Comfort Inn & Suites - פרמינגטון

We had a sisters overnight because it was near the Finger Lakes Casino. The woman at the front desk was very nice and efficient, the beds were new and comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was organized and great coffee! It was great quality for the price.

Enjoyed our stay. the hotel was located right across from the Finger Lakes Casino which was a wonderful surprise and great addition to our trip. With the pool and spa tub in the hotel we enjoyed a late night dip as it was open till 11pm. On our trip there was a lot of children running the halls unsupervised due to a party but that obviously doesn't happen all the time and could have easily been changed with a quick phone call. From 9:30 to 11pm the pool area is kid free and we enjoyed that time and the continental breakfast was excellent as well. The rooms were superior an excellent get away that we just can't say enough about.

at 1 am, the staff was friendly and courteous, the hotel and room was especially clean and nicely presented, would recommend to anyone!

Spotless hotel, nice staff and much nearby.Worth staying at for a simple yet comfortable getaway.

The third floor carpet was in need of steam cleaning or replacement. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room window was of a lumberyard and mill.

Good for a one nite stay

The stay and Hotel was excellent. The only thing they need are better pillows.

Hotel personnel were very nice and accommodating. Didn't have time to use the pool, so I can't comment on that. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and the "breakfast lady" was very attentive. Great location if you are going to the Finger Lakes Casino. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Great customer service. The front desk was one of the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Very quick check in. The pool, hot tub and exercise area was clean and well maintained. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The hot buffet breakfast was very good and well prepared. This made for a perfect hotel for an overnight stay near historical and religious sites at Palmyra NY.

My friends and I were looking for a decent hotel close to the Waterloo outlets for the weekend. I was surprised what we got for the price - the hotel was updated, clean and well cared for, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right by the highway with a pharmacy, pizza place and liquor store across the street and about 20 minutes from the outlet. Breakfast and housekeeping were great. The only downside is the size of the pool as it was on the small side, however both the pool and hot tub seemed well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Warmly greeted upon arrival. Rooms very clean. Beds/pillows very comfortable. Front desk very helpful in looking up near by mall and printing directions.

Better than previous stays at Comfort Inns. I did contact the hotel to request a search for a lost item and although initially told it was not there, I was advised that they would look again and contact me. I have not had any further contact to this point.

Enjoyable stay and very convenient to the many local historical sites in the Palmyra area.

The Comfort inn had a promotion that if you stay twice for two nights each you would recieve a 50 dollar gift card. When I inquired about that, the person at the desk said that because we didnt book the stay through the hotel directly we werent elligible for that bonus. TOO bad! I probably would have stayed again. Lesson learned I guess. The Hotel is very nice and in a great location.

What I liked most about this hotel was it's proximity to my son's apartment while he attends college in Canandaigua. However, the morning after we arrived, we had housekeeping knock on our door three times to spruce up the room and when we returned in the evening, it didn't look like they did much more than make-up the bed and change the towels. Please if a guest is still in their room after 11am, give them some time to leave, don't continuously keep hammering on the door! Very disappointing.

Excellant accomadations, only issue was the WiFi dropping signal often.

The room was very clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. Close to the race track was nice. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and sausage, not the typical hardly have nothing continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I can say negative is the constant running of little feet. But thats the chance you take when staying at a hotel. I would recomend it.

My wife and I wanted a Friday night get-away and selected the Comfort Inn and Suites due to the reviews written by others. We were very pleased with what we found. The rooms were very clean, the hot breakfast was much better than the typical donut in a bag, and we loved the fresh-baked cookies at night. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the Casino and other attractions in the area. Also, the price was reasonable. We've stayed at other hotels in the area - they weren't even close to what the Comfort Inn had to offer.

One of the nicest hotels of this price range I have been in.

The hotel was convenient to the NYS thruway. The room was nice but the bed was VERY tall- not accessible to anyone with a disability. Due to multiple orthepedic difficulties, I found the bed very hard. However, I requested an extra mattress cover in order to alleviate this, it was brought right away and solved the problem. They have a nice hot breakfast, the hotel staff was very pleasant.

Not sure the proximity of the Farmington NY Comfort Inn to shopping - and in particular, Waterloo Premium Outlets, I was pleasantly surprised with its reasonable access and driving distance. Close to good choices of restaurants, the hotel was clean and the hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and pleasant. My only negatives would be that the drain plug in the bathroom sink was not functional and the bed pillows were much too mushy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was one of the better express meals that I have had. While I would not make this hotel location a destination, my stay was comfortable and affordable!

swimming pool is too small

I travel alot and have two basic criteria. A quiet room and a comfortable bed. This hotel met neither of those criteria. the walls are paper thin so you hear everything going on next to you or in the room above. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. this is an old hotel that has obviously changed hands a lot of times- but it really needs a major overhaul.

This location is convenient for me but the carpet was not clean and the mattresses needed replacement. (There was a gruve in the middle.) The associates were friendly but need a little more polish, especially at the price that was charged. There appeared to be alot of police activity near by during the night.

Excellent room & service. Would love to stay there again !!

Nice, clean hotel. Warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Several places to eat within walking distance - great location.

stayed in room 212 and couldn't get good reception on any of there routers. beside that, pretty fair value

if you need good internet service stay elsewhere. I had better signal from the hotel across the street and kept dropping my connection. I think they need more routers.

Convenient location. Very clean breakfast area. Close to restaurants and stores.

The place was well-kept. Breakfast was ok. We chose this place because it had a pool for our children and for the 'queen-sized' beds. But it must have been bad-timing on our part because the pool water was very cloudy and someone that came to test the water said it shouldn't look like that. 2nd day was the same. The beds didn't seem like queens but we were told they were. Overall it was a nice place to stay--people are friendly and that makes a big difference.

It is the totally satisfied experience like this that make Comfort Inn the reputation in both service and value. Highly recommended! It was quite packed with patrons, but the excellent service managed to keep up with demand. Continental breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices with plentiful of self-serve helpings. The pool and spa were clean, but a little small during busy hours. It is advisable to change in your hotel room as there is no change room by the pool.

Went to Rochester for a weekend shopping trip, and found this hotel on Hotel.com. The place was very clean. Hotel staff was accomodating and were able to provide us with accurate directions and tips. Also, the hotel was conveniently located just ten minutes away from the mall. We also discovered the casino, which was right down the street from the hotel. This gave us something fun to do for the evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling that does not know the area very well.
