HOTEL ROOM WAS LARGE . THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. HOTEL WAS NOT A FAR DRIVE FROM DOWNTOWN BUFFALO. BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED, WAS OKAY, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a comedy show in the area. Very nice rooms and hospitable staff. Thank you!

Good hotel...the area wasn't the greatest but if you have transportation you're not far from civilization...also not far from a great breakfast joint...Nathan's Ridge...try it. The Red Velvet Pancakes are awesome.

Was a great hotel. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Breakfast was great-pancakes, eggs cereal juice coffee bagels & condiments- Bed comfy-clean & very spacious room! Free internet!

I recommend this hotel. PROS: 1) Overall clean room, lobby, common areas 2) nice exercise room 3) comfortable bed 4) Good staff 5) Located on main highway for easy access to Buffalo 6) better than average breakfast with sausage and eggs 7) All facilities in working order CONS: 1) like 99% of all hotels, THEY NEED TO VACUUM ALONG THE EDGES! 2) not many places to eat nearby, no fast food anywhere in sight 3) located in an industrial area 4) they have a policy of priority for truckers for early check-in

Have stayed here many times..we liked it even though our friends from Hamburg said its a rough part of town..

A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY IN HOWEVER A LITTLE ON THE PRICEY SIDE CONSIDERERING THE LOCALE AND AMENITIES.

The hotel and hotel room were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was surprising good. We weren't expecting everything that was offered because it was called a continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new but the furniture is not well kept.

Nice, clean, hotel. Problem I had is there are no restaurants nearby. This hotel is surrounded by factory looking buildings.

it looked very newly renovated; my only complaints is no food for purchase; drink vending machines only; there is nothing close by--no fast food or anything. The next room, we could hear every time they turned on their water, and when they left, it sounded like someone was trying to bust down our door. otherwise, very clean. The staff was what you expect in the Northern US

Spent the weekend in upstate NY . . from our hotel we went to the Falls , Buffalo and a Bill's game . . what a central spot . . .walls are thin, but no biggie

A hidden gem we booked online not knowing anything about the area. What a wonderful surprise considering the surrounding area. We were greeted warmly by the person at the front desk on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised, as it wasn't advertised that there was a continental breakfast that included make-you-own waffles. Our room was beautifully appointed and the mattress was great. Bathroom was large. Obviously the rooms were newly renovated and our room was quite large. Only down-side of our stay was the pillows. They looked great but were way too soft. I would stay here again but you need a car as cab service is unreliable. It's relatively close to the McKinley Mall. It's minutes away from the Peace Bridge so easy to get in from Canada. The staff was absolutely amazing.

I was surprised that this hotel rating was only a 2 1/2 when I checked on line. It was clean, nice, well staffed, decorated beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

IT,S A NICE HOTEL IN GOOD QUATE NEIGHBOUR HOOD. THE MANAGEMENT MIGHT LIKE TO TALK TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE CONCERNING ENTRANCE/EXIT TO THE HOTEL .IT IS ON A BUSY HIGHWAY AND SOMETIMES IT GETS A BIT RISKY TO ENTER OR EXIT THE PREMISE P KARANJA

Everyone was very friendly, the location was perfect and the price was GREAT for what it is. I know it doesn't have a very great star rating, but it worked well for us. We were on an adventure using public transportation and it worked well!

I came for a 1 night stay with my wife and baby. It was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Clean rooms and having a Tim Horton's nearby was a nice surprise.

After spending one night in a different filty hotel for the same price, we were so relieved to find a clean, welcoming hotel. Tastefully done. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I am somewhat of a neat-freak, so it was wonderful to end our trip in a room we felt comfortable in and were able to get a good night sleep. Wish I could have this quality/cleanliness everywhere I stay in the future. By the way, I am not one to leave reviews!

Receptionist was not that friendly when I arrived to check-in. I was a few hours early and she did not like that I was there early, but still gave me room keys. The room they gave me was right next to the staircase and an exit door. So, we heard people going up and down stairs and the door slamming all night. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, but the surrounding neighborhood was questionable. The continental breakfast was ok for what is was. When I checked out, the receptionist never asked about our stay. I would have mentioned the lack of sound-proof in the room, but she did not care. Based on the unfriendliness of the receptionist and bad room, I would not recommend a long stay here.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel is located in an industrial area, however, it was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and casino. Overall, it was clean and affordable and worked well for a one night stay on our way to Ontario.

Overall hotel was clean and comfy. We only have one complaint. Our toilet clogged and instead of sending someone to unclog it, they gave us a plunger and asked we unclog it ourselves.

We were taking a trip to Niagara falls and since we booked at the last minute, all the hotels at the falls were booked. Based on the generally favorable reviews on this website, I decided to book here. This is an excellent hotel that is clean, well-maintained with a friendly staff. They went out of their to help me with information. The breakfast was actually very good with a lot of choices and my kids loved it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other people planning a visit there.

Traveled From Rochester, NY- The Hotel Was Good: Rooms Were Clean, The Bed Was Comfortable & The Bathrooms Were Nice, A Little Drive To HSBC Arena (Downtown Area) So You Will Need A Car. Front Desk Staff Was Friendly Overall We Were Pleased.

Visiting from Toronto - Buffalo Sabres game at the HSBC Arena. Wanted to spend the night somewhere close but not have to spend a fortune. The rate was great, the hotel itself was clean, staff were friendly and curtious. Bonus - Complimentary breakfast and there was pool - my 10 yr old son loved it....

Unless you have your own transportation, this hotel is inconvenient to area restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel only if the traveler(s) had other activities planned in the immediate area.

Very clean hotel with excellent service In between downtown Buffalo and Hamburg so it's conveniently located

Nice hotel, great from street. Room was nice, but had to request bathroom spruce up as there was some kind of white powder all over everything, and a piece of toilet tissue under the bathroom vanity. Once that was cleaned up, we were happy with the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Très satisfait, par contre un peu loin des restaurants. En vacance, il n'y a aucun problème.

Hotel est a proximité du Ralph Lauren stadium. excellent qualité prix. un peu loin du centre-ville surtout en taxi(faites attention les taxis chargent bien se qu'ils veulent ex:45$ pour l'aller et 25$ pour le meme trajet avec un autre:s...les chambres sont propres et confortables. brunch excellant

Schnelles Internet, sehr saubere Zimmer, gutes amerikanisches Frühstück, in der Nähe des Ford-Werks, leere Gebäude in der Umgebung.

Sauberes und ruhiges Hotel, Frühstück gut, Personal freundlich.
