I enjoyed my stay it was a very beautiful place. I enjoyed the shops and business close by. I loved the fireplace in our room it was wonderful.

I liked it overall it just needed a better bed me and my wife did not sleep well on the bed in room 513 and the mattress was just plain pitiful for the price of the room

The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet was not swept. My sheets had lots of short hairs on them. We had a non smoking room but the room next door was smoking and the smoke was coming thru the connecting doors.

There was huge cop webs above the beds. There was a dead squashed fly at eye level on the wall near the fridge and coffee maker. The low boy had two drawers that were stiff and one of them fell apart. There was a dirty rag under the sink. after the first night when they came to clean the room they too one of the 2 wash cloths and did not replace it as well as the fact we had to ask for more coffee and cups. Then they had the nerve to leave a envelope for a tip for the person who did not clean the room (as if).

Toilet did not work Bed was hard as a board Location was away from main area

I had an overall great experience. There were a few negatives such as the roof is not red, there is no heated pool or Jacuzzi as stated on the sign and the elevators are a bit outdated. Other than that the location and rooms were great.

We enjoyed our stay at the RR inn. Didn't have any complain. Room is much larger than expected with nice balcony. About 10 mins walking to town. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, can walk to town. Friendly, helpfull staff. Rooms very accommidating. Breakfast fair.

will the first night was good didn"t know when book that the room was ajoining room from both sides the second night got woke up by the people in the room next to us very loud and they where playing with the door twice was not happy was going to give then a third chance before I called the front desk . other than that it was a good stay

We enjoyed ournstay. Pillows could be fluffier and could dd fresh fruit to breakfast bar.

Needs updating. Carpet was good and fairly new but walls had un painted patches, bed coverings and drapes did not match. Bathroom fixtures very old. Fireplace was nice but would not stay here again.

The motel did not have a RED ROOF! The location was difficult for the people in the town to locate. We called for a delivery and they could not find the hotel.

Furniture is really old Breakfast is very poor No warm blankets

It was a nice hotel, great breakfast in the morning. Stayed in March so we didn't use the pool, but it looks like it'd be a lot of fun during the spring/summer months. I'd recommend, best thing is, the price was great! Room was very clean

Beds were hard as a rock,not comfortable at all.

the rm was dirty n very cold in rm the door had a big gap in it as well heater didnt work good at all and tolit seat was broke

We arrived about 830-9p and given our room key. The room we entered had not been touched. There was trash still sitting everywhere, sheets and blankets were bunched on the bed like someone had just rolled out of it. It was just a minor inconvenience since we were assigned another room immediately. Our beds were hard as a rock and pillows were pretty flat. Overall it didn't ruin our trip. I'd probably not stay again due to the hardness of the bed, but it was a fairly good hotel for the price and location.

I was so shocked when I walked in my room. We stayed in a rm with a king bed and fireplace. It was so beautiful. Would make a cute apartment. I would definitely stay here again. I just didn't like that we had to drive to get to anything in gattlinburg. Would have been nice just to have walked to everything. But it was fine.

Thought they should have called from the office and asked us if we liked our room when we first arrived normally every motel we have ever stayed at has done that

Overall, the hotel was good. It was clean, the staff was nice, and the location was good. It wasn't too busy, and was located about 5 minutes from the main part of Gatlinburg and about 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. My friends and I would stay again.

Great Service, old building and amneties

This place is ok if you need a cheap sleep and aren't worried about being in walking distance of the main Gatlinburg attractions. If you need to be close, go elsewhere.

I was very disappointed. It wasn't what I was told over the phone. It wasn't where I was told it was on the phone. Very poor quality establishment for the price I paid. It wasn't anything like a red roof inn I have sta yed at before. It definetly wasn't what it was on line that I looked at or I woudn't have taken it. I won't stay at the red roof inn again from this experience. I am very not satisfied. It didn't have the amenities that I was told it would have. My stay was a horrible experience for my first time with you.

Great location and great price but the hotel needs a little remodeling.

we had a nice time. Gatlinburg for us is all about hiking in the mountains But it's nice to have a warm place to crash when we come back. Loved the gas fireplace. It was great to be able to bring our dog, Lester too. Irene from Nashville

We have stayed here before and will stay here again. Great place to stay when you're traveling with dogs. The staff is very friendly, but they do need Alexis back. She was super last summer when we were here. It does need updated but maybe if it was they wouldn't be as welcoming to pets. Who knows. Anyway Great Stay

If you Don't care to have clean towels or your bed made up.. Then This hotel is fine.. For the price.. The breakfast was good if you wanted more to eat then Begals or cereal and Waffle.... When we did ask for our room to be cleaned the just threw blankets over the bed.. But on our drive home we figured it out why they didn't clean the rooms.. Dogs are allowed at the hotel so they are probably scared of getting bit..

Nice breakfast

It's quite dirty.The blanket has a bad smell.Everything in the hotel are old.I just try to open the curtain to get some light in the morning but when I touch it.It fell out from the wall and almost hit my head.The room service come to clean the room in the morning but she just clean only one bed.There is another that she just leave it.I don't know why? I'm not gonna stay there again.

Great location, as it was right when you got into town so didn't have to deal with traffic all that much and could walk everywhere within minutes. The beds were quite uncomfortable, and felt like I was sleeping on a board. However, for the price I paid it wasn't too bad.

nice room didnt like sheets were not clean but once i complaint they upgraded room so me and my fiancé was pleased with that and that room was very nice

Clean Rooms, Friendly Service, quiet area!

Older hotel but well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Located just as you come into Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge. We were attending a wedding reception at the aquarium and wanted to walk. It was a bit of a walk but we like to walk. Some may think to far too center of town. Satisfied with our stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was close to a lot of attractions in walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our beds were not made - just thrown up with pillows propped on top of bedspread. Housekeeping took used towels but left no new ones . Condition was run down. I have stayed there probably 10 times in the past 20 years with the property under different managements. I do not plan to return.

The room smelled bad. The pillows were flat as pancakes! We did however have a fireplace which was not expected. The room did appear to be clean and the continental breakfast was nice. We stayed here due to the fact it was pet friendly and so did just about everyone else that was staying there. There were a lot of dogs. I personally didn't mind this, but if someone doesn't like to see or be around dogs might want to rethink the stay. It was not very close to the aquarium; that name is kind of deceiving. I would possibly stay here again if i had to, but it wouldn't be my first choice at all.

Great large room for a very reasonable price. Would love to stay there again.
