The staff is top of the line. Very friendly and helpful. But if you stay there, request the top floor. You hear any guests walking, running, screaming and playing above you. :( And since the hotel was full, we could not be moved to another room.

We were passing through on way home from a Florida spring break trip. Hotel was convenient, clean, and affordable. Staff was friendly. I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked ok and my kids liked it.

Our room was right next to where they keep the maids cart we got woke up both mornings with the maids getting their carts out. They were very loud and had no consideration people may be sleeping.

just spent overnight on our travels. Great room, great breakfast

Clean comfortable accomodations

Room was very run down wallpaper peeling off walls. Did not do a very good job cleaning the room the next day. Didn't wipe off counters in the bathroom or leave clean cups or liner for ice bucket. The staff was very nice but it was very busy when we were checking in only had one person working trying to check in multiple families and answer phones. For the price would probalby try to fine somewhere else to stay next visit.

Fantastic hotel for those needing "pet friendly". Plenty of green space to exercise your pet if you are in the midst of traveling. Staff was very friendly and the rims were very clean. Nice "hot" breakfast was well stocked despite the hotel being sold out,

Enjoyed the stay. Nice location North of Nashville, TN. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was super nice. Breakfast staff did not keep pace with flow and many items ran out, not replaced. Should be more friendly here ?????

I liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very convenient and was able to walk to a restaurant right next door for dinner.

Had a pleasant stay but need more help for breakfast, she was trying to keep up but nearly impossible, had to wait a while for biscuits, gravy, sausage, ect. but other than that good stay.

Friendly service. Clean. Breakfast late. Full breakfast served 1hr late, so if you had to be on the road early, you would miss out. When the food did come out, it was good. Would stay here again.

Had a confirmed reservation for a non-smoking 2 queen bed room. Arrived late at night and was told I was lucky and would get the last room available, a smoking king room. No apology was provided, and due to all hotels being booked was forced to take the room. Was then told, good luck finding parking.

Holiday Inn Express is quickly becoming my new favorite hotel. This was our last stop on a month-long trip around the US, which included several stays at these hotels. Most are new with excellent ammenities and this was no exception. They also accept pets, but you never hear noise from anyone's pets. The receptionist (April) was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a microwave and fridge. The warm cinnamon rolls at breakfast in these hotels and delicious and this one even had chips, salsa and cookies in the afternoon! We were only passing thorugh, but I would definitely stay here again if I get back to this area.
