Comfort Suites North - נוקסוויל

The hotel was just off the highway and there are several gas stations and restaurants nearby for your convenience. The rooms were large, clean, and relatively cheap. For the cons: 1 - The tile around the indoor pool was so slick you almost had to crawl to get across the room for fear of falling. 2 - The bath tub creaked so bad that I was certain I would fall through the floor at any moment.

Arrived at 2:30 to the smell of fresh baked cookies. Yummy. Staff was so friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were very small so I recommend brining your own. I enjoyed my stay very much. I was only there for one night so didn't get to check out the pool. Would have loved to stay longer. Will be coming back and staying longer.

The room was very comfortable, loved that the sitting area and sleeping area were separated with french doors. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Breakfast had a large selection, nice bedding, front desk very helpful.

I was pleased with my overall experience at this hotel. However, my biggest complaint is that the large heavy curtains did not close all of the way. Where they were installed, the track just simply ended and the curtains would only close 1/3 of the way. Only the sheers closed all of the way. During the night, the lights from the city were shinning brightly through the window. I had trouble sleeping. The breakfast was pretty good, but they did not offer bacon, eggs, sausage and gravy with biscuits every day (we stayed three nights). One morning there was biscuits and gravy, the next day was sausage and eggs and the next day was bacon and cheese omelets. It would have been nice if all of it was offered every day. They had two waffle makers. In addition, I felt that the room was a little too small, but for the price, it was adequate. It would have been nice if the hotel had had a DVD player in the room. On one evening, I bought a bottle of wine and I did not think to pack a bottle opener and I called the front desk and they did not have one that I could use. It would have been convenient if they had had one. There were many conveniences that I was pleased with, like having a refrigerator in the room and also a microwave, coffee maker, a desk and a small couch and TV, but again, the room was rather small for everything. The bed was fairly comfortable.

I booked this hotel through hotels.com and got an amazing rate! The rate was even better than government rate!! Plus, i didn't owe any fees or charges when I checked out. Everything was included in the up front bill!The hotel is very comfortable and service pleasant! The room was beautiful! and OH MY GOSH... the bed, it's like sleeping on clouds! Very clean, plenty of towels, and even had a refrigerator and microwave! So my cold beer stayed COLD! Over all, this is one of the nicest hotels for the price I paid. Will definitely be staying at Comfort Suites again!!

This hotel was very comfortable and central to to the locations we wanted to see. There were 5 other people who booked rooms here (we were all going to a concert in town), and everyone was happy with their room. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the suite was comfortable for us to be able to get together before and after the concert. There was a great variety of restaurants available very nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Comfort Suites was more than expected. The hotel has a very homey feel in the lobby, very comfortable physically and the atmosphere was relaxed. Our room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is about the pillows. They were odd in shape and difficult to position comfortably. The complimentary breakfast had several selections with hot items available like make it yourself waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. I would not hesitate to book again with comfort suites. Great value.

The front desk staff was amazing. They went out of their way to help us. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, Comfortable, Contemporary, Cost-conscious are my "four C's" of hotel stays. You might add convenient, too, as this particular Comfort Suites proved to be only five minutes by interstate to downtown Knoxville and the UTK area. The hotel seemed brand new, sporting all the contemporary features, conveniences, and service qualities that make a hotel stay enjoyable. The facility, furnishings, and linens all felt fresh and new. Our suite had two queen beds that felt even better than ours at home, and extra pillows we found in the closet made for wonderful well-needed sleep. The couch area was nifty and helpful, as were the included microwave and spacious mini-fridge (again, both spotless). Even the coffee maker was mentionworthy--it brewed into a little carafe rather than individual cups, as I've seen elsewhere. The fact that the doors to the rooms are in little coves along the hallways and the way the rooms are laid out seem to make them conducive to a nice, quiet stay—very little ambient noise. The hotel staff are the nicest folks you'd ever want to meet; along with giving us anything we needed with a smile, when asked for dining suggestions and so-forth, they were happy to converse with you. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and included TWO flavors of Belgian waffles! ALL at a price that was barely north of the three figure mark. We plan to be in Knoxville a lot over the coming years, so if the rates are still good, we'll make every effort to stay there again.

The hotel was very nice, however, I feel we cheated the local pub out of the cover charge for the band that was playing. It sounded like it was right outside the window. Other than the noise, the hotel was great and the staff was very courteous.

Very nice hotel. Quiet area. Nice alternative to downtown Knoxville hotels that book up quickly. Easy five mile drive. Bathroom a little cramped but other than that very satisfied!

Everythiing was great except that the indoor pool was not available for use during our stay. Our 2 granddaughters were extremely disappointed.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and have always found it to be clean, comfortable, and a good place to "come home to" after working at our Knoxville site. This trip was, honestly, the worst experience I've ever had at this hotel. The first room I stayed in had a light bulb that was burned out. The air conditioner in the second room was not working when I arrived, but the staff had it up and running in about 5 minutes....oh, and the tub in my room creaked loudly. All very minor things. All in all, this is a good hotel in a good area, and I always try to stay here when I visit this part of the state.

Quality inn Suite in this location was unbeliebable. we have stayed many quality inn suite in different state, this quality inn suite was the best.

The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was much better than most places and the fresh warm cookies in the afternoon were delicious! The rooms were great and the beds are comfy. Little pillows are cute. The only complaint is that the exercise equipment is limited and not in the best shape.

In order to be called a suite, a short wall was added making the room difficult to use. The king size bed was almost as wide as the wall - leaving 12 inches on one side and 18 inches on the other. To get out of bed in the dark it was very easy to bang up against the wall and the heater. Location VERY convenient to a wide range of restaurants. Try the local Italian, Puelo's Grill, just up the street. Great food, good prices.

I thought this hotel was a great price for what it was, a very clean, comfortable place with a great staff. The major concern I had is not listed on the survey, the noise was out of control. It sounded like the highway ran through the parking lot, it was the loudest I have every heard, even though the street is quite a distance from the building. If I was to return I would just make sure I was on the opposite side of the building, that may help.

We had plenty of room and this was just what we needed for our weekend UT visit. Would definitely stay here again. The ONLY complaint I would have was there was some noisy kids in the common area that I could hear but I soon drifted off to sleep (quite peacefully I might add).

Really nice accommodations and the staff is helpful if you ask.

the lobby of the hotel is very nice and clean, which made us very surprised when we got to our room and saw what bad shape it was in. chipped paint on the walls, damaged lampshades, stains on the floor, and even hair in the shower. we will not be coming back to this hotel

spacious room. like the hotel and amenities...but there seams to be an odd smell in there kind of smells dirty like a faint skunk smell. we worked out that all the towels and linens have the smell ...so my family feels the cleaning products of the hotels actually lets them down a lot as the whole location has the smell thur out. it wuz not disturbing enough to leave the hotel or complain.. but liked everything else here..just wish the smell of the location whould get a face lift so to speak..:-)

This property was much nicer than we expected: Well appointed rooms, convenient layout, clean. We will definitely be back!

Front desk clerk was very helpful and accomodating. Much more so than the men we tried to talk to when making reservations. Probably could recommend this to others if they wanted just a normal room.

The hotel still had a new feel to it. The suite was quite roomy and functional. I do wish the television was updated, but for a clean place to sleep comfortably the hotel was great.
