Great place to stay! is it the most modern? no. is it still nicely decorated and well maintained? heck yes! people there were very nice, and actually remembered my name through our whole visit! room was nice and clean, and had a VERY comfy bed. the suite had everything we needed! and i would highly suggest it if you want to find a hotel that is truly home away from home. having a mini kitchen there was really nice because we could make a basic dinner and save a few extra $$. the pool room was nice and clean, saltwater pool was a blast with the slide, though the hot tub could have been hotter. the exercise room was great and i LOVE the fact they had a laundry room where all you needed was a package of soap. and the small store is excellent idea! saved us a headache of desperately trying to find resources at such a early hour. all in all a great place for a good value! will defiantly stay there again. <3

Staybridge is a great place to stay while away from home, offering convenient access to downtown Calgary. Rooms give you the pleasant feeling of being home away from home while allowing you to conduct your business activities. Reasonable business centre as well as lounge area. Breakfasts are included and are reasonable but not extravagant. Evening snacks are not particularly nutritious so I would avoid eating or munch on only a little bit unless absolutely famished. Good value for the price paid. Recommend for business or families.

We enjoyed the room and the continential breakfast, but the strong perfume smell from cleaning products was a bit overwhelming. The chilodren and I really didn't enjoy the ice cold shower before entering the pool, or the luke warm hot tub and then NO towels available to dry off. needless to say we were a bit chillled after our visit to the pool.

We had a very nice room excellent breakfast you actually get bacon &eggs lots variety. The only thing i didnt like was no housekeeping on the weekend unless you ask for it.

We loved this hotel, very clean hotel was well cared for staff was friendly pool was great and the breakfast was exceptional. Best free breakfast ever. It was more like a buffet. This will be my new hotel!!!!!

It feels like coming home when I arrive. Greeting with a smile and a welcome back. While most hotels now offer a breakfast, Staybridge offers a dinner too.

It was great service, comfortable, and price. Thank you hotel.com for finding us these accommodations. Appreciated the shuttle to and from airport.

Great place to stay for leisure or business. Stayed one night, and was able to leave our vehicle while gone on a business trip. No problems with being shuttled to and from airport. All staff gave great service. Will stay again.

We found the hotel good. The front staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and a good selection of choices. Our room was nice except that the carpet had stains on it and there was a musty smell in the room from the bathroom sink. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror in the room. Overall it was a nice experience.

Great hotel. I stayed 2 nights and had to be in South Calgary, NW Calgary, Central Alberta and Airport. The location close to the main arteries of Calgary is ideal yet it is far enough to be very quiet. Room is comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast. Highly recommended

We stay in hotels quite often and this one is definitely a favorite. It was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and quick to offer any assistance. The room was very large and family friendly. The pool and waterslide were big hits and the breakfast was fit for a king. We will stay again for sure!

This hotel was a great place to stay with our young family. Having the pool and a bedroom with full kitchen were definately a plus. The only strange thing about our room was the shower...to turn it on the pull was the underside of the faucet itself. Weird place to put it but everyone was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was great as well!

It was great!! The beds and pillows were so comfortable!!! The alarm clock in the empty room beside us was blaring that night but when I called the front desk someone came to turn it off right away. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was great. The suite was neat and clean. It was easily located and close to all the activities we had planned. We only stayed one night and didn't get to use the pool, or fitness room. Only issue was that there was only one elevator.

Good hotel, welcoming front desk with basket of fruits. Spacious ensuites rooms. However, the washroom in my room was defective during our stay, it was reported but could not be fixed before I checked out. Otherwise a good hotel.

Really appreciated the kitchen complete with dishes etc.. I thought the front desk guy was sarcastic and kinda of a jerk though. i loved the hot breakfast and will stay at again :)

Very prompt and pleasant service. Didn't get King bed requested however it was fine. Very convenient to the medical facility (within a block. Was not offered medical discount as apparently is the case with Four Points next door. Would be nice if offered for this use in future.

This was our second stay at the Staybridge. The staff is sooo friendly, helpful and seem to really care to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are modernly furnished, clean and roomy. Our son loves the waterslide and pool. The morning breakfast is awesome and has something for everyone. I will stay at the Staybridge on my next trip to Calgary. Very affordable.

We like suites hotels because of the extra room and breakfast is included in the price. Staybridge delivers on both of these. This hotel was clean, service was friendly. Everything was as announced.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable. Our room was a Double bed suite. Excellent amenities, pool was great for the kids. Nothing negative about this hotel.

We were in Calgary for my brothers wedding. We had also decided to stay 9 days and wanted to save money on food by being able to cook for ourselves. Our only complaints were minor, the front element on our stove did not work, there were no dishtowels to dry dishes if you only had a few and did them by hand, we ask for one and they gave us a hand towel like the ones in the bathroom. There was only three of each item( glasses, plates, cups) so we had to do a lot of dishwashing( kind of a waste of the hotels utilities to run the dishwasher for 2 cups and two plates, but we needed them for our next meal as we were left with only one plate ect. We did eventually go down and request one more set and they gladly gave it to us(guess we should have done that sooner) , but it should have been there in the first place. The location worked great for us as it was 10mins. from the airport and 10mins. from my brothers house and close to any shopping that we needed to do and close to a great steakhouse where the whole family got together for a meal. It would have been nice to have a small table to eat at, had to use the coffee tables which were quite low, would have liked a 2 chair table where the desk was, as a table can serve many purposes and the desk could not serve as a spot for two people to eat. Other than those small items, the service and staff were fantastic, we would definitely stay there again on our next trip out to Calgary.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The location was great. It was about 15 to 20 km from everything we wanted to see. The continental breakfast was a joke the second day. The server (the person that brought out the food) stated that they had run out of bread and plain waffle mix and the kitchen was not working properly. If you wanted eggs and hashbrown you had to stand in line for about 5 - 7 minutes waiting for to come out of the kitchen. We would possibly stay there again.

One complaint: the free breakfast buffet is always running low on... Everything: no more bread, then only two fruits left on the fruit plate, oh-oh they're out of yogurt, no more eggs.... Very frustrating! This happened on both mornings this week and at my last stay one week ago.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff at the reception was very very polite, professional and helpful. My boys really enjoyed the pool and breakfast in the morning. The location of this hotel is perfect, we stayed there for five days. It will be five out of five hotel if they can clean your room everyday, at least take garbage out. Other than that our stay at this hotel was very comfertable, we often visit Calgary, we are already looking forward to our stay here next time.

Overall our stay was very good. Shaf was an excellant manager as we had a few issues with our stay. We have prebooked a one bedroom suite with 2 dble beds but they didn't have any when we where there. We had one bed and a pull out. I did not enjoy the pullout at all as I have a bad back. Shaf did accomodate us though and that helped. The room was nice and breakfast was awesome. They ran out of eggs, bread etc one day as there was a team staying there and so that wasn't good. We would like to come back and Shaf again was amazing! We BBQ'D outside in the courtyard and Shaf provided us with plates, utensils and BBQ utensils as well. Hope to be back next year!
