Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Richardson - Plano - Richardson

The only negative was that my air conditioner in my room was not working properly and it got hot in the night. I reported it the next day trusting that it would be fixed for the next person. Everything else was nice.

Clean, spacious room. Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Indoor pool. Only nit is that the bathroom was a bit small (door almost hit the commode). Nice hotel overall.

The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay

We were very happy with this hotel. Continental breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Only one strange thing... I found the fitness center on Sunday morning at 6:00 am to be in disarray. It appeared that teenagers or children had a party the night before in the fitness center. The TV was on Nickelodeon, there were towels on the floor, as well as the foam headphone pads. Also, there were headphone cords wrapped around the stationary bike pedals! Maintenance should have noticed this before the fitness center opened at 6:00 am. I was still able to complete my workout, so this didn't really inconvenience me.

It was our first time in the Dallas area and we were so pleased with our King Suite at this hotel. I can't believe everything we got for such a small rate. We loved everything from the modern decor in the lobby, to the pool, to the great food brought by room service. We will be staying here again any time we are in Dallas!

Super nice! Clean is a big deal to me & it was perfect!

The service was great! Rooms and hotel were newer and nice. In and out is a little awkward but overall location is ok.

Friendliest staff & best customer service I have experienced in a very long time!!! Great stay!

When we first checked in there was a church service going on RIGHT BELOW us. You could hear the music and the people yelling things. Knowing this, they did not offer to move us to another room either higher up or to the other end of the hallway even after we called and complained. Granted the service was over an hour or 2 later but why would you put someone in a room right above the service or not offer to move them? The bartender was extremely nice and helpful. Internet was extremely slow.

It was a nice stay at a nice hotel. I like the cleanliness of the place and the courteous staff. Everything I needed was in my room.

Everything was great. Breakfast at the restaurant could be improved. Service was slow and tables were not clean. All other was top notch.

Excellent hotel for my need!!!! I love the location as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the room, it's BIG and the staffs are very accommodating!!!!

Will definitely stay there again. Hotle and room were very clean, Hotel staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Everything was great. The gal at the desk couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. Very clean, very lovely.

Quiet and comfortable.

First time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast buffet was also very tasteful.

The staffs are great at this hotel. The price is reasonable and the room is very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay will do it again soon

Great front desk staff. 2 Day stay - 2nd day we left around 10am and came back around 3pm and no housekeeping. Had to call front desk cause we needed towels, clean cups and more coffee for the next day. They came when we were there so that was uncomfortable especially since we needed to refresh and get ready for our evening activities. Room was comfortable and nice.

...Room was clean, homey. Pool was awesome. Restaurant and snack shop provided all we needed. Laundry handy inside the building. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Management VERY responsive to requests. Husband notified the desk that the room was too hot because the thermostat was malfunctioning, and within minutes they had remotely corrected the problem AND sent up a fan.

This was a typical Hilton GI. It was clean, classy, inviting, etc. The hot tub was nice and hot, the room was clean and smelled nice, everything is in excellent condition. The internet was a little slow on the 3rd floor, but that's just being nit-picky. I love staying at these places because you know exactly what you're going to get. Never fails to please. The staff was great too, very welcoming breakfast staff.

Awesome stay! We went on New Year Day and it was super quiet and sirene. The hotel is very clean and nice. It have a microwave and mini refrig which is perfect for our family because we have kids mill that needs to be kept cold. Love the indoor heated pool in the winter! Kids love it and have a blast splashing the whole stay!! Will definitely go back there again. For the Low price it felt like $200 a nite hotel we normally stay in..the staff is exceptional and very friendly and helpful. This will be our only Dallas stay from now on!!

Not much more to say...great room, great service, nice pool, great workout area and a great breakfast buffet.

Just completed my 3rd stay at the HGI Dallas Richardson and I was again impressed by the truly friendly staff and great hotel. The hotel is upscale with down home friendliness. Beautifully decorated with original contemporary art pieces sprinkled throughout the halls and lobby. Nice excercise room, indoor pool and hot tub make this a great place for a family getaway with the kids.

When we checked in, we were initially given the wrong room. Claude from the front desk remedied the issue immediately, bringing the keys to our current room and escorting us to our new, bigger room! He was also at the desk one night when we came in late craving dessert... He recommended the on-site restaurant and even suggested a few different items on the menu. Fantastic stay-- great price-- central to everything. We will stay there again!

We always choose the HGI whenever possible. Hotel staff is more than friendly from room cleaning staff to front desk and beyond! Rooms are always clean and neat and in good condition. This one was no exception! It was awesome and i would highly recommend it. The only thing you have to get use to is the Toll roads, but they pretty much apply to any hotel in the Dallas area.

Very friendly and professional employees. Loved the facility and comfort. Excellent complimentary full breakfast. I hope to stay at HGI in the future during my travel.

AWESOME hotel. Very clean and roomy. You could hear your neighbors TV but the rest was really good

The hotel met all of my expectations. There is no free breakfast, however, if you will ask at check-in, you can buy a breakfast coupon for $5.00. That's half off. The breakfast is more than worth it; it was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.
