Air unit was noisy. Otherwise room was very nice.

For the price it was great. We are a family of five which many hotels don't accommodate. But there was plenty of room and a cot was delivered as soon as we checked in. The breakfast was great with eggs, sausage,. biscuits, a couple of varieties of coffee and juice. The kids like the pancake machine, with a touch of a button there was fresh cooked pancakes. Would highly recommend this hotel to families. Pool was good and nice size hot tub.

We loved this hotel for the price. It was fairly clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff was not the most accommodating we have ever run into, but it was still ok. Breakfast was sufficient, the usual self serve cold cereal, pastries, fruit and yogurt, toast, coffee. All in all, a pretty good value.

i would have to say that i would not go back to this hotel. the beds were extremely firm, i mean hard. and what we were really excited about was the pool to go swimming. but the water in the pool was green, looked slimy and cloudy, we didnt even touch it. there were used wet towels laying around everywhere. on the good side they did serve a hot breakfast which is always nice. the food was not that bad

Booked the hotel for a family ski weekend at Bristol Mountain. The hotel is about 8 years old and it shows signs of wear a tear, and is soon due for a refresh. Overall the hotel was clean. The towels were frayed at the edges. Other patrons of the hotel were on a hockey tournament, and had a loud party (till after 1am) which hotel management nothing to stop. The pool was slightly green and highly chlorinated. Booked the following night at the Best Western Plus in Victor, and the Best Western Plus is a far better hotel, at a better rate.

The hotel was a bit farther from the freeway than i understood. It wouldn't have mattered if we hadn't been driving in a blizzard. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was a little harder than other HIEs that I have stayed at, but it wasn't too bad. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This was our second stay at this property. It met all our needs. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

The staff was very accommodating. They delayed our check out time to accommodate our schedule. Coffee and tea was available 24/7. Breakfast was very nice. The only part we didn't like is that there is no fan in the bathroom. With three people taking showers it got extremely hot in the hotel room and we had to turn on the A/C!

The only thing that was a glich is that when the night desk clerk is not at the desk there isn't a means of reaching them. The hotel personnel were very professional and personable with the guests.

Clean modern rooms with clean bathrooms (albeit small showers). Very pleasant reception. Great hot buffet breakfast (sausages, bacon, eggs, pancakes, oh my). The Eastview Mall is a mile away (great shopping with a mega food court). Good convenient location just off I-90. Only problem we are a family of 4 and the maid gave us 3 bath towels on BOTH of our nights stay (even though we called the front desk the first night about it.) Not sure how that can happen at a Holiday Inn. Also the walls are very thin. Lucky we had quiet neighbors.

We had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very helpful. The hotel was close to shopping, food and highway.

It was great! Everyone from the front desk, the breakfast crew and the cleaning crew were so helpful and friendly. One of the maintenance guys even recommended a super local pizzeria and printed out directions to it. The room was immaculate which is always a main concern of mine. We were very comfortable for a family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 children. The HIE was no more than 20 minutes away from all the local attractions. They are also close to many stores and restaurants. I would not hesitate to book another vacation here in the future!

The stay was fine - a bit expensive for what it was, but there was a great breakfast buffet included that my kids really enjoyed and had enough healthy options for my wife and I. Not a bad stay!

The room was good with one exception in the bathroom. Hotel was nice. Employees were great. Hot tub was awesome and clean. And the free hot breakfast was fantastic.

I enjoyed my stay here, and if ever in need of visiting the Victor area again, I would choose this hotel. The hotel and room was clean and inviting. Good breakfast items provided.

Good hotel with very good breakfast. Very helpful reception staff. The swimming pool was the highlight for the kids. Good chain restaurants, mall, movies are 5 minutes away. The hotel is 20 minutes away from Canandaigua so we were able to enjoy the lake without a lot of travel. Try the food court at Wegmans in Canandaigua for a good meal. The hotel did get very full on the weekend, but apart from a rush at breakfast, the crowd did not intrude on our stay.

Convenient to shopping. Front desk was extremely helpful with details of the surrounding area.

Everything was wonderful, except for the cheap toliet paper and there was no refrigerator in the room.

The room was clean, light, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had up-to-date features with a large shower. Overall, the temperature control in the room could have been better -- the AC seemed to shut off at times, however that was easily remedied. Our king-sized room had a nice flat screen TV with a good selection of channels. The complementary breakfast was nice - nothing overly special though.

We live in Buffalo NY and had to spend the night in Victor for a funeral. The hotel was fantastic. We had to bring our 8 year old and she just loved the pool and hot tub. Great area - lots of restaurants and Eastview mall right down the road. The staff was wonderful and the "Express Breakfast" was hardly what I consider "express". Eggs, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal and much more!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was perfect for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, early Sunday morning two young women decided to have a scream/swear fest out in the hall....twice. It was disappointing that the hotel staff didn't handle the situation or call the authorities. We got a very poor nights sleep

It's very nice and you will like it. I am picky at hotels but this one does not make me disapointed.

Had some problems with my reservation, but the hotel management went out of their way to accomodate us. We had a great time... the pool is not as big as it looks in the pictures, but the spa pool was wonderful. Rooms were great, clean, well looked after. Breakfast was really good too. Will definitely stay here again if in the area...
