Great hotel. Family of 5 was extremely happy. Staff couldn't be nicer. Complimentary hotel car service. Beautiful room. Breakfast included. I never write reviews, but I was that pleased. Highly recommend!

The stay at this hotel was just brilliant! The location is just on top of Ghirardelli Square, which is I guarantee the world's best Ice Cream and Chocolate. The staff was extra-ordinarily helpful, rooms were quite nicely sophisticated and cozy. Literally, no complaints! You may think that this is half a mile away from all the happening places in the city, but the house car will get you anywhere that San Francisco is known for! There is no second hotel I will look into when I'm coming back to San Francisco!

Great property, great experience. Private balcony looking on to bay. Alcatraz directly off balcony, which also looked down onto Ghirardelli Square shopping area.

We had such a good time and this hotel is well worth the price. The location with the wonderful staff our stay was simply the most relaxing. Every need was met with courtesy and efficiency.

Hotel and staff were great. Nice quiet area, and easy walking to the wharf, Chinatown, Cable Cars, and Electric trolley. Look forward to returning soon.

Superb professional and friendly attitude of all the staff. Room upgrade without having to ask. Great room with fantastic amenities.

We decided to stay at the Fairmount based on all of the positive reviews. The 2 bedroom residence city view was beautiful! 2 1/2 baths a beautiful modern kitchen that seats 8. A dishwasher and washer and dryer are also included in the apartment. With all the amenities as would be expected in this hotel category. The car service is a great help getting to a restaurant(The hotel cadillac escalade will pick up and drop off within a 2 mile radius of hotel). The wine and cheese tasting from 4-5 pm was wonderful. Continental breakfeast was suberb! Too many good things to list about this hotel. The service is the best! Top notch friendly staff! My family and I will only stay here when we visit San Francisco.

I have stayed in a lot of hots around the world, and this wod be one of the best. Had a 2 bedroom apartment that was fantastic. It is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that never asked for my room number, and always knew me by name. Very slick. Hotel car was a god send with traffic and parking a real issue over the holidays. I will ONLY stay here when I go back to SF.

My wife and I enjoyed a free upgrade to a two-bedroom suite. It was a very kind gesture and we certainly appreciated the extra space. The entire staff is courteous and respectful. The complimentary luxury car service is a superb amenity. The location is perfect and we will definitely be staying at Heritage Place whenever we are in San Francisco next.

Expectations were extremely high, and would have been completely met but for one thing: the room we were given did not match up to the description of the room that was booked. I did not want to waste time arguing about this, so I did not complain. That aside, the hotel was magnificent in style, decor, service and location - the free car service (2 mile radius) was excellent. So overall would definitely return, and would recommend highly

We had an enormous balcony overlooking the San Francisco Bay, which gave us the best seat in the house for viewing the fireworks on 4th of July. Suite had a fire place, which came in handy with the chilly temps. Best of all was the washer/dryer in the room!!! I can't say stress enough how luxurious that is when traveling with kids. Breakfast was great - enormous bowls of fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries made the California experience complete.

It was amazing. period.

This hotel has all the regular amenities that every Fairmont has and more, is not a hotel room is a apartment in the city. It is close to many city landmarks and turist attractions. Service is outstanding.

Very nice property and facilities. Great location with access to transport and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at many nice hotels in the past, but this is by far best I stayed at in a long time. From the first moment we stepped foot out of car we were treated like royalty. We really felt like we were in our own apartment. Service was far and beyond what we have expected. My son at one point needed a doctor, what turned out to be strep, the staff not only found us a doctor a 8:00pm but drove us to and from doctor. The only problem I have with the fairmont is that they have ruined any hotel for me in the future.

The hotel is fantastic. The people are fantastic. The service is fantastic. The view of Alcatraz right out my window was beautiful. The staff at the hotel were even accomodating enough to hold our personal items and vehicle even after checkout so we could continue shopping in the local shops and restaurants. A minor downside of the hotel was the breakfast served. The quality of the food was great but a lot of the breakfast "staples" were absent. Very minor complaint however. I wholeheartedly recommend.

We now understand why this has constant 5 star ratings, the service, the accomodation everything is fantastic. Would recommend it to anyone

The service in this hotel is stellar, from the doorman/butlers to the concierge to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was very accommodating. Our suite was spotless and luxurious. The complimentary car service saved us many a headache as they drive within a 2 mile radius of the hotel; we never had to worry about parking or traffic. The hotel is right in Ghirardelli Square and near the Fisherman's Wharf. The only thing we would have liked was a hot tub or pool, but we were so busy, we really didn't miss the swim. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I travel a lot. This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel. To say that it was FIRST CLASS would be an understatement. IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything was first class. The rooms were great and the personnel at the hotel were outrageously courteous and helpful all the time. They were very, very friendly and never stuffy. By the third day I felt like I was "home" when I was in my room. If you want to have a first class hotel then I can't think of any other place in the Bay area where I would say your should stay. I have stayed at many of the other 4 and 5 star hotels in San Francisco and none compare to this. Need I say more?

We could not fault the fairmont heritage. Five star and highly recommended!

We love this place! We stayed over night after watching a Giants game. We reserved a 3 bedroom accommodation and all the rooms were lovely. The whole place was very clean and modern. The people who works there gave us a quick tour and run down of the place. We love the quick access to all the fun places like The Girardelli Store, Kara's Cupcakes, McCormicks. Valet parking was $50 + tip and where you drop of the car was a little inconvenient being at the corner of an intersection.

Great Hotel. Really enjoyed the residence aspect. Conceirges were very helpful, Highly recomment it.

I cannot rave enough about our recent stay at the Fairmont Heritage Ghiradelli Square! The location is fantastic - right in Ghiradelli Square. Easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf and the Cable Car line, which will take you to all the sights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are fantastic. We booked a one bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 kids, and were upgraded at check in to a 2 bedroom. Most comfortable stay we have had in a hotel. I would highly recommend!

We reserved an upgraded room and was not at all disappointed! We had a living room with huge flat screen TV, built in sound system, kitchenette, which we weren't there long enough to use, unfortunately, good size bedroom with another flat screen TV, two entrances onto our gigantic deck, an amazing bathroom, and last, but not least, a closet with a washer/dryer!!!!! I was able to do four loads of laundry before heading home to NJ!! We were only there one night, and regret not having stayed longer, we loved it!! The furnishings are very modern, not quite minimalist, absolutely perfect!!!

This hotel was crazy nice!!!!! Loved it. Perfect location!!!! They are mini apartments. So worth every penny. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in a 2bdrm suite which was huge and had every amenity any family would require. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, they provide a house car to take you anywhere within 2 miles for free, there were 3 flat screen TVs and DVDs and they have an extensive DVD library and provide the popcorn for free too! Water and chocolate provided daily, along with turn down service too. Breakfast was also provided and was a great start to every day and we were able to take some pastries for morning tea too. There is also a free wine and cheese hour everyday with lovely wines and cheeses. The only thing that disturbed out sleep was the constant procession of buses from 5.00 in the morning but we solved this with earplugs, and I think it is only a problem with the western side (as you look at the hotel) room. Can't fault the hotel or the service otherwise. Within walking distance to Fisherman's wharf and cable car.

This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff really make the experience complete. They're friendly and will go the extra mile for anything you desire. The house car will take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius and possibly a fraction of a mile further if you're nice (tipping helps as well, since many visitors are from other countries and often forget). The nightly turn down service is excellent as well. Hotel staff remove the decorative pillows from the bed, leave a chocolate on each pillow and provide a bottle of water for each guest as well as slippers. The morning breakfast is typical, but the afternoon wine/cheese tasting is a nice addition to any trip. There's also a fire pit on the second level, which makes enjoying your coffee or tea outside very relaxing. With only 53 rooms, the hotel is never excessively busy and you will get very personal and polite service. Well worth a stay and if you're planning to go to San Francisco, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Considering the service you receive, the location and amenities, their rates are excellent!

This is a great property. The room we had was a 2 bedroom that they upgraded to Bay view and it was amazing. This was like having a million dollar 2 bedroom apartment in San Francisco. Location was perfect. I can go on all day. Book this, you will not be disappointed at all. GREAT for families or even couples for that matter. Will return here next time in San Fran!

The Fairmont Heritage Hotel was a wonderful place to spend our final stopover in California. Afer 2 weeks of touring we really needed the comforts of home with all the benefits of a luxury hotel. The Fairmont exceeded our expectations with wonderfully comfortable beds, gas fire, a well thought kitchen area and access to technology (internet, cable, ipod etc) . The breakfast was continental but delicious and the staff were polite and unobtrusive. Ghirardelli Square is not near the main shopping area but is near enough to Pier 39. The house SUV was available to transport guests closer to the main shopping precinct.

Very nice hotel! I strongly recommend it! We stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment, very comfortable, incredible views, very good quality of furniture and very complete kitchen! I did not want to come back home!!! The low point were: a) breakfast area too small, and b) Parking fees of $ 50 per night. But overall it was a pleasure to stayed at this hotel.

The Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square was a great comfort for the last leg of our trip. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite, which offered plenty of room to relax before heading out to explore. The hotel staff was more than accommodating, and was always available and willing to provide any assistance needed. Ghirardelli Square has some great offerings, and with Gary Danko moving in next store even more. The only negative thing I can say is that the first floor rooms can be slightly noisy during the day, but if you are from a city it is quite easy to block it out.

口コミどおり全てに満足です。ただ壁が薄いのか音が響くようで、隣の部屋の物音が気になっていたら、逆に隣からTVの音がうるさいと苦情が来ました。そんな大きな音をさせていたわけではないのですが…。

nice hotel awesome !!

El Hotel es hermoso, pero tuve dos inconvenientes. 1ro reservé una habitación con Balccón y bañera y ninguna de las dos cosas las tenía. Era enorme, con dos dormitorios y muy equipda, pero me quedó el savor amargo de que prometan cosas que no cumplen. Por otro lado me perdieron la llave del auto alquilado! Sólo recibí disculpas. Considerando lo que cuesta el hotel y el valet parking, me parece que deberían haberme resarcido. El personal es muy atento en general. Otro tema es lo que hay que caminar desde el ascensor hasta la habitación. De todas maneras lo recomiendo.

unglaublich hoher Standard ! Super Infrastruktur in den Hotelzimmern (Wohnungen) - liegt 10min zu Fuss von der Fischerman's Wharf entfernt. Das Hotel liegt im Ghirardelli Square was auch schon eine Attraktion in sich ist.
