It was good. We will certainly will stay the next time we are in the area. Finding the road to turn on was hard to find in the dark. A small Holiday Inn sign would be nice on the corner of the main road. We passed it 3 times trying to figure out how to get back there. Room was larger than we expected and nice and clean.

It seems that this hotel need some maintenance to the room we were in. Toilet was loose, lamp shade was broken, wall paper was falling off of the wall in the bathroom, bathroom fan did not work, and the last time the room was painted it was not finished ( paint on ceiling around smoke alarm had a square of old paint around it).

Fairly upset with my stay we asked if they had a pool for the kids and was told yes. We got there and they had a pool but it was outside and February so the kids could not swim. And that was the reason we picked this hotel.

We were congenially transferred to another room when there was a problem involving other residents cooking on our floor. However, when transferred to the other room, the toilet was not clean. Everything else in the room seemed clean; so I cleaned the toilet myself using a papertowel and mouthwash. Hopefully, this was simply an oversight; but I don't believe that I would trust to stay there again.

My room 129. The windows and the heater leak air very bad. You could feel a draft. It was very hard to keep the room heated. The staff was very helpful getting me a replacement room if desired. I was tired and didn't feel like changing rooms. In my opinion a better maintenance schedule would prevent conditions like this. Thank you

clean place friendly people no real visible sign to place

This hotel was perfect for what I needed it for (just an overnight stay). Close to many fast food restuarants and Cabelas. Easy to navigate on and off the I-75.

The hotel was not the best, it needs some up keep. Bed's were hard as a rock and the sheets would not stay on the King size bed. Everytime you moved they would pop off. But for the price you couldn't go wrong, i say you get what you paid for. I knew it was not going to be a 5 start hotel by any means.

Extremely clean. Professional staff. Great stay.

I have stayed here on my way to PA a few times in the last six months. This visit was very noisy. Doors slamming near my room. Noisy peope above us. Might need to reconsider my next stay.

It seems there has been no upkeep of the hotel amenities. The room was shabby, bad water pressure, and things were old, worn and rusted. I stayed there two years ago and everything was nice. Upkeep and attention to quality/cleanliness has gone down hill. Planning to not stay there the next time I travel.

Front desk...nice people. Smell in hotel was terrible, still can't place it. Must rent out by week or month? Shady happenings in parking lot.

this hotel is conveniently located near cabela's and was a great place for us to stop on our way to PA. it is pet friendly and offered a good breakfast.

I do not recommend this hotel. Very old and needs update. Felt like I was staying in a college dorm. Poor at best.

I have stayed at the Dundee Days Inn Many times. Its located just right for my travel. I have always been completely satisfied. However for this last stay I reserved a ground floor room and it somehow was not recorded as a "ground floor" room by the man that took my reservation. Consequently I had to request a ground floor room again at the time of check-in. Luckily a unit on the ground floor was available so it all worked out. See you next trip.

Itt served its purpose of some where to sleep and take a shower .. The lonestar steakhouse right down the road was great .

PROS: refrigerator and microwave in the room, very friendly lady at the front desk, super convenient location CONS: HARD, uncomfortable bed, room and hotel felt neglected although it was fairly clean, first room smelled awful like cigarette smoke, second room was better smelling, but I really felt like I was staying in a place that hadn't been well taken care of in a very, very long time. Will never stay there again.

I was in Dundee on business and stayed for two nights. With the discount from hotels.com, it was a good value for a needed bed and shower. Nice spacious room with all I needed. The workers were nice and friendly.

It was not bad for the price, but the hotel definately needs updated. Falling wallpaper and plaster around the hallway window does not make for a nice overall apperance. Also, hallways smelled bad but the room was ok. Out of 10, I would give it a 5.

Clean and comfortable enough for a quick en-route stay. Breakfast options are a little limited, but overall it was a good value. If it's relevant, it is close to Cabela's and good local coffee shop. Ask for a room away from the highway.

We just needed an overnight stay before a football game. It was a very quick check in. Room was very clean. Sheets were a little hard but that is really the only bad thing I can say. It suited our purpose for a cheap price. We are staying there again this weekend!

The location and general features of the hotel was nice. If I had a complaint, it might be the breakfast. Would have been nice to have skim milk, and some wheat bread. The juice was a bit tart. Only ended up having a tiny muffin. That was good though! Large crowds make it a challenge for stocking/eating breakfast. Overall, it was very nice and the people were friendly. Would stay there again.

The pictures on the internet made the room look bigger than it actually was. Also the same with the pool. It was jacuzzi size. This is not the first Days Inn that does this on the internet. We had also stayed at Days Inn at Somerset, Ky. The same thing with them. The hotel had no elevators and we were put on second floor with a 4 yr old and 6 year old to help carry.

Not a bad hotel, I just needed it to sleep, I didn't care about the pool (didn't use it or the workout room so don't know if they were good). The bed and pillow was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Plus it wasn't too noisy, so it didn't keep me up. It was convenient to Tecumseh, Ann Arbor and the airport. Regular fast food real close by, Dundee is a cute town. Was quiet outside my window. I would recommend it.

A good little hotel for the value. The people were nice and the rooms were clean.

Nice basic hotel, outside pool was very small. Would stay again with wife, but if I bring kids I will stay at the Holiday Inn with Splash indoor park right across from Cabela's.

Everything is what it was advertised to be. Many reviews are dependent on the person and what their expectation or 'type' of hotel they are accustom. If you like a big lobby, doorman, etc. then you may not like this. If you need a clean place to stay and you are not worried about the 5 star experience then this is fine. No elevator so if you have something heavy request the first floor. Breakfast is small - if you want to make a waffle you must stand in line for the one waffle maker available. If you want a large breakfast then go to Bob Evan's across the street. This hotel is not offering a complete restaurant, so don't expect a large buffet. They do not claim to have a large breakfast so there, they told you the truth. :)

This Hotel was great. The rooms were big, the pool was great, & the breakfast was super. Plus for any other meals you have your choice of restaurants, near by, also the cute little downtown is very close if you want to do a little shopping. Staff was great. What can I say but if I need to stay anywhere near Dundee it will be at this hotel.

Decent hotel and great price

Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and cordial. Beds were a bit firm and pillows very soft. There were quite a few eating spots in the vacinity. My 13 yr old son was in a tournament at Tecumseh HS the next day. On the day of check-in, I took him to Splash Universe (2 minutes to drive) at 6:00pm (they also had a magic show that evening), while my spouse and I went to Cabela's right across the street from the waterpark (both places are really cool). Our reservation also stated that breakfast was not included, however, upon check-in, the receptionist told us that we were welcome to enjoy breakfast the next morning. It was sufficient...waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal packets, bagels, danishes, muffins, coffee, oj, and apple juice. Everyone was happy.

We were extremely dissappointed in the entire experience at this hotel. Room was not clean, plus beds & linens wore out. The contintental breakfast had only a few items available. It is not within safe walking distance from Cabelas. We would strongly recommend staying elswhere.

We came to Dundee to go to Cabela's and was very pleased with the stay at Days Inn. Only a short distance to travel, quiet, clean and a continental breakfast, stayed 2 nights and the price was right.
