Mauna Lani Point - הוואי (האי הגדול)

Nice place. Spacious rooms. A bit dated. Had trouble getting warm water in the shower. Kitchen was well stocked and great to have.

Beautiful place to stay! Great for families and wonderful service!

this offered us, as a family of 5, a great way to see Hawaii.the beach club was always clean and never too busy to find a spot. The walk along the ocean to the club was beautiful and we could see whales in the ocean.The snorkelling at beach was amazing, the walks to the fish ponds pleasant, the cleaning staff polite and friendly and the grounds and pool area were clean and never crowded. We would love to come again. Close to Kona and other hotels. Great value /we visited other properties none like this!!!

We loved the unit we stayed in at Mauna Lani Point! We will definitely return!!

Great condo and property in a private golf and beach resort. Condo was well maintained, spacious and provided great views of the golf course and ocean (in distant). Nice walking/running trails to beach, fish ponds, and lava caves. The only hiccup was there was no instruction on how to locate the condo office on check-in which is about a mile from the condo.

We were a family of 6 on holiday to the Big Island Hawaii and we rented a 2 Bedroom Family Home at the Mauna Lani Point. We stayed for 4 nights in the month of August 2011. The property is located on the Western side of Big Island near Kona Airport and access to the property was very good with a quick check in service provided by the Resort management. The management desk was available daily from 8am to 10pm and this was a big plus. The location was perfect with good views of the golf course nearby and access to the club house and the beach is provided along with your reservation. There is a small shopping mall within 0.5 miles of the property which is quite reasonable for your daily shopping needs. The shopping complex also has a few restaurants, and the Fairmont Orchid and the Bay Hotel are located within a distance of 2 miles We were, however, very disappointed with the condition of the property. The kitchen area was infested with roaches and despite repeated attempts by the maintenance team to eradicate them, we had issues with them until the day we departed. The roaches were present everywhere in the cabinets, dishwashers, kitchen appliances, etc and made life terrible for us. As we were travelling with small children, half the time was spent in rewashing all the dishes and the cooking utensils before use. Some of the equipments were not properly maintained and even the aircon stopped working for a day. We had to call the maintenance team at least 5 to 6 times during our stay to sort out these issues. Moreover, the daily cleaning services provided by the management firm was of very poor quality. On many days we found that the cleaning of the rooms, kitchen and the toilets was of substandard quality and also the beds were not done properly. Even most of the garbage was not removed daily. Overall the property is located in a very good neighbourhood and provides impressive views and amenities. However, due to the above issues, we were left with a bad aftertas

Excellent service from the concierge from start to finish. Great place, location & we would come back again without hesitation. Only issue we had was finding street numbers!!

G202の部屋に宿泊しました。最初、違う部屋を割り当てられましたが、内装と眺めが今ひとつ気に入らず、フロントでお願いしたらこちらの部屋に変更してくれました。フローリングの部屋でとても清潔、快適でした。キッチンの備品も必要十分です。また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

ゴルフ場とホテルとコンドとお互いの関係が今イチと言うか、連携が無く、ゴルフをするにも、スペシャルメニューはホテル滞在者限定とか、マウララニリゾートに滞在している事の優位性があまり感じられなかった。

広大なリゾートエリアの一角にあって、どこがフロントなのか？まったく分からず、偶然ゲートの前に人が居たので連れて行ってもらったのが車で３分くらい走ったところ。もしゲートに人が居なかったら彷徨うことになったと思う。WEB上または、予約メールで説明を入れてほしい。

オーシャンビューのG１０１に８泊しました。バスルームなどから少し古い作りだなという他は、何も言う事がありません。自分の家にいるような快適さ、ハウスキーピングもしっかりしており、外出から帰った後はゆっくり寛げます。フェアウェイの向こう側に真っ青な海。ホエールウォッチングが出来るよう、双眼鏡までオーナーの行為で置いてありました。早朝、海を見ているとくじらの潮吹きが見え、あわてて双眼鏡を取りにいき覗くと、鯨のジャンプが見れました。プールやビーチ・ゴルフ・溶岩トレッキングなどいろいろな遊びを楽しめますし、一日部屋にいても飽きません。次回もマウラナニポイントに泊まりたいと思います。

マウナラニポイントのオーシャンビュー２ベッドルーム（A104)に夫と母との３人で6泊しました。１階の部屋でしたが、テラスから芝生の庭にも出られるし、テラスで海に沈む夕日を眺めながら夕食もできてよかったです。いおつもは同じリゾート内のホテルに宿泊していますが、マウナラニポイントの方はとても静かで落ち着きます。キッチンも洗濯機も乾燥機も不満はありませんでしたが、シャワーが古い固定スタイルだというところが残念でした。マウナラニポイントのヴィラエリアにあるバーベキューエリアは、屋外にもかかわらず冷蔵庫、IHコンロ、オーブン、電子レンジがそろっており、リゾート内のスーパーマーケットで買ってきたお肉、お魚、野菜などをすぐに焼いて食べられるので、とても便利でした。チェックインは、リゾートに入ってすぐの事務所で行うのですが、それについての事前の案内がまったくされていなかったため迷ってしまいました。
