Clean, great customer service; friendly knowledgeable staff.

Room was great. The bed is too firm though.

Hotel was close to where we were going the next day. They were super nice, the bed was alittle hard, but overall I was happy to stay there.

All services were great. Wish they would've had something more for breakfast other than the "Powder eggs" the omelets & other stuff is much better. Also a 630 start made it easy to get out & get going. Would like an idea of places to eat dinner as not much around & reviews of food near is very poor.

Nice hotel, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The pancake waffle machine was broken. The rest of the food offered wasn't that great. Some if it was stale and the eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Aside from the breakfast, everything was good.

Our only problem, and we reported it to the desk person three times, was the sluggish drain in the bathroom.The second time we reported it, the maintenance person happened by and the desk clerk confronted him. He said he had checked it and the drain flowed freely. It took approximately three minutes to drain a half full sink and I don't consider that to be "freely flowing". Other than the slow draining sink there was no problem. The breakfast was good, the people were friendly, the room was always clean when we returned to the room in the evening (we were there four nights). Even considering the "slow drain" I would recommend this motel.

This hotel was clean, well maintained and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed our overnigt stay. Definitely will consider staying again if we visit the area again.

We were pressed for time when we checked in at a non busy time of 3:05 pm. We had to be at a wedding nearby at 4:00 pm. We stood at the front counter with not a employee in sight. Finally an employee walked into the lobby, approached another couple who appeared to be just wondering around and started a conversation with them. It appeared as though she knew them. After 5 minutes of causal chit chat, she finally turned to look at us and said "' I will be with you in a minute", after a couple more minutes she walked around the counter and checked us in. Not happy.

For the amount of time we spent at the Hotel it was just what we needed for a visits to our relatives near by. Hotel was clean and freindly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well staffed.

We liked our stay but was a little surprised by the extra $50.00 fee. Will this charge remain on our credit card or was it a deposit that will be refunded?

Very enjoyable. The free breakfast was very nice except for the coffee. There never seem to be any. Had to go to the front desk and make a remark that the coffee in the eating area had run out. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

I arrived at the hotel at 8:30 PM on the night of check in. There was no one on the desk. I waited and wandered around the lobby for 15 minutes and no one showed up to check me in. I noticed a phone in the lobby and attempted to call the desk and while standing there not twenty feet from the desk waiting for someone to answer the call, the phone rang at least twenty times not attracting anyone then the phone went dead. I waited another five minutes or more then someone behind me said "do you need something?" I told him I would like to check in and that I had waited twenty minutes at the desk for someone to check me in. He said he was in the conference room and I suppose I was to consider that comment as an apology for him being absent from the desk, if so, it was a weak apology in my opinion. I definitely will consider other arrangements in the future.

The beds were comfortable and they had a very nice breakfast!! We were pleased with the hotels cleanliness & they were very friendly and wanted to make us as comfortable as possible!! Thank you and God Bless! <

We were in town to attend a funeral and when we asked at the desk for a good florist in the immediate area, we were given not only the name but the address and directions. The florist turned out to be a small family owned treasure. We asked for extra pillows, we got extra pillows. If we should have to return to this area for anything we would not hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel.

Good Experience.

every couple of weeks I get a long weekend and like to take my daughter to weeki wachee springs(or should I say she likes to take me). We only live a hour and a half away but like to stay over nite.we have stayed at a few area hotels (some better than others) but will be returning to this one again. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area,the rooms were clean and comfortable,what more could you ask for?

Hotel stay was great. Convenient to where we needed to be, the staff was nice, cheerful. Morning paper free, coffee fresh ALL DAY! Morning breakfast there as well. 5 stars!

Very Satisfactory

We enjoyed our stay. The room was well maintained as well as clean. The a.c. was excellent. The quality of service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and polite.

Rooms are clean and room, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast was good, the hotel was in great condition. The location was convenient to restaurants. It was near our destination so we couldn't ask for more. Family of five was happy.

The Stay was fine except the our key did not work on the outside doors to get in from the pool and the door closest to our room. We told the desk person about it and he said it was the heat from the sun that caused the key not to work in the doors. So every time we went out we had to go through the lobby to our room which was at the end of the hall. The comfort of the room was okay but we had a king bed and four very small mushy pillows. Seems like there should be more or better pillows for a king bed.

I found it very clean, very comfortable beds, very nice people at the front desk... food at the breakfast was okay... pancake machine was broken..

Good price performance ratio

Hoit tub was wonderful. Bed was a bit hard for my soft back and required a couiple of aleve to get back in gear. Clean room great service, and nice location.

The bed was not comfortable and also was disappointed that 5 days has went by and my credit card was charged for incidentals and still hasn't been refunded!!! Will not stay here again for the price!!!!!!!!!

Good hotel and close to Timber Pines at a reasonable rate.

Although I prepaid for this room,I was required to produce my credit card against my objection.A charge of $50 was placed against my card to cover any damage or theft.As of this date,four days after my stay,that charge remains on my credit card account. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice clean hotel the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was a little high for the area.

Very nice stay. All went well. A good place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and for the most part the staff was very professional, except for one particular employee that worked the breakfast. It was Christmas morning and the worker was obviously irritated that she had to work that holiday morning. She said a couple of rude comments to another employee that I (and my husband) heard. She should be greatful that she has a job and understand that sometimes you have to work an occasional holiday. Other than that, our stay was quite nice.

We found the room, the facilities and the condition of the hotel quite good. We have stayed in a number of other hotels in the close proximity to this hotel and both of us consider this our favorite!

Avoid this place Worst hotel ever

No complaints. Everything was A-1 from check in to check out. Even breakfast was good! Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend.

I was expecting a bit more options for exercise equipment, but hey the treadmill worked out fine.
