The hotel was great, but the internet was awful. It wasn't just slow, but it would constantly disconnect and then not come back for 5 minutes.

My stay was pleasant but the breakfast left something to be desired. It was almost empty when I arrived and the selection that was there was subpar.

We enjoyed our stay at the motel. We found everything in excellent condition.The room was clean and quite, the breakfast was okay. Would been better if there had been freash fruit available.We will definitely stay there on our next visit

This hotel was very updated and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was very nice, however, on the second night, the wireless internet connection would not work. Called the technical service people at the number I was given from the front desk and even they could not seem to fix the problem. It was nice to have a free, hot breakfast each morning (now it wasn't Denny's or IHOP, but it was decent enough - afterall, you get what you pay for).

Loved everything about the hotel except for the noise of the highway and the little children feet overhead.

Absolutely beautiful and updated hotel. Our room was gorgeous and quiet and very comfortable. The staff, on the other hand, need some training. We booked our room through hotels.com and it was paid in full before we ever checked in. However, we had to wait in line to check in for nearly 15 minutes because there was only one staff member on site and she kept answering the phone rather than waiting on customers. Then, when we checked out, they charged my credit card for the cost of the room, even though we had already paid for it through hotels.com. It took 3 days and multiple calls to the hotel manager before the money was credited back to our account. The manager was polite, but clearly not interested in helping the customer. I would stay here again, because the hotel is very nice, but will be VERY careful about how I pay for the room and what gets charged to my card.

The hotel was okay and I will probably stay there again because it is close to my families homes. The refrigerator was very noisy. We also noticed that while they had the usual card stating that we should hang any towel we planned to use there wasn't a single towel rack anywhere in the room or bathroom. The computers were the same ones that were installed when the hotel opened. When I tried to use the printer the ink was so faint that it was almost impossible to read and I had to go elsewhere to print my documents.

We were very late checking in and they were very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights in the One King Bed Feature and it was extremely comfortable and roomy. It had a buffet breakfast. It was OK not the greatest but it saved a lot of time. If ever in this area I recommend this Hotel. You definitely won't regret it.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at while we attended a gymnastics meet. Room was clean and decorated nice. Breakfast was also served. It was just a few minutes away from the gym. I would however ask for a room on the top floor next time we stay. It appeared that the room above us was practicing their tumbling until 2:30 in the morning. Overall a very good room and I will stay here again.

The hotel experience was top notch. The quality of the room exceeded the price paid. Our room was beautiful & spacious, it had a large bathroom and walk-in shower with glass doors and jets on both ends. The bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast offered hot (and tasty) items. The hotel staff were very friendly & checkout was a breeze. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and we will certainly stay there again when returning to the area.

this hotel has been maintained extremely well since it's opening. If you are traveling anywhere in the area within 50 miles of it, I'd recommend you stay here. Probably the next closest hotel would be in the Dallas area.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was incredibly clean, and the breakfast was great since it changes daily. We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The next time we're in Sulphur Springs, we're staying here.
