Considering the price I can say it was good stay.

Nice hotel but can't believe there aren't any bathroom amenities except the smallest soap bars known to man kind.

This is a great choice. Perfect location - food and services in walking distance. One mile from giant shopping centers. For a budget hotel, I could not give it a higher ranking. While you won't get Four Seasons bedding, thick walls and ambiance, you will get new beds, good pillows, clean rooms and a well-functioning kitchenette. What more can you ask for?

The hotel was easy to find and fairly close to the highway. Staff members were nice and helpful. Price was reasonable. I liked the room layout. Everything was comfortable. The kitchen area was a big plus, but the refrigerator still had food in it from the last person. Breakfast was not adequate, but stores and restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay there again and will look for other Extended Stay America hotels.

When making reservations the pictures provided were nothing like what the hotel looked like. Also I picked this hotel for convenience,they stated they provided breakfast, and all they offered was coffee and granola. Next time ill pay the extra $20-$30 and stay where I know they are not deceiving in their offered product.

Restaurants and necessity stores were very close. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

I only stayed one night but I liked that it had everything I needed for a longer stay. The fridge was noisy which might bother some people but did not bother me at all. For the same price I've stayed in a hotel outside of Baltimore Md. and it wasn't as nice inside the room. It was the best deal I found in Md but this one is better - as far as what you get for your money.

Adequate for two night stay. First room assigned had not been cleaned. Room minimally equipped, no room service. Reported a maintenance issue which was disregarded as there's no maintenance staff on site on Saturday.

I could not believe how dirty the bathroom vent was. I looks like it has not been cleaned in a year. The dishes had an oil film on them. I usually stay in this hotel and it is usually so clean. I do not know what has changed because the same front lady was there very happy and nice. Cheers

Clean, comfortable room, kitchenette was handy, staff very friendly. Unfortunately I was awakened by the roar of my neighbor's snoring at about 2am. I've never had that problem in any newly built hotel. Very annoying. Next time I'll spend a little more for thicker walls.

Been traveling for 12 yrs and this place was fantastic for the value and the staff was as well.

Two chairs in the "lobby" and no tv made it tough to wait for a ride to the airport after check-out time.

Overall, was very nice. The beds could be a little softer.Outside noise and from other rooms was minimal. Was a little mold at the top of the shower, nothing a little spray couldn'f fix. Variety of restaurants to choose from, some in walking distance. Hair dryers would be a plus. Sheets were very clean. Would stay again.

Its good hotel in good location, needs better management.

Bare bones: clean room and sheets, hot shower. Not much else. Questionable guests (construction crews,etc.)

Nice room, had some mold on roof and 3 walls of shower stall. Kitchenette was very useful, clean, and well organized. Beds were very hard. Overall a nice place.

Wasn't anything special. No extras, shampoo, pool etc. staff was friendly but if you wanted anything , extra pillow etc. they made you come to the front desk to get. We are handicap and only got that room after our toilet broke. Was nice to have the kitchenette. Location close to many things.

Hotel was really nice, only complain was the bed was just way too hard and uncomfortable. Walls were pretty thin so go a little noisy at times.

nice staff, clean room, good location, malfunctioning coffee maker and bathroom drain but staff was willing to fix problems. I would stay there again

the hotel was ok. We booked it last minute, and it was cheaper than most. Although the price was different on the ad then when we actually tried to book it. The hotel staff was helpful and efficient but curt.. They need a bit of hospitality training.

I remember getting in at midnight and was ready for a good nights sleep but was extremely disappointed. It was difficult to sleep because the bed was extremely hard. I thought I was laying on the box springs instead of the mattress. I could hear the people above me all to well and they were making noise for many hours past midnight. I got up in the morning and my arms and legs were itching. I was scheduled to stay 5 days but I only stayed one night.

Noise from adjoining tenants was very loud every moment we were in our room. We definitely would have gone to another hotel if we had not pre-paid and there would be no refund.

I like staying here because the desk clerks are friendly and very convenient for me. I like have a kitchen so I do not have eat out all the time. Thanks so much

I love that I am not paying for services I don't use. Because it's extended-stay, you don't *need* a daily sheet change, trash removed, or bathroom scrub, and that savings is passed on to the customer. Those services are offered on your 7th day there, or more soon for a small fee. I also liked the option of an inexpensive wifi connection fee, instead of all customers being charged & raising the prices for everyone. I thought the wifi fee was pretty fair too.. obviously not the minimum of 3mb/s, which is what is needed for my online movie streaming company. Oh well... :-) Otherwise, in general, the room is clean, maintained, not a low budget appearance. The only down-side that I found was the bathroom doesn't have a fan, to help with steam during a shower.

Clean, quiet room. Close to shopping, gas, restaurants.

stayed just for 1 night. apparently intel affiliation gives free wifi internet [a shaky slow connection but enough to check emails]. friendly staff.

Young snotty acting know it alls who don't have a single inkling of an idea of what customer service is about. As rude as can be, to the point where I just wanted to check out. I spent another two days in the Beaverton area but checked into another motel. Here is just an example. Mary one of the know it all receptionist called my room at 9:10 pm just to ask me if I was checking out tomorrow. She said she needed to know so she could update my file. I told her that I would be staying on a few more days and that I would book over the internet. So Mary stated, we need to know before check put time tomorrow. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Booked two more days, then called the next day to ask for some fresh towels and John another know it all who is even more combative and rude than Mary says to me, sir we have you checking out. Just another example of corporate America wasting us working peoples time. Had to have a few words with this idiot. Then after he confirmed that he did have me staying for two more days, he did not want to give me fresh linen. He stated that the room is omly serviced once a week. I do nothave seven bars of use once soap, or 7 days of towels etc. Got tired of the combative attitudes of these people and was just looking for a nice place with some management who cares about the welfare of their guest. I assure it was not this place.

Room smelled like wet dog and there was a can of opened dog food in the refrigerator. Gross!

Nothing to complain about. Desk lady was sweet. Service was wonderful. Room was spacious. Nice little kitchen. And to top it off affordable!

The facility is close to shopping and business locations. It's quiet and a good value. Although the rooms aren't equipped with hair dryers, this convenience is available at the front desk. There is a charge for internet access, and no breakfast is included in the price, but given the cost difference between other similar lodging, I'm happy picking up my own breakfast!

This hotel has the basics of what you need in a room. The price is low and it is located close to my work. The only real complaint is the hallway going to my non-smoking room had very strong cigarette odors.

Service was great, but there was a disturbing smoke smell in the hall ways.
