The Outrigger Reef next door - they are supposed to be working along with the waikiki shore to - would not even answer simple questions without defering... for us to call the other location. When we wanted to store suitcases - we were first told it was not possible by the Reef then instead of walking away with our dejected tails between our legs we pushed further to discover(as we were told by the Outrigger wiakiki shore) that we could store our suitcases.... Possibly the arrangement should be reviewed and the staff refreshed on the arrangement. It would have made us feel more welcome. As well the lady that was on staff in the lobby at the Waikiki shore was terrible. Before she even knew who we were she made us wait for her to get off the phone (an OBVIOUS personal call) with laughing and eating as she spoke. We were standing right in front of her. she made us wait ...... 15 min! Then after waving us in the direction of the phone we needed to use to call the Outrigger waikiki shore she called up someone else and started complaining about a staff memeber in front of us. She, although not staffed by the waikiki shore, does (unfortunately) give a guest thier first impression of the vacation. Her employer should know she has NO proffesionalism. BUT as far as the Outrigger Waikiki shore - AWESOME SERVICE - OVER THE PHONE, THE STAFF MEMBER THAT GREETED US - THE MAID SERVICE ETC. - might need to make the stove more presentable though.... נכתב על ידי אורח של Hotels.com ב-15/05/2012
