Hotel room and staff were excellent. They helped us with a cab to Heathrow after our stay. The surrounding area is a bit noisy at night but otherwise fine. Close to eating establishments and across the street from St. Pancras Station.

Hotel is genuinely ok, have stayed here a few times. Nice layout of room, but massive holes in the carpet and dirt everywhere wasn't very impressive.

This was our third stay at Megaro and we were once again very satisfied. The location is excellent for access to Kings Cross/ St. Pancras Station. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean. The only problem is that the hair dryer is in an odd location with no mirror near-by.

Stayed for 1 night . Great location for Eurostar as it's a 5min walk to St Pancras. they charged us 20% extra as apparently Hotels.com don't quote the price inclusive of VAT. That came as a shock. Room was small but ok. Shower was terrible. The shower screen was inadequate and water came flooding onto the floor. Otherwise an ok choice for 1 night

We stayed two nights for our anniversary. Comfortable bed, spacious deluxe room was well fitted out. Hotel is located very close to tube, rail and bus routes at Kings Cross. Our room was on top floor and faced onto a side street but it was still a bit noisy at night from sirens and traffic. We did not eat in the hotel but took advantage of the easy walking to Bloomsbury and the Brunswick centre which have many eateries of all types. We would use Megaro again.

The hotel was of a good quality, the bedroom far larger than expected, the fixtures and fittings of a higher standard than expected (although showing some wear) and the room was not noisy. It was chosen for being so close to the station as I arrived late into London. I would use it again.

Costing almost double of the somewhat shabby places next door, it certainly is pricey but what a gem of a place! The lobby is very small but the rooms are not. The whole place is not just spotlessly clean but stylish and luxurious. Not to mention it houses likely one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood!

A fabulous hotel. It has a contemporary yet warm and comfortable design through-out. You really couldn't ask for any more for the money - and it's miles more interesting than a travel lodge. The location is spot-on and the restaurant has a wonderful little menu too.

It was fantastic! Breakfast not included in my rate, but exquisite, friendly and superb ambiente. Room was huge, quite fancy and the location is obviously unbeatable: 3 train stations across the road, tube in front othe door, boris bike next to entrance. Only downside is the noise you obviously get from the fact that you are in the centre of a transport hub. Would go back (maybe even this week!)

The Megaro was a pleasant surprise. The room was wonderful so much larger than expected in London. And the location . . . could not be better. Walking distance to so much but also right across the street from Kings Cross train station and underground. Even has an underground station just outside the restaurant door should it be raining (and it was every day). The only downside was that breakfast was not included. Restaurant is very nice, wide selection of breakfast possibilities. We also found the staff very friendly and willing to help.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The street noise was a little disturbing as was a old ongoing hum coming form the hot water system within the locked wall of the room. Overall we found the hote and location was very acceptable. We were not happy on checkout when expecting to pay the price per oom as quoted ( including taxes and fees) actually did not include VAT. Not sure what the inclusive of taxes means if the VAT is not covered? Hotel advised " this always happens" yet obviously is still happening. Would suggest somebody makes it very clear if the VAT is in addition to the room rate or not. My paperwork is ambiguous. Otherwise all good.

Great location. We had a king room .... huge for London. Great design. Very good service

The Megaro is very well located just opposite Kings Cross/St. Pancras stations so great for getting into London from Heathrow on the underground, access to the Euro-star to Europe. Rooms are good size and not luxurious, but adequate. However, if you get a room on Euston Road, it is noisy. That street is a main thoroughfare in London and there is traffic all night long. They have double windows, but does not seem to work too well. Ask for a room facing away from the street . Good value in London where hotels are expensive.

I love the funky cheeriness of the Megaro. The room was spacious and colorful but not overwhelming in its decor. The front desk staff were nice as could be; although the one we asked to call a taxi for us did forget to do so, she was immensely apologetic. I'd stay here any time, though the price is a bit high . . . Basically, if you need a place convenient to Euston or Kings Cross-St. Pancras, this hotel can almost make you forget about the hustle-bustle and dirtiness of the surroundings.

The location was perfect for us. Right across from St. Pancras station. The management and staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were immaculate with lots of nice extra touches, and the beds and pillows were some of the best we have ever slept on!

Good location, easy access to several Tube lines as well as 2 train stations which includes the Eurostar to Paris or Brussels. Down side is that hotel is on a rather busy street with much traffic noise. The rooms are air conditioned however so even on a hot London night, you can keep the windows closed and sleep pretty peacefully! The room we stayed in was quite large with a huge bathroom. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel served great (tho pricey) food all day long and well into the night. We loved the hotel and would stay ther again!

amazing hotel for london center....huge room, wonderful bathroom, so clean!! much better than our first hotel we stayed in. area is a little questionable, so just be aware of that. it is right next to the train station and tube though, so it was perfect for our international train the next day.

Nice hotel (even though tricky to find entrance when driving - building has been brightly painted in a bank? logo). Excellent staff and dining area. TV in our first room didnt work so they upgraded us to a much bigger room without any problems. Extremely convenoent for the underground (virtually on top of an entrance) and really suited us for our early departure on the Eurostar - easy walk across the road. Definately would stay here again. Recommended highly

Super convenient location. Beware, entrance is on side street not Euston Rd. Very helpful staff upon arrival. Moved to top floor (6th) on request for quiet room but BEWARE there is still much traffic noise. Very comfy bed. Could only receive three channels on the lcd tv. Bathroom has glass door next to bed. BEWARE, I booked through this site where the price stated "Including taxes & fees" but on checkout I was charged 20%VAT. When queried, i was told that all this sites bookings happens this way even when i showed them my email confirmation which stated differently.

Stayed here at least 10 times now. Great boutique hotel opposite St Pancras with superb breakfast room, power showers and all mod cons

Extremely helpful staff, The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!! Perfect location as just opposite the tube station.

We've stayed at this hotel before and have found it really convenient for the Eurostar and if you're lucky you can get a good deal to stay. With such a tiny front, which had moved from last time, you wouldn't think it was a proper hotel but it is!! The rooms are spacious, good bathrooms and roomservice.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Megaro. Arrived early morning on a long flight.. was all tired and i was having a very bad running nose. The reception was initially manned by 2 gentlemen who do not look at all friendly and approachable. We waited for an hour and approached the reception again on our room status and this time round, it was a nice lady Cinzia. She was friendly and warm and really make us feel better after a long day. She managed to get us checked in early with also a room upgrade! The room was cosy, warm, bed was very comfortable. It certainly helped our jetlag! Hotel is situated at a great central location and is connected to many other tube lines. Thank you again Cinzia and we hope to come back soon! :)

A great central location close to the subway however i stayed there last year and the maintenence of the hotel was much better then. The shower floor is stones and these stones have started coming out with mould in the shower down the bottom. After your shower you step out onto a timber floor which is rotting because water has been constantly put on it from the shower. Otherwise the hotel was great. I would probably risk it one more time as i may have just gotten a bad room.

We stayed 5 nights and were very happy with the Megaro. Front desk staff was friendly and eager to help. Location was great- right across from the underground and buses. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Just be careful in the shower- it was very hard to get in and out. Overall a great hotel

Stayed at this hotel on our return after long train journey from Switzerland.Ideally located across the road from St Pancras. On arrival very friendly and informative reception staff. Huge trendy room with all mod cons including a welcome tray of scones and jam and chocolates plus complimentary water and milk in fridge and coffee machine. Some noise from outside but considering the location to be expected - it didn't keep us awake. Would definitely stay again..

The hotel is a nice little gem in the heart of London and for a 4* experience, you can get some surprisingly good rates. The location of the hotel is great; close to a major national and international rail and underground station, the British Library and British Museum and to the moderately funky Bloomsbury region. Lots of places to eat locally and lots of sights to see. The rooms are larger than what you might expect in London, furbished in an understated modern fashion and well maintained. Despite the proximity to the station, noise wasn't an issue. Free Wi Fi is a great bonus. This was our second stay at the Hotel and we'd be happy to go back there again.

Hotel in good location and room very good.Only downside was the shower.Shower base was starting to crumble and water from shower flooded the bathroom.Told reception on checkout but didn't seem interested.Overall happy with hotel but if they are happy for floor in bathroom to go rotten then fair enough.

The only inconvenience is that the hotel has no visible sign on Euston Rd and it took me 5 minutes to find it despite a perfect spotting by my iPhone. Once found it was a really good surprise, the design of my room was quite nice, neat and modern, the place was quiet and staff was welcoming.Too bad that no reward points can be gained from a stay at the Magaro.

Emplacement idéal pour arrivée en eurostar et métro au pied de l'hotel. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée.

Familie på fire leide en leilighet i en annen tilhørende bygning i stille og rolig strøk. Suverent for voksne og barn. Høy klasse over rommene. Stilrent design, og verdt pengene ! Ideel beliggenthet i f.h.t. forflytning rundt omkring i London med undergrund, tog eller buss. Vi kommer tilbake !

Accueil chaleureux, de bon conseil et prévenant, mais uniquement anglophone. Bien insonorisé malgré un trafic très important. Tout était vraiment OK, sauf le petit déjeuner qui était en sus et cher pour des portions ridicules. Les prix prévus par Hotel.com n'ont pas été respectés.

proche de la gare. Nous etions dans un apart hotel super calme et a 100 m des lignes de bus
