Convenient location, beautiful hotel and room, very nice staff, 24 hour indoor pool, and very nice in room jacuzzi tub... it was an awesome place that we will return to many times in the future!

We will definitely be staying at music road hotel again! It was up to par in every way possible. Super nice staff and super clean hotel. There health inspection was 100% and we rally liked the fact of that.

This hotel staff are some of the friendliest people we have experienced. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the hospitality staff always had a smile and something nice to say. The vending machine on our floor was out of bottled water. When a member of the staff noticed I could not get a water, she personally delivered a chilled bottle of water to my room, with an apology and a smile. What's better than that?! Great breakfast, cozy lobby, terrific room, and very convenient to all the entertainment of Pigeon Forge, with the quiet of a great hotel! We'll stay at Music Road Hotel again!!

I normally stick to national chains for the comfort of knowing approximately what to expect. Music Road exceeded our every expectation. Huge 24 hour indoor pool was nice seeing as it was too cold I use the even nicer outdoor mini water park. Beautiful and well kept property, and friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms are large (my wife and I had the 3 kids with us), and the location is just far enough off the main road to allow for a quiet stay, but still be right in the heart of the area attractions. We will definitely return!

Excellent choice. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was much above the usual "free continental breakfast" I've experienced.

It was the best place I have stayed . People were nice and very helpful . I will come back again.

Looking forward to staying with you again

We had a room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. Room was very nice, we were next to the elevator and I worried that it would be noisy...did not hear a sound all night. The bathroom was large and very nice. We used the convention center and the indoor pool and hot tub. No complaints about anything...I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the foyer and conversation room with fire going at all times. Breakfast is very good. Booking agent was very satisfactory.

We were very pleased with our stay at Music Road Hotel. The staff and housekeeping were always professional, friendly and accomodating. breakfast was plentiful and yummy! My family would stay here again.

My husband and I have tried a lot of hotels in this area, and have to say this hotel is the best we have had so far. Clean, up to date, nice view of river, beautiful and welcoming lobby (love the fireplace), very friendly staff all around. We were given the upper floor just by requesting it. Full country breakfast is very good. Also serves continental breakfast if that is your choice. Close to all the shops. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel more than met our expectations! The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE! And the view out our window of the river was spectacular.

The hotel was nice, but the king beds are horrid they sag and give no real support, and the breakfast food was inedible, stale and undercooked!

Had a great time! The hotel was very nicely decorated for the holidays...and had a wonderful breakfast waiting on us each morning! Can't wait to visit again!

Spacious bathroom, comfy beds, large room with a nice patio overlooking a tree lined river.

This hotel was fantastic. I only had one night to get away and it was well worth the drive to stay here. The room was very big and the view was nice. Hotel staff was really friendly. Will definitely be making this my first choice in Pigeon Forge from now on.

Asked for two things when made reservation. First that I was not near the elevator and extra pillow. My room was right beside the elevator and no extra pillows. Had to wait three hours before checking in finally at 5pm. I was told the first two times I checked that the room was being finished up to check back in an hour. Finally after the third hour they explained the maid had not updated the room. The hotel was very clean and I loved the view of the river eating breakfast. Breakfast was not the best, the food was not restocked as soon as it needed to be. Front desk was friendly but didnt help me when we first checked in to work out the check in problems.

This was our first stay at your hotel. The only complaint that I had was the member who greeted us when we arrived to check in. We walked in and was in the process of being waited on when we asked if we could see the room first - her comment was "it doesn't matter - you have to pay for it anyway". That may be the case however she could have been more professional. Other than this one employee the hotel was very nice and clean. I just suggest some training to the first desk. These people are the first impression to your hotel. The one that this individual made was not lovely.

The hotel was in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Check in was easy and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bathroom had two sinks which was nice. I was disappointed in the pool. The lazy river was dinkie and didn't flow fast enough to keep you moving at a good pace and it wasn't wide enough. It was very cramped. That was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay at the Music Road Hotel, to use the lazy river and the pool. I wasn't a happy camper. But the rest of my stay was very nice. Great room, good breakfast, and in a great location.

The overall stay was fantastic. The one thing that I would say is that on our last day there we were swimming in the pool & because of the storm the night before the pool wasn't cleaned out. Other then that the staff & accommodations were very acceptable & we will plan on using the same hotel when we return.

It was so nice to come back to our comfy room after a long day of sight seeing. Relaxed in the lazy river almost everyday. Awesome hot breakfasts!!!

Pool was nice - People were nice - Nice trolley to take us to Dollywood and other sites. I recommend it as a nice star 3 hotel. Breakfast each morning was a pleasant surprise.

WE LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! THIS WAS OUR BEST STAY EVER IN PIGEON FORGE, TN... THE ROOMS WERE GREAT SIZED WE HAD PREMIER KING WITH SOFA BED AND JACUZZI IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS GREAT! THE OUTDOOR POOL WAS AMAZING! THE FLOATING TUBES, THE WATERSLIDE, THE WATER UMBRELLA, MY KIDS HAD A BLAST! MOST OF THE POOL IS 3FT SO MY 5YR OLD AND 8YR OLD WAS TOUCHING THE BOTTOM EVERYWHERE, THEY ALSO HAD A DIVING BOARD AT 9FT AND 4 AND 5FT THROUGHOUT... IT IS HUGE! LOVED IT DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!!

We were very disappointed in the pool area. Web photos make it appear like a large, multi-pool water park with rolling lazy river. Wrong! Pool area very small! Pool towels dry thin - more like a Motel 6 would have.

We loved our stay at the hotel...we loved our balcony looking over the creek. our room was very clean and our bed was comfortable. We will defintely stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family!

The pool area was beautiful// the rooms were nice the bathroom had alot of extra space which was great! The rooms were nice but quite a bit different than the the pictures that were shown on the web// and the private balcony is great when you have something to look at besides a parking lot/ the pool view would have been much nicer. It was very convenient to eating places/ grocery/ walmart etc.

We have stayed at the Music Road Hotel once before and our stay was excellent both times. It's convenient to the sights and shows in Pigeon Forge and surrounding area and yet, it's quiet and beautiful. The room was everything we have come to expect and the breakfast was excellent and the dining area clean and well maintained even through the busy breakfast hour. We have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel.

Lookking forward to our next stay.We have been visiting The Great Smokey Mountains for years and this motel will be our first choice

Really enjoyed our stay. Very impressed with foyer and impression from staff. Air conditioner was a bit noisy, but other than that we would stay again. Definitely a place to recommend. Breakfast buffet was nice and made for a great start to our day at dollywood.

Hotel was very nice. Front desk person who checked us in was quite unfriendly. Everything else was great.
