It was great to make breakfast in my room. They had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was a great break. Definately would go back. Rockney's is a great place to eat nearby.

I was there only one night, but I was happy with the experience. The facility seemed nearly new. Everything worked and was very clean. The staff were very pleasant. If I had any complaint it is that they allow smoking in some rooms, so there is no way to get away from that nasty smell walking through the hallways. If I were in the area again, I would stay at the Courtyard which doesn't allow smoking in any room.

reasonable, but not exceptional. andthe complementary breakfast was nicer than some competing hotel chains.

Breakfast was the best. Best continental breakfast we had ever experience. Large dining room and room to visit and get around. Expensive we thought,for what it was. We didn't need a suite, just two beds, but that was all.there was available.

Nice hotel and great location. Only problem we had was the room heat was stuck on at 86 degrees. We tried to regulate the temp to 68 and turned on the fan, unsuccessful. We even turned on the AC, still was very hot in the room at night. Other than that, the breakfast and service was great. Thanks. Will plan to use any Staybridge when we travel from now on.

Everything about this stay was great except the bed - which you could argue is the most important part. There are mattresses that are firm, extra-firm, and ultra-firm then there's this one. Wow - I've fallen asleep on softer floors. They put a pillow-top on it and all that does is "crown" and let gravity suck you off the side. I'm not sure if I just got the MEGA-firm mattress, or if all of them are that way, but this one was hard to sleep on at all. Perhaps asking for a softer mattress at check-in would help here. Everything else was great.

The hotel provided all the services we needed. Perfect for families with pets. Perfect location to visit the national park nearby. Personnel was extremely nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Awesome hotel and I would definitely stay there again!

I loved the Staybridge Suites in Stow, Ohio. They were friendly and very helpful thoughout our entire stay. Something to make note, you need to tell them on the weekends to clean your room or otherwise they will not. Not even give you new towels. It is part of their eco-friendly environment. They will clean on the weekdays though. While you might think this is horrible, just schedule for them to clean and everyhting is solved. I found this interesting, but yet did not mind since everything else was wonderful. The fitness center(24/7), pool area(24/7), laundry room(24/7), mixture of hot/cold breakfast, and Tuesday-Thursday dinners were all FREE (well included in your stay, but they are not that much more expensive than any other hotel)! I really think you get your moneys worth at Staybridge and I will recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay with a couple of disappointments. First a lot of POSITIVES: Theatre Room– brilliant idea for kids/adults– about 7 kids in pajamas Friday night watching "Bridesmaids". Staff: wonderfully attentive and friendly. Room: Clean, comfortable, great mini suite amenities. Dining area and breakfast: Great. Nice ambience and furnishings both inside. Outside patio breakfast dining option–nice touch. TWO NEGATIVES: 1. Flat screen TV in room is analog, not HD...curious...soft picture– I don't think remotes have optional HD and/or Analog. 2. Room was not cleaned for our second day...no coffee refills (tragic for us)– Unless we missed some conservation or housekeeping policy, this was a disappointing oversight, especially as we were having our Kent State daughter and friends over for a visit and expected a clean room. Otherwise, we'll be back and certainly would recommend the Staybridge– 5 star rating once the hotel graduates to High Def.

no complaints about anything except when we got there at 5 pm we were told that our room wouldn't be ready for another hour! that's 2 hours after the advertised time, and represents 10% of the maximum possible time in the room. The lady at the desk seemed genuinely distressed but offered no financial relief. There was a nearby watering hole so we were OK. I mentioned the delay on check-out and was again offered apology but no discount but a comment that seemed to indicate it was a regular occurrance. That suggests the fault lies ENTIRELY with hotel management in that they knowingly under-staff. the "1" rating above applies to the job creators, not the employees.

Loved the room but didn't get housekeeping to show up on the weekend.

We had a nice Suite with kitchen. It had stovetop and dishwasher plus apartment sized fridge in addition to the microwave. We had 2 dogs with us and the dog walk area was stocked with bags when we first arrived. The breakfast was one of the nicest I have seen as far as variety. The only issue we had was getting enough towels. Overall very nice place to stay.

Very satisfied! The hotel was beautiful, and they put my family (3 kids) near the pool without us asking! It was a very nice stay!

Clean, tasteful, well laid out, and great staff....starting to prefer Staybridge Suites over many other glitzier brands....things like free parking, free wi-fi, lots of space, and good fitness centers and really strong basic service and design really help!

There was a problem w/ one of the rooms assigned to us. Zach made it right.

We enjoyed our stay, however check in isn't until 4:00PM, we arrived at 3:00PM and had to wait. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast layout was very nice.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my girlfriends for a night out on the town. The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with a clean refridgerator and nice fluffy beds. Everything was perfect!

Great place, room was fantastic. The breakfast was also great! Missed out on the happy hour this time around but it sounded like another very nice touch! I would definitely stay here again with my family.

We only spent one night here but would spend more nights in the future without thinking twice. Everything was clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I give this hotel a big thumbs up.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is super! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation.

Gotta kid? Wife? If you need space/comfort for a 3-4 night stay, you can't beat it. Super clean, comfortable, safe. The daily breakfast is legit and has a wide variety of real foods; easily saves you $30 per day on breakfast out. They also have nice roll-in cribs, so saves a lot of space in the trunk. Spend the money; keep mom, baby (and dad) happy.

The handicap accessible room should really have a roll in shower. The fold down bench, and the hand held shower sprayer are not ideal.

Our stay was very good. They welcomed our dog, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was better than many other breakfast buffets commonly served today. Based on our experience, I would stay here again and would be inclined to try other Staybridge Suite hotels.

Great hotel for a visit. The ammendities make a big difference!!!

This was our first time to stay at Staybridge and it exceeded our expectations in all areas! The suite was spacious and had the decor and feel of a small apartment. The common area off the lobby was very home-like and even included a theatre room! It was a great find.

This is my second year staying there for thanksgiving. It is very clean, great continental breakfast, and a great place for families to stay. Close to everything.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on business. New hotel and very clean, has a 24 hour indoor pool and spa + borrowing library + movie room. The kitchenette is a huge plus. The free breakfast was on the light side, not much of a selection. Easy to get to off Route 8. I have stayed at the neighboring Hampton Inn in the past and Staybridge has better rooms and more features for the same money.

The reservations where made. The hotel didn't have any rooms at 1:30. I know that check in was at 4:00 but we had to be at a concert by 6:00 and we didn't know our way around and we had lots of things to put in our hotel room. We went to a late lunch came back and we still didn't get into a room until 3:30. When we looked in our room there wasn't enough towels for the four of us. So I went to the front desk. Then I had to wait for them to bring more. We didn't get back from the concert until 1:00am because of traffic. This is not the hotels fault. But the second day we went to the Cleveland Zoo. We we came back our key wouldn't open the door. We had to go to the front desk again and get our key re-activated. This was a pain, but we got though it. It just seemed to me like one hassle after another. But, I guess I don't have anyone to blame. The hotel staff tried their best to be accommodating.
