Falcon Crest Lodge - קנמור

המיטה והכריות היו מדי רכות, שקענו בתוך המיטה כאשר אנחנו אנשים קלי משקל. בקרת הטמפרטורה בחדר לא עבדה ביעילות ונדרשו כמה שעות כדי להוריד את הטמפרטורה כך שתתאים לשינה. חוץ מזה הכול היה מאד נקי ומסודר! גם היו הרבה אביזרי נוחות בחדר כגון מכונה ומייבש כביסה.

מלון זה מאד יפה ומחדרי נשקף הנוף המדהים של רכס הרי "שלוש האחיות". תלונתי היחידה היא על עובי הקירות והתקרה - יכולתי לשמוע את השוהים בחדר הסמוך די ברור, והילדים בחדר שמעלי ניהלו ריצת מרתון. אני יודע שזה אינו בשליטה, אבל אולי בפעם הבאה יאטום הבנאי את הקירות ביתר יעילות.

התאכסנו 3 לילות ב-Falcon Ridge. מלון מקסים עם חדרי אמבטיה ענקיים. משטחי הגרניט הם תוספת נחמדה. האח היה מקסים גם הוא. התלונה היחידה שלי היא שהם נותנים ממש מעט כלי אוכל וכלי בישול. במטבח שלנו היו רק 2 סירים קטנים ובדיוק 4 יחידות של כלי אוכל (4 צלחות, קערות קטנות, ספלים, כפות וכו'). אם רצית לבשל ארוחה של ממש, היית בבעיה. אם השתמשת בכפית להכין קפה, ואז רצית אחת בשביל לאכול דגני בוקר ואתם 4 נפשות בחדר, זה לא ממש נוח. תלונה קטנה: הילדים שלי התלוננו שהספה הנפתחת הייתה די לא נוחה. אפשר לשמוע את הרכבות חולפות בלילה, מכיוון שאתה נמצא ליד מסילת רכבת, אבל זה לא יותר מדי נורא אם לא פותחים את החלון. והאמבטיות נקיות אבל קטנות. יש נוף מצוין של המלון השכן, שיש לו בריכה חיצונית ענקית ומחוממת, שלא יכולנו להשתמש בה למורת רוחם של הילדים שלי. ייתכן שבפעם הבאה נישן במלון ההוא.

אשתי ואני שהינו באכסניית "Falcon Crest" לא מכבר, והשהות הייתה נפלאה. הצוות היה מאד אדיב ויעיל. רצינו לשהות בחדר בו שהינו בעבר, והם מלאו את בקשתנו בשמחה. אנו ממליצים בחום על השהות במקום, אתם לא תתאכזבו.

מלון טוב וסולידי, הסיבה היחידה שכנראה לא נחזור היא בגלל מיקום ג'קוזי. הג'קוזי היה קטן וממוקם בין הלובי לחניה, עם מעט מאד נוף. אבל חוץ מזה, אני רוצה לציין כי שירות הלקוחות היה יוצא מן הכלל. שהינו בתור זוג בגילאי 30-35

זה היה מיקום נפלא והחדר היה מאד יפה. אם אתה שוהה ב"Canmore", הצטייד באטמי אוזניים במידה ואתה מתעורר בקלות מרעשים, היות והרכבת עוברת בעיירה בכל שעות הלילה. אין מנוס מזה אפילו במלונות היוקרתיים ביותר. אהבתי את המקום ואחזור לשם שוב.

זה מלון מעולה במחיר מעולה!! אני בהחלט אשהה שם שוב! יצאנו לסוף שבוע של סקי עם שני הילדים שלנו ולקחנו חדר סמוך עם חברים שלנו (והילד שלהם). החדר עצמו נקי ושמור היטב. הג'קוזי נפלא והשירות היה גם הוא מדהים! אני ממליץ בחום על המלון הזה!

החדר שהיה לנו היה ממש מעולה. הוא היה נקי, ענקי ויותר טוב מהדירה שלי בבית! היה לנו נוף ממש נחמד של ההרים (אפילו לא היינו צריכים לשלם עליו יותר - פשוט היה לנו מזל) והייתה לנו מרפסת דק שהייתה מוסתרת בבניין, כך שלא קפאנו מקור כשיצאנו להכין סטייקים על המנגל. הדבר השלילי היחיד במלון הייתה הספה בסלון, שהייתה הספה הגרועה ביותר והכי פחות נוחה שאי פעם ישבתי עליה, הטלויזיה הייתה כל-כך ישנה שלא יכולתי לחבר אליה את המחשב שלי, והיא הייתה די קטנה, והאמבטיה הפרטית היחידה הייתה כל-כך מלוכלכת (למעשה כל-כך הסרחנו שנאלצנו להתקלח אחריה שוב כדי לשטוף את עצמנו). חוץ מזה, זה היה מקום כל-כך מדהים. חדר האמבטיה היה מעולה ואני אוהב את זה כשיש מכונת כביסה ומייבש, והאמבטיה הייתה עצומה! גם אהבתי את זה שהייתה חנייה תת-קרקעית בחינם. היה קצת קשה למצוא את המלון, בגלל שלא היה אף שלט עם השם של המלון.

צוות הקבלה והאירוח היו ממש ידידותיים ומועילים. המלון נמצא במיקום מרכזי ונוח. במשך 3 הימים ששהינו בו, נאלצנו להתקשר לקבלה פעמיים בגלל בעיות תחזוקה. בחדר הייתה דלת שחיברה אותו לחדר הסמוך, מה שהפך אותו לרועש.

הפתעה נהדרת חיכתה לנו כשנכנסנו לחדר. סידור נחמד מאוד של חדרי השינה והאמבטיה. אהבתי את המטבח/חדר גדול. נהניתי מהאמבטיה עד מאוד.

It was a pleasant place to spend a romantic weekend, the customer service was awesome... it offers underground parking, BBQ grill in a big balcony, nicely furnished, etc.

We were totally satisfied with the unit and the staff.

Perfect hotel stay here every time I'm in or around Canmore.

We found our stay in Jasper a lot of fun and a very comfortable stay at the Saweridge.The room was great and the beds were soooo comfy. Everything we needed was exactly where we needed it to be. We walked from downtown back to the Sawridge which was distance we needed after a wonderful dinner. I would recommend the Sawridge to anyone .

As a professional pilot, I've stayed in luxury accodations the world over, but nowhere else offers the value we found at Falcon Crest Lodge. Beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, every amenity you could imagine including full kitchen and balcony with BBQ. All the attractions of the Bow valley right outside your door.The staff are the most friendly and helpfull that we have ever encountered. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

The condos are in great condition. We went for our anniversary and received a mountain view upgrade. Staff was very helpful and kind. We were awakened by the train, but I guess that goes with the territory.

Our room was terrific and would have been perfect, if not for the room next door having a child that SCREAMED none stop from the time they returned to the room till it passed out. We ended up running the room fan on high all the time and running the Dishwasher before going to bed to mask the noise. We asked about moving to a differant room, but because of the long weekend, they had no other suits till two days later. I really didn't feel like they wanted to deal with the problem.

Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Great BBQ on the balcony. Deluxe room size was a little small as there is no couch to relax. Will come back again.

Very spacious, nice view of the mountains.

The hotel was easy to find -the rooms were clean-and even had not bad wifi -will be back for sure

Loved it. Jesaka was awesome, room was clean. fireplace worked. we had a two bedroom then upgraded to the one bedroom at the time of booking they didnt have 1 bedrooom. We got a room with a view of the mountains. great idea for the free movie rental overall we worth the money spend. You can also extend your stay til 5pm which we did becuase we didnt want to rush int he morning. Canmore winter hours for food a limited if you want to eat after 9:30pm

Very noisy. Screaming kids next door. Running down halls. Upstairs bouncing on floors.

Beautiful rooms and great service from staff, overall perception of location was great. Vietnamese restaurant on first floor was also delicious/inexpensive. Location is in an area off the main highway nestled with other hotel/condo buildings, with a quick drive to the heart of Canmore. The two hot tubs on-site (one fits 3-4 people and the other fits 8-10) were well maintained, and the outdoor area is pleasing.

Will definitely go back there!

This hotel was crazy good. We just lucked out on it by booking through hotels.com, and it was awesome. Hotel was very clean, fresh, and new. Every single staff member was nice. They had free DVD's, board games, BBQ (which we used lots) stunning view of the mountains, they even brought us a blender and a wafflemaker. Bathroom had a huge soaker tub and a stand up shower. Tonnes of room (for 3 adults and 2 kids) in a 1 bedroom suite.

We really liked the hotel but kind of wish the restaurant would have been different (western food) But still was a great stay.

Everything was ok, but for the price we pay, we expect better experience.

Excellent room and area to provide one owns dietery needs for meals

Liked the room very much. We wanted a hotel with a restaurant and lounge. Both were closed when we arrived. $8. cab ride to center of Canmore. No restaurants of lounges within comfortable walking distance.

It was a nice place. The room was the key strength. The hot tubs are IMO the only lacking part of this hotel. The view from our room showed a beautiful courtyard area with a large hot pool. There were lots of laughs from people who appeared to be having a great time after a day of skiing and this was very inviting. We wanted to go join in the fun and meet some new people. Sadly this hot pool belonged to a neighbouring resort. Other than that, the Falcon Crest is beautiful. Our room was a one bedroom suite which was incredible! BBQ on the deck was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great, the service is fantastic, but the room was very dirty. We stayed in room 122, and other than the stains (hotels.com won't let me say what kind of stains, but they were the stains from when you drink too much and have to go ...) on the toilet and the "hairs" (hotels.com won't let me say what kind of hairs they were, but they were from the region below your belly button) in the bathtub, everything was great. Hate to sound so blunt, but this hotel has a lot going on for it, but to have stains on the rim of the toilet and a fairly large pile of hairs in the nice big soaker tub was really upsetting. I brought it up with the front desk and they were shocked! The girl who was working was excellent and apologized over and over, and even offered a bit off our next stay and brought us a bottle of wine. For that, and that alone, I will be back to this hotel, but I will definitely be asking for a different room this time if it's not cleaned properly. I didn't this time as by the time we noticed we were already unpacked for the evening and making dinner. I also wanted to note that the patio door was unlocked when we arrived, and we wouldn't have noticed if we didn't check, but being on the main floor could be a concern if you didn't notice that. Would also be nice if this place had an iPod dock for music. The under the cupboard radio/cd player is useless as no one carries CD's any more.

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I can't wait to stay again!

The hotel was fantastic! My only concern was the entrance/exit to the under ground parking. It was very tight with cement pilar on one side and rocks on the other. Anyone traveling with a truck, as we were use caution.

We were impressed with the accommodations at Falcon Crest Lodge. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a very well equipped full kitchen. We will certainly stay here again.

On arriving we actually were put in a suite and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was really nice and surroundings beautiful. Pity it was not for a few more nights. Would recommend to anyone
