed, which was very comfortable, we thought the sink in the bathroom would be a little bigger to accommodate two people. An amenity that would also have been helpful would have been a listing of tv stations.

The hotel was located in the heart of the historic district. Everything was readily available. Check in was effortless, The property is well maintained to include the public and private areas, The room was detailed - carpet in excellent condition, the corners were clean, the bathroom was spotless and well stocked, everything was dust free. I will stay here again upon my return.

We came to Savannah for an anniversary trip. It is a beautiful city. The people were all so nice and they all have that Southern Charm that I am used to since we are from Alabama. the Toddlers and Tierra's group was there. The only drawback that we had was that they did interviews outside our room in the hallway while we were trying to relax in our room. You would think that they would have done this in the conference room or lobby. But other than that we loved the stay and the beautiful city of Savannah!!! T & S

Grest hotel for early risers...the road noise is a bit loud in the morning but overall we loved our stay. Easy walk to the riverfront and great view of the bridge. I would definately stay hereagain.

We have never experienced friendlier or more efficient service. In fact the entire staff was more than helpful, they were sincerely interested in our comfort and well-being while in Savannah. We definitely look forward to visiting again.

Short stay, just overnight, but very nice facility, close to restaurants, etc.

Excellent location for sight seeing, resturants and local pubs.

The front desk was okay, they forgot to leave coffee cups twice tough to have coffee from a instant machine with out cups. Forgot to leave a bar of soap, which is tough to do to!! $18.00 nightly for parking was a total rip off! Would definitely stay some where else next trip to Savannah!!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is outstanding, from the front desk to Valent Parking. They addressed me by my name every time and did many little things that were above and beyond normal service. It's also located for easy walking to River Street and City MarketI was on the 5th floor and had a good rooftop view of the city. The comfort bedding was good, and I slept well there. And for the price, it was nice to have a restaurant, bar, and room service. I would definely stay here againL

Great location and friendly front desk staff. The carpeting in the rooms needs updated and the bathrooms are in great need of updating tile grout was very dirty and wallpaper coming off the walls. The rooms are extremely noisy both in relation to outside noise and hallway noise. Not sure I would select this hotel again on future visits due to the noise levels. Did not get a good night sleep either night due to noise.

Staff very friendly starting with valets. Rooms clean. Concierge very helpful

The staff were exceptionally friendly. There is metered parking on the street, or you can have valet service, although it does cost $18 plus a courtesy tip. It was a great central location, and the staff was anxious to help. If the weather had cooperated, we would have probably stayed longer.

We loved the hotel and staff.

The hotel was within walking distance of River Street and many of the historical sites in Savannah. Hotel service was excellent!

Have stayed here a half-dozen times during the past few years; Excellent value, but beware: There is that pesky daily charge for valet parking. Easy walk to everything in town, and restaurants and shops along the river. Staff is well trained and accommodating.

Excellent, Some of the reviews made us apprehensive, but we guess you just can't please some people or they are too pompous for their own good.

Truly in the heart of things. Well placed for shopping and restaurants.

The staff was absolutely polite and delightful. It was my first time in Savannah and I'm planning to come back with the family. I loved the buffet breakfast it was fresh, hot and delicious.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. Close to all locations that I wanted to visit. will definetaley stay here again

It was conveniently located and as advertised on the internet. My only complaint was there was an additional charge of $15.00 for overnight parking. It came as a surprise as was not mentioned in hotel amenities that were listed as part of the hotel offerings. Many, many hotels in the area were advertising "free" parking. For the price we paid, I think, parking should have been included.

When I made reservation there was no mention that the bathroom was handicapped accessible. No tub just a curtain down to floor and a drain in center of bathroom. Had to lay towels down between shower curtain and rest of bathroom to keep it dry. It should have been mentioned. Also no mention of valet parking only for $15/night. Housekeeping was slamming doors at 9AM. Otherwise, clean hotel and 5 minute walk from shops/bars/restaurant.

Close to Savannah's City Market and great restaurants. Will stay here again.

The Hotle itself was beautiful. The service was great and everyone was friendly. The Location was on the outscerts of downtown but not too far from the main attractions. Only thing that was bad was the room size and the nasty blood stained sheets that were on the bed. You could tell they had been cleaned but the stains were very visible. These sheets should have been thrown away ASAP. Probably going to choose a different hotel closer to the middle of town next time.

The staff was friendly and over accommodating. The first floor is beautiful. My room had a bad stench (they commented wet carpet) second room had tiny bathroom. It was on edge of cultural center. I was uncomfortable as the immediate area was vacant and run down.

We enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. Room was very comfortable but a bit small.
