Keisha was great. She was friendly, kind, personable, energetic and fun. We felt like we were home, not at a hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. In room refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV. Beds were nice. Hotel staff was friendly and greeted us each time we entered and left the hotel. Nice pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Breakfast available but for a fee. Restaurants close by, some within walking distance.

I stayed just for a night on business, I had the impression that this hotel is very new. Everything was immaculate and the room was very comfortable. As a business traveler my top requirements are a very comfortable bed and a great shower, and this had both. Not to mention I was nervous about sitting on the furniture like can be the case in some hotels. If it had a down side, it'd be that it was in an industrial area. But its very close to the 101 and I-17 interchange, so access to northwest and northeast suburbs is very quick.

The breakfast was disappointing for the price

The first morning we had breakfast at the hotel, the service was super. The second morning, a Saturday, the service was fair to poor. The food was good.Bi

The only negative thing I can say is about the service in the restaurant. Management did not have enough employees to cover the size of the crowd for the evening meals. There was a long wait for the service, as well as the food. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay at Hilton Garden Inn.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. However, breakfast/serving area was only serviced by one single person making for long waiting periods. No shower curtain on first day was quickly resolved.

Nice hotel close to lots of different things. Breakfast isn't included and is overpriced at 10.95 - but they had yummy options and the waitress was great. The room I was in didn't have a tub - it was an old tiled shower. Clean, but different. Bed was comfy and the pillows were great.

I expected a bit more for the price, but it was nice enough. Beds were wonderful, that was our favorite thing. That and the peanut butter cookies offered in the lobby occasionally (not every day) were the best we've ever had. We prefer the toilet/commode be set apart from the dressing room area but this was not. No magnifying mirrors either, but the towels were soft and comfy. Patio dining available with fireplace. Inside dining room was ok, off of the lobby, not a separate room, bar drinks are a bit pricey. Room rates do not include breakfast, it has to be purchased, but it is generous. Special mention to Keesha, who was friendly and helpful.

OK NOT GREAT...THE BATHROOM SMELLS BAD. SUSPECT VENTILATION ISSUES

It was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were GREAT. Lots of smiles and welcomes.

Bed was a little too hard for me and no view out the window.

I work for a very large insurance company and the Hilton has been trying to get is to put them back on our preferred vendor list, so my company sent me over there on a secret stay to rate the hotel and consider their request. Needless to say they will not make the cut. I was giving a king size room which didn't have a bath tub, when I asked to switch they told me the charge was more (which I didn't mind), but still did not switch me. I went and order the hamburger sliders off of their menu and I asked for well done and they served me close to raw hamburger meat). I asked to talk to management and I was transferred to the head chef and all he could say was that he took it off the tab, like it was no big deal to serve people raw meat when they request well done. The customer service was awful and their resoultion tactics were even worse. I was very surprised by the service and very disappointed in the Hilton, I will stick with the Marriott going forward.

Friendly staff. Great bar/patio area for visiting with famly and friends. Breakfast buffet good.

Excellent location - close to 17 & 101. Very clean. Accommodations excellent. Staff helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable the resturaunt inside had some good food, pool was small and the ac would go back upto 72 degrees every 2 hours but otherwise great hotel no complaints!

Very Clean and well kept. Service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. It is close to major highways so getting around was easy. Would recommend to friends and family.

Clean rooms, convenient for business travels and close to lots of restaurant choices. Note: wine is not included in happy hour. $10 glass of wine was a surprise!

I thought the hotel room was a bit small, but overall, very comfortable. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and even had a control to adjust the firmness. The fitness room and pool were both quite clean and towels were well stocked. The hotel is only 2 miles from a very nice, large movie theater, several restaurants (Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, a BBQ place, etc.) and shops (Barnes and Noble, Ulta, Staples, Old Navy, Walmart, etc.) Easy access from I-17. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I can see why it has received such glowing reviews. Hope everyone gives this location a shot at their business.

We came in late and were gone early from the hotel. The two girls on that evening made sure we were well looked after. Thank you girls for that. You made our stay very welcoming. Thank you

Close to I-17 on the north side of Phoenix about 25 miles from Sky Harbor airport. No restaurants in immediate vicinity, but there are shopping malls and an abundant number of restaurants about a mile north. Room was clean with a comfortable bed.

We stopped here traveling between San Diego and Albuquerque, and were extremely happy with our overnight stay. The facility was very new (new beds and linen, for example), the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was great with one tiny exception - the AC/heater combination made a LOUD thunk when switching on and off, regardless of the AUTO or ON setting. It did disturb throughout the night. Overall, service was good, and the lounge/bar had a great selection of wines and beers, and the servers were excellent. A very enjoyable stay overall - we'd stay there again!

Really had no problems. Would have liked to have Kleenix refilled,but that was so minor. Planning on staying again for the next couple of months to help daughter with upcoming wedding.

1st time here, Loved the atmosphere. Couldn't say enough about the staff. All were Very Friendly and Very Helpful. Great Shopping close by. The only complaint I had is that their should be a warning at the pool in hot days. The Ground nearly blistered my feet. Other than that I will be staying there again soon. 4 out of 5 Stars :-)

hotel was clean and nice but was not a 3-star facility. Staff was good.

Cannot say enought about the friendly staff at this facility, everyone from the maids to the maintence guy, always a smile and how are you doing attitude, the front desk girls always striking up a converstion, the restaurant staff couldn't have been any nicer. Being a single traveler they treat you like family and I will return and highly recomend this hotel to anyone who has plans to visit the Phoenix Scottsdale area.

Came out to Phoenix for My Favorite Team's Ball game, had a place to stay all weekend except for one evening. It was a LONG drive in from CALI only to be stranded of sorts and NOT arriving at the hotel till after midnight what a waste of a fine hotel stay!! If I had the money I would have stayed the remainder of the weekend here, it was so comfortable I really didn't want to leave! So the question is Pay to stay here or stay for Free elsewhere, well I was committed elsewhere, however, Next time may be different!! Since arriving so late I got up later which means I missed out on the Strawberry Waffles with Fresh Strawberries and Whip Cream for Breakfast Dang It!! Are you sold yet? I am. I may just have to sneak back into town to stay here so that I don't offend my friends who allow me to stay for free, because they really went out of their way to make up a room for me :O) Now all the Hotel is lacking is maybe some discount coupons for their "Repeat Loyal Customers" other then a small problem locating the hotel especially for people who arrive later at night. The hotel is down the street more then I would have thought it would be, I would like there to be maybe a sign that said Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North Happy Valley say 2miles down on the the left. The first time I had been there as I drove & drove thought I had taken a wrong turn actually turned around and started over. You just have to keep going. Other then that the hotel is lovely, the bed was great, love that the room had a mini fridge & coffee maker if I needed them, Most importantly the TV was BIG & it worked! Will most definetely be returning for a longer stay next time around!!

This hotel is a fairly new Hilton Garden Inn it is in a easy to get to location. Nice quiet room with a comfortable bed and good shower my two prime requirements for a hotel. I would recommend staying there.
