The hotel was ok. The fourth floor was incredibly hot compared to the lobby and the AC in the room was either hot or cold which was really inconvenient at night.

I am in the area for doctor appointments and shopping trips regularly and this is always where I stay the night. The help is always friendly, rooms are clean and I am just comfortable there. It is the next best thing to being at home!!

great hotel. especially like that it has never been a smoking allowed hotel. staff friendly and helpful. but when we returned to our room after being out all day, we started to put our card in the door and did not have to .... the door just opened. evidently the maid did not close well. the room was made up from when we left it. luckily we did not leave anything valuable in the room

A great place to stay clean and comfy. Totally recommend it.

No problems--room was clean--check in was easy. We had a good night's sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor problems which were taken care of. Staff was very convivial.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was better than average. The best compliment I can give, however, is to the front desk clerk named Greg. This guy really did go way above and beyond and was excellent. I used to run the front office of a Marriott, and know a good desk clerk when I see one. This young man was excellent! Again, very nice hotel and a great bargain. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast left allot to be desired. But the service was good, the room was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue the second night with a party in the next door room, the staff resolved it very quickly. Would stay again.

A little off the beaten path, but staff very accommodating. My other complaint was terrible parking. Front desk staff at the top of their game. They helped me out on several situations, and I was quite grateful.

I travel to DFW on business fairly regularly, and I usually end up staying at Comfort Suites Plano. I've stayed at newer/higher priced/fancier hotels in the area, but I've decided to not experiment any more and I plan on regularly staying here from now on. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome and comfortable when I check in and and have any dealings with the staff. The rooms are comfortable and include a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. I find this to be much more comfortable than conventional budget hotel rooms that consist of little more than beds and a restroom. I do have some minor gripes about the hotel, but these are nothing more than inconveniences, and won't keep me from staying here in the future.

This hotel had everything right...except the air conditioner! The bed was right next to the AC unit and one of us (me!) had an iced bottom, despite using covers. And the noise was too much. So we shut it off, peeled the covers and got through the night. This is a construction problem; definitely not a people problem. They scored high there!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and location was great. I enjoyed the breakfast.

We needed a quick and reasonable place to stay as our hot water heater was being repaired. This hotel was close to home, schools and work. Front office was very helpful and polite. Rate was good. Room was pleasant! Will stay here again if we have another me emergency!

Staff was very helpful! Rooms were clean and spacious. Will stay here again next time we're in Plano. Thanks for making our stay a pleasure!

I just returned from a 4 night stay, and am still thoroughly satisfied with my experience here. This is my 3rd stay since June 2011. The beds are wonderful - the breakfast is the best free hot/cold buffet I've found - always the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel !! They even like small children. :^)

This is a new, clean hotel with the same cookie-cutter design of this chain and many others. It's not a complaint, just an observation. The entire hotel, including guest rooms, is clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast actually had eggs and sausage, in addition to the ubiquitous waffle maker. It is conveniently located on the north side of George Bush Pkwy, one exit east of US75 (Central Expressway). Several gas stations are close and many Plano restaurants are less than 2 miles away. I would stay here again.

The room was great. The hotel was also good. Breakfast was more than adequate. The indoor pool was closed and we had chosen the hotel with this feature in mind so were were disappointed. The desk clerk told us that the filters were messed up by the many kids who had visited the pool earlier that day. We also didn't like the surrounding area much - hotels, gas stations, fast foods, and roads. However, the hotel was new, clean, nice, and we rested well before continuing our trip.

Hotel staff were curtious and helful. Rooms were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Continenetal style breakfast was good and area kept very clean. This is an excellent value and would stay again.

Very clean, very easy freeway access. I will stay here on all of my business trips to Plano TX

Just got back from Plano, Tx and I have to say that COmfort Suites was one of the most enjoyable hotels I have every stayed in! I was by myself (female) and never, not once, did I feel unsafe. They have an awesome breakfast bar and you can make your own Texas-shaped waffles! The friendly hotel clerks were like concierge service and printed out my boarding passes and google maps to area Shopping centers/restaurants. My room was very spacious with super high ceilings, and the (king size) mattress was super comfortable. I thought the layout was perfect for both fun and business. Less than 20 minutes to downtown Dallas made this a perfect hotel stay for me!
