I thought the hotel staff were wonderful. The surrounding neighborhood was great as well lots to do.

Great place. Newly refurbished. Rooms very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Close to fwy, shops and restaurants.

Hotel was very convenient for our trip. Only 5 minutes from the concert stadium. The only complaint would be the walls were thin and we could hear entire conversations at times from our next door neighbor. But, otherwise we had a great stay.

Ok, fit the need for a clean place to stay. nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. comfortable beds, etc. I wanted the included breakfast to save time, but the breakfast was not anything worth coming back for. no fresh fruit or anything really healthy. i am going to back to home2, most likely.

The hotel was nice and quiet. We had to hunt down the front desk person for check-in and check-out, but other than that it was a pleasant day.

The hotel was extraordinarily nice; I would love to stay there again! The staff was polite, the facilities were clean and new, and the hotel was better than I expected.

Stayed here for a Cheer Competitipon at the nearby Dr. Pepper Arena. Hotel was very nice, and my room was newly remolded. My only complaint was that the breakfast was bland. I wish that the bacon had been fried instead of baked in the oven, which left it very soft and greasy.

I was very impressed by a Holiday Inn. I usually stay at Hilton or equivalent, and this easily met my standards.

This Holiday Inn Express is in a very quite and nice area, close to the mall and food. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel smelled new and had recently been remodeled and the fitness center was just off the cafeteria, not down some creepy hallway which makes this a very usable amenity for a single woman.

Modern hotel, clean very presentable the only thing I would recommend is to have more breakfast choices, like turkey bacon. Other then that, nice hotel.

I was in town overnight for business. The staff was excellent. The only downside was there was no place to have a drink or grab a bite to eat except to cross a major intersection. I was escorted by a local team member and did not have a car. I will choose another location on my next trip to the area.

The hotel was brand new and was great. I was originally booked at Aloft, across the parking lot. But apparently they overbooked and I was left without a room. The hotels.com customer service rep found a room at this Holiday Inn, and it was actually a little less expensive. Next time I go to Dallas, I will focus in on this hotel and not Aloft.

we have stayed here before. when we are in this area, we always stay here. the neighborhood is great. the staff are fantastic. the room is wonderful!

The hotel was average. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. However, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room and when I asked at the front desk, the gal said, "I don't have those" and carried on with whatever she was doing. No effort to assit me. Although they say they are trying to be "green" and if you hang your towl up, it means you will reuse it, when my room was cleaned all my towels were replaced, including ones that were unused/untoched, as was my soap, shampoo, etc. Very wasteful! I eventually made my own "do not disturb" sign and stuck it on my door, which worked. Also, they offer free continental breakfast which consists of eggs, hasbrowns, and meat (susage or bacon) as well as pastries. Not a lot of options. And 50% of the time there was no staff around when I went ot breakfast. So if you needed anything, there was nobody to wait on you. The hotel is adeqate. The location is good. The staff was terrible and not at all helpful.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The front desk and other staff were very helpful and nice.

The room was great. The front desk service was less then expected. I was given wrong directions twice by workers at the Hotel. However the service and the food was the worst i have ever had at a Hotel befor. We were staying at the hotel to be cklose to the convention center where the convention was being held. However the food was horrible, the napkins were dirty and the service was poor at it's best. The Hotel charted a Coach liner to take the guest back and forth to the convention. They should have put more thought into the food and service at the restaurant

The holding tank on back of bathroom stool would not stop running. Most times when we flushed we had to take lid off tank & manually adjust the rubber seal & chain. This was reported to main desk 4 different times in 3 days-always the same promise--"will get right on it". Finally at checkout we were given a $50. discount on our total bill.

This was probably the oddest stay I have had in a hotel in a very long time. Internet connection was down our entire stay (4 days). It took them 2 days to get a bathtub stopper installed in our bathtub. The lobby was messy and very unorganized. The last day we were there a man was sleeping on the couch in the lobby, and was there over an hour that I know of. The waiters in the restaurant were friendly but the breakfast was your normal buffet that you get free at most 2 star hotels. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and if I was looking for a hotel to just relax and do some shopping it would have been fine, but over priced. If you are a business traveler this is not the place to stay.

Shopping across the street yet off the beaten path. Nice beds, clean. Staff very friendly, maid even left a note wishing us a Happy New Year.

We were very pleased with our one-night stay at this hotel! The room was quiet, comfortable, and very convenient to all local activities. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The bathroom amenities were very nice! Shampoo/lotion from Bath and Body works, fluffy large towels, and soaps that did not dry out your skin. Plus, lots of hot water! The room was relatively quiet, although we did hear the usual door-slammings from other guests in the morning hours. We did not eat at the restaurant, so we cannot review the food, although it would have been nice if a breakfast voucher would have been included with the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

This is a great hotel that is close to a mall. Unfortunately, if you are there on Christmas Day and are looking for food you are not going to find anything nearby. The front desk clerk had muffins and fruit for free, so that was nice. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. It was worth the price I paid for the night.

My family and I booked this online from hotels.com. We arrived at the hotel while a party was going on right next to the lobby. Despite it was raining outside, there were about 8 or 9 people standing outside drinking and smoking. One guy approached my son asking him questions about the fan he brought. That didn't bother me too much. As soon as I parked the car and met up with my family in the lobby then I realized the loud music coming from the conference room. Not a big deal as long as I couldn't hear it from my room. The attendant at the desk asked me if I had a reservation and I told her "yes, and I had booked it online and hotels.com has already charged me"....she asked me for verification and my credit card that I used. So I gave it to her and then she swiped. Right when she swiped it I knew I was going to get double charged. Sure enough I did. We asked for some toothbrushes and she couldn't find them. Then she said that they must be out. We asked her for our breakfast vouchers and she couldn't find them either. She said she would write a note to the attendant in the morning. The room was good. No real complaints there.. However, the next morning was horrible. I went to the morning attendant to see about the breakfast vouchers and about the double charge. Still no breakfast vouchers and he said that it showed no double charge and it should go off and it eventually it did. We went to breakfast at the restuarant. They had one watress that had about 8 tables. She was having a difficult time of keeping up. Then I'm assuming her boss came out and started griping at her in front of everybody. Then he came out and started telling this guy that his breakfast was not covered under the attendant's screw up. He was the manager of this restuarant and he is not letting him have his meal for free. Started making a scene in front everybody.including kids. Needless to say we did not stay for breakfast. There was a big uproar and we left. Paid for breakfast but didn't get any.

I had a play to go to in Frisco, and this hotel was at a great location, very friendly staff, great room, had a great stay

they charge me again.. in my debit card that why we are not satisfied what we stay we know you charge us right? why when we stay there they charging a cards? please help us with this...

Great location, ask for room on the top floor unless you want to hear every step from the people above. Staff is efficient, not friendly at all, not especially helpful either. The website to book this hotel charged exorbitant fees..should have booked direct.

Made this reservation through hotels.com. Stayed here three nights. Bed was not made and room not cleaned the entire stay. Had to walk to front desk to request clean towels. Was informed they were fresh out of bath towels and only provided washcloths and hand towels. Entire facility in disrepair. Will never stay here again!

was awaken at 2:30am by noise in next room. walls not sound proof. No ice machine on 3rd floor

This was a great location for us, close to our realitives. Bed was great but the wind noise was loud. Also the room had a picular oder.

I have to say that the Holiday Inn Frisco/Stonebriar was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Only one elevator worked in the entire building all weekend long, so the waits were incredible (and stairs aren't an option for me). I paid extra for the "Full Breakfast" option for both Saturday and Sunday, and not only did we not receive breakfast at all, but there was also no room service AT ALL either morning. They also did not honor stated room service hours in the in-room materials! Their ATM machine was out of order, their "restaurant" served microwaved food and had 3 menu choices. The toilet in our room would not flush properly, and we heard from other guests (while waiting for the single elevator to arrive on multiple occassions) that ours was not the only room with that problem. The staff tried to be nice, but they did not make up for the utter disappointment of both my husband and I with this hotel. I will NEVER stay at this Holiday Inn again, and unfortunately, my opinion of Holiday Inns overall is now tainted, as well.

The bed killed my back.

This hotel has not been updated in quite some time. The restaurant is only open Wed - Fri for breakfast. The exercise equipment is old and not in good working order. Staff was not very helpful. The hotel is located in a very nice section of Frisco close to restaurants, walking paths, and outdoor activities. Unfortunately it was not a very pleasant experience.

A nice clean hotel for the price! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Frisco area. Within walking distance to the mall, ballpark and many restaurants.

The window had a wind leak and whistled all night. Window curtains were not made to close completely, so woke up to bright sunlight after getting to bed at a late hour. Loud neighbors. No hot tub. Menu in room offered more items than were available. Bar was closed for burn damage repairs. Wait to check in was long.
