I could not ask for a better hotel for the money. The staff my family encountered was more than friendly. The room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was very good. Not one bad thing to say about it.

Excellent hotel, did have water damage in bathroom ceiling. Overall excellent stay and room was clean.

Only problem we had was that they put the coffee maker in the bathroom (???) Who would want to make coffee in the bathroom? The bed was comfortable, the room was neat, and downtown is only 15 minutes or less away. We enjoyed our stay, and will use them again.

I don't usually stay in a Holiday Inn Express but the other hotels around where we were meeting were booked. This hotel was perfect and I was elated that they had just enough rooms to accommodate my team. Excellent service, easy booking, and more.

The hotel itself was modern clean and staff friendly. I was very impressed. Would like to see meat on breakfast bar and no pool parties on weekends....my only negative experience

Good location for us, but housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. We found hairs on pillows and in tub. Major dust on furniture. Dirt in bathroom, including toilet (c'mon, you didn't notice the #2 in the bowl??), and surfaces in general barely wiped off. Make up on towel hung on towel bar. Stain on draperies. Cigarette smoke in hallway (NON smoking hotel!). That's a pretty long list, I'd say....

Everyone was very friendly. I am so glad we decided to there! 2 King sized beds in every room was great. Pool and hot tub were salt water instead of chlorine, yay! Breakfast was hot and had alot to choose from.

The only thing that kept me from giving this hotel a 5 star rating is housekeeping. The lady pounded on the door nearly two hours before checkout and woke the children. Before I could get to the door to tell her were sleeping, she was already walking through the doorway. Very rude and inconsiderate housekeeping

Room was good and beds were comfortable. Microwave and fridge in the room was a nice bonus. The pool area was clean and nice, but the water was pretty cold. My kids couldn't stay in it for very long without turning blue. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

breakfast closes at 10am even if there is a line waiting for food. staff wasn't friendly. I would stay again.

Stayed in suite with 2 king size beds & fold-out couch. Layout of room is great. Hotel staff friendly, efficient and accomodating. The ONLY negative comment I would make regarding our 1 night stay was the indoor pool....too high clorine so smell burned our eyes and pool was so cold it did not feel heated at all. All and all though it was a positive experience....I would recommend this hotel to any family.

We loved our stay. Rooms were super clean. Only complaint is that the pool area has no ventilation, so the chlorine in the air makes your eyes burn even if you don't get in the water

Large room, very Clean but TV did not work or I did not operated it correctly. That was no big deal for me. (sound but no picture) I will use Hotels.com to reserve another stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Very close to downtown Indy and right off the expressway. Several fast food dining choices within a 3-minute drive. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. We only glanced at the pool, but it looked very nice. Fitness room was fine. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Wish they would start breakfast earlier on the weekends to allow early risers to benefit from the free breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised at how modern the interior of the hotel was. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly upon arrival.

Nice hotel, no problems, clean, good staff, good breakfast.

Our room had a wet musky smell.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMFORT AND CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM. THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND THE BREAKFAST WAS SUPER. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN'.

I can't imagine a nicer room...especially for the price! 2 King Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if in the area for any reason.

There were six of us that stayed in one room - two king sized beds and a pull out - for just over a hundred bucks. The room was clean and neat. The pool had a waterfall and a hot-tub. The exercise room wasn't Bally but it was fine. Breakfast was good. A GREAT deal for the money.

Very large and nice room, totally updated, 2 king beds. Very comfortable. Close to interstate and grocerys but if you're looking to grab food before hitting the road, you're limited to fast food or starbucks. Overall a pleasant stay. 3 small complaints - 1: They charged my card three times, three different amounts, but it was pretty easy to sort out with the front desk staff (Just glad I caught it before leaving). 2: No fruit at breakfast. 4: Slow WiFi conections. Overall a nice, comfortable stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The only issue I had was the swimming pool water tasted like salt water. Kids had fun anyway!

Loved having 2 king beds. The rooms were large and had a bigger refridgerator than most. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern. Loved everything about the hotel.

The stay would have been great, but during my (4) day stay I had to change rooms twice. I was not very happy about he moves. The first move was because the people in the road above us was jumping and would not stop...I called the front desk twice about this matter. The second move was due to the flat screen TV not working... then the room they moved us to was the end next to the traffic. But maybe you will have better luck than I did.

Hotel was clean-ish. Fresh food on our carpet floor, our chair & ottoman. Pool was not in good condition. Water in hot tub was a yellow & green tint and flooded with chlorine. It was burning our eyes. The windows behind the hot tub had mushrooms growing in it. My 11 year old saw the mold first and then discovered the mushrooms. The pool was not a safe enviornment as the adults were rough playing with their kids and took over the pool. The pool is much smaller than the photo. Our 9 year old was trampled into by one of the fathers and he didn't even flinch. Our floor had a room of unaccompanied minor girls who left their door open, TV cranked and the younger girls (middle school age) were running all over the hall way, climbing in the windows, in and out of elevators in their swim suits...this carried over into the early morning hours when we were awaken by these same little girls sprinting up and down the hallway. Very dissapointed there was no assistance from hotel staff.

2 complaints... Standing in line is part of life which we all don't like too much...I didn't complain about waiting my turn to check in....no mention of wifi code at check in. Got to my room and needed wifi...called front desk and was told to come back down and pick up code..went back and waited in line again. I did complain about that but they didn't much care. On top of this I had the great fortune of being roomed next to a high school girls basket ball team. I called the front desk and complained about the noise....got the obligatory were sorry chat. Around midnight I was awakened by the basketball couch banging on doors telling the kids to quiet down.....it's kind of funny now but at the time... I'd have to say the night shift clerk wasn't the brightest cookie in the box and should probably not be left alone to run the place....Other than that not a bad place to stay.

Spent 3 nights during the Womens' Big Ten Basketball Tournament . Staff very helpful with direction to downtown. It only took 5 minutes to get there. Lots of restraunts nearby. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. breakfast was good and had variety of items. Plan to stay again when I take the grandkids to the Childrens' Museum and the ZOO again.

Took our grand kids for a birthday weekend. GreatTimes is just across the interstate so also had play time. Rooms are very nice size. Two king beds, refrig & microwave made it very nice. The only complaint I had was the speed of the computer in the business center. Swear it was dial-up???? Pool was really nice and clean, but did have an odd salty taste??? Breakfast was OK, ran out of gravy, kept bringing biscuits but never more gravy??? I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and would definitely recommend it!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was much bigger and nicer than the average hotel room. It was right by the interstate, which was perfect for what we needed. The continental breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity and will absolutely reccommend this hotel to everyone.

Large room, quiet, several HBO Chnls, one of the closer locations to Children's museum.

The location was clean and easy to get to. Hotel was clean and had a nice indoor pool and spa. Exercise equipment was mostly for cardio. Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Even the vending machines were reasonable. Only issue we had was with a sticky door lock which caused us to have to change rooms. The staff was quick to offer the new room just across the hall from the current room. The only thing shady about that was that there was no maintenance on location. Access to the highway and to downtown was easy. Wish they had a shuttle
