we needed a place to stay for the night since we were on the road later than expected. it was a nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. the free breakfast was cereal and waffles, which was maintained by the front counter. pretty simple and free.

Very convenient location with average comforts. Very clean rooms (lobby smells a little like smoke but rooms were fine). Breakfast is very basic but the location, price, and comfort made for a very pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Had the suite this time very roomy and comfortable. Once again don't expect much of a breakfast.

We had read other comments that the rooms were small - but we found them perfect for just an overnight stop. When you need a clean, safe room for the night - this is a great hotel. We left too early in the morning to comment on the breakfast offered. Overall very pleased with our brief stay.

Overall great hotel. Free Breakfast was a little lacking. Initial room booked was too small, so we upgraded to a suite that was a little pricey.

Close to highway-that's about it. Rooms smell like mold. Breakfast is a joke. I'll never stay here again.

I have used Microtels before and this one is no exception. Like the others, this one is very convenient to fuel services and quality restaurants. It is just off the interstate on an access road but the property does not back up to the interstate so it's quieter. Rooms are small but very comfortably and conveniently arranged. Another big plus is the wifi connections and flat screen tv's in every room. The continental breakfast is also way above average.

Clean place to stay. Television needs to be bigger and don't expect much from the breakfast. Otherwise a great value.

The room was extremely clean, and the staff was great. Would and already did recommend it to my friends traveling that way. Rates were great for the quality of the room & service. Easy to find just of interstate.

This was my first visit to a Microtel. The hotel appeared to be brand new, everything was impeccable. I will stay here again on my return visit from Florida.

Great price ,clean, this is how hotels should be run. Nothing creepy about it.

This was our first stay at a Microtel Inn, and we were very pleased. The hotel staff was very pleasant, check in was a breeze. The hotel as quiet and comfortable. The room looked brand new inside. For an overnight stop, it was a real bargain! Definitely will stay here again when passing through.

Poor poor service. Lower rates given at desk to other customers off the street.

Loved the hotel, smelled new, and room was very clean and nice. just didn't enjoy being right across the hall from the elevators, and could hear everything going on.

Simple, straightforward, clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is nothing extraordinary, but gets the job done.

Overall it wasn't bad, however the breakfast was horrible. But if you consider the price, it is decent.

The room was immaculate. The breakfast was as advertised. This really is an excellent property . . . I'd say for the price, but it's mostly just really great and just happens to be inexpensive, too! Great for business travel.

We did not get much sleep. The room next to us had the t.v. on our headboard side of wall and had it on all night complained two times to hotel staff with no change.

I found the hotel to be clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The personel were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were smaller that some closets. Some room were too cold while others were too hot. Very convient for Mayo Clinic business. Would say there again simplly because of the price.

Nice hotel in Manchester, TN at a good price. Nothing fancy but its clean and was convinient to our event (Warrior Dash). Also close to a lot of restaurants (recommend El Mocajete if you like Mexican food).

As in its name "Micro" the room was small. But it had a comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a clean bathroom. So we slept well and the staff was very helpful. Also, the hot breakfast was good and we enjoyed the waffles, bagels, etc.

We stayed in Manchester for the weekend when my grandma passed away. It was 10 minutes from my grandpa's house so it was very convenient. There were a ton of places to eat and near downtown Manchester off the highway. The staff was nice. The breakfast hit the spot to start our day. I would definitely stay again at another one if I ever need to. Especially for the price.

Booked 2 rooms .... Cheaper at hotels.com than on their own online website. The stay was better than I anticipated when booking . Will stay again!!! The downside was the frOnt desk clerk when checking in.

I spent 5 nights at Microtel. Itwas clean and service great. Location was good for my purposes. The only things I would change would be the lighting in the rooms and put some seating outside around the building. The only outdoor seating was in the pool area. I would not hesitate to stay at Microtel Inn & Suites in Manchester, Tn. again.

The hotel staff was very good and the care was exceptional. The rooms and overall hotel are very clean and the location of the hotel is positive. Downside - the rooms are very small, the walls are paper thin and the "gym" is only two machines.

Very nice stay overall. Service was great. Room was clean. Only concern was noise level from room above.

Overall this is a very nice motel. This is the third motel I've stay at while visiting relatives in the area. You get nicer accommodations for the price than what you would expect. The only problem with our two night stay was we had to get the friendly night manager to let us in the room the second night because our key didn't work. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Easy access to resteraunts, stores and Interstate 24.

we have stayed at several of your hotels and have always been please with everything. Always very clean. The beds are always comfortable and clean.

Upon checking in, I was impressed with the overall appearance of the hotel and rooms, modern and tidy. During the night one member of my party asked for an extra blanket and was told they don't have any? The pillows were new and clean, but so thick that they gave three of us bad neck aches by morning. Tummy sleepers - bring your own pillow. The continental breakfast was good but with only one waffle machine and several large groups trying to eat at once it was time consuming and hectic. I would stay there again, but it seemed like they still had a few kinks to work out of the system.

This is a simple country hotel, nothing fancy but it's good for spending a few nights. The rooms are simple, but kept clean. The staff was never visible behind the counter, but always arrived quickly. Overall no problems and the stay was satisfactory.
