Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Freeport - פריפורט

We stayed just for the week-end. And are stay was very comfortable. The personals were very freindly and helpfull. The room was clean (and that was VERY important for me !!) My friends told me that they were very satisfied with the breakfast... (I don't know.. I don't eat in the morning ) Overall we all enjoyed our stay at this hotel...

Lobby was inviting and staff was very pleasant. We had a nice room which is expected of Holiday Inns...clean, comfortable, good internet service. Location was perfect, near function that we attended in Yarmouth and close to the shops of LL Bean. Morning breakfast lacked a few things...juice machine was not working; but, staff went out and bought juices. Pancake machine was not working (I think it needed filling; but, staff was busy with juice and check outs). Over all quality and quantity of food presented lacked pizazz... But, we would stay there again.

The hotel was in a perfect location to shops and restaurants. Also very easy access to highway. The room could have been cleaner. The furniture was dusty and half drank water bottles were left in the refrigerator. Continental breakfast wasn't worth going to. The staff was very friendly!

Clean, great customer service, excellent rooms, good size, great beds the best we had on our road trip.

everything was great except the breakfast, it was cold inclusive the coffee! at 7:00 am no more milk, no more pancakes, no OJ and this happen every day. Bedside that very clean, very friendly personal. We call for more soap and they said go to the front desk to get it. i could not believe it

This hotel is very convenient to Freeport shopping. Physically the hotel was very good. The breakfast is another story. Cardboard eggs,usual breads, cinnamon buns very sweet, coffee weak. If I stayed here again I would have breakfast at the Sunshine Cafe across the street and pay for it

I found that this hotel is very noisy becuase of it proximity to he highway. All we could here were the trucks travelling up and down the highway right behind the hotel.

We enjoyed our stayed there, everything was clean and comfortable, the only thing that we didn't enjoy was that there was barely any hot water. We had to shower with lukewarm water. Otherwise it was a good experience. Good breakfast too.

Room was very clean, beds extremely comfortable, close to the Freeport center, in all we are definitely going back.

would have liked the pool to be open longer and to have breakfast last later

The rooms were like new and very comfortable. It was quiet and very clean. The upkeep of the hotel was perfect. The front desk was not staffed much of the time (especially when we checked out) but not a deal breaker. The 'breakfast' left much to be desired, however. The food was not appealing in appearance or taste! This would have been a great plus since we had to get up for an early conference an hour away. We chose DD instead!

The cost of the room was too much for one night. The hot tub was inoperative and they checked us into a handicap room. We realized it after we unpacked, and did not want to move rooms again so we stayed in that room. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is amazing, our only real complaint truly is the price. for this brand of hotel, the cost was way too much.

Location was handy since it was right off the freeway and an easy drive into Freeport. I recommend asking for a odd number room for a room away from the loud freeway! The breakfast was subpar, but complimentary ones always are. The front desk girl suggested the Muddy Rudder for dinner and it was awesome!!! We enjoyed their lobster bisk, scampi and steamed lobster and it was amazing!!!!

The Holiday Express Inn in Freeport was perfect for our needs for the weekend we spent there. Friendly staff, spacious, quiet rooms rooms with comfortable beds, microwave, refrig and coffee maker, complimentary breakfast included, heated indoor pool and exercise machines all made it a very pleasant stay!

Hi, The service at the desk (check-in) was friendly and welcoming- overall good and the room passable - though the hallways were worn-out and dingy. The complimentary breakfast was also very dark and dingy - the food options were limited (in comparison to other similar hotels) and breakfast was generally unappealing except for the cinnamon buns (which were in crazy abundance). The oats were inedible. Would stay here a again but only in a pinch.

The hotel is conveniently located - close to both the highway and to the town of Freeport. There are also several restaurants within a mile or so. The service was good and the room comfortable. We had an initial problem logging in to the wifi with two laptops but an new login number from the front desk resolved that. The breakfast room was a good size and the offerings average. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was not far from shopping but it was a distance from any good dining.Could not have drinks because of the drive back to the hotel.

Overall the hotel was clean, neat and comfortable. It was convenient to the highway as well as all Freeport shopping areas. Not necessarily walking distance, but just a few minutes down the road.

Very clean hotel, courteous staff. The room was large and layed out well. Small details were appreciated. The only complaint was that the bed was a little hard for my taste.

The hotel was clen, the staff friendly and it included breakfast. A nice place to stay if you intend to shop at the outlets.

Everything was great!

The maintenance man said the pool was set to 80 degrees. According to our bodies, shivering, it was not.

Perfect location for any events being held at SUNY Stony Brook. Excellent value - facilities and rooms were all well maintained and clean. The front desk and staff were all very accomodating.

I am a priority club member; in April, my wife and Idrove to and from Florida from RI and, as always, chose to stay at a Holiday inn Express each evening because of past satisfaction. However, this HIX raised some doubts primarily because the linen in our room [#309] was not changed for our second night there. Bottom line: if I pay a daily rate then i expect a daily service. Some disappointment to be sure but I will probably use HIX in the future. Past satisfaction-and HIX performance-exceeded the disappointment of this last stay [5/6/12].

We have a family of 5 and stayed overnight to enjoy sightseeing. The kids loved the indoor pool - a luxury for early spring in New England. The kids also loved the automatic pancake maker the hotel had for their breakfast buffet. All 3 kids ate well and that never happens with our picky eaters!

This is a very handy hotel if your shopping in Freeport and the outlets. Also if you want to play a round of golf a nice little course is very close by with in 5 min or less. So while the women shop ~ the boys can golf ~ a good little mix.

We picked this hotel because we have never had a "bad" stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Our room, and the rest of the motel, was emaculate. (I am very pickie about a motel I will stay in and I could not find one thing wrong with this one) From check in to check out the staff was professional, curtious, and helpful.(One staff member even found out the brand of orange juice used at breakfast because my daughter liked it so much.). The motel is also right down the street from the Freeport Outlets (Which is what we were looking for). The only reason I am giving an overall score of 4 is because we thought the shower's water pressure (or the shower head itself) was very lacking.
