Holiday Inn Express and Suites Exmore, Eastern Shore - אקסמור

I was impressed with the continental breakfast. There was something for everyone...a complete buffet spread. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was a little cold, so we did not spend much time there.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. We only stayed one night, but the overall experience was very nice. The free breakfast option was perfect. Lots of food options and was well attended by staff.

Overall, the Holiday Inn Express met all my basic requirements for business travel. The only negative item is the free breakfast as the food quality needs to be needed. The item aside, I will stay at this facility again when I am on the Virginia Eastern Shore.

Loved it. Breakfast was plentiful with cinnamon buns, biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs. Our Deluxe Room was very large and easily held me, my wife and two teenage sons. It also had a nice TV that we could hook up our laptop on via HDMI cable. Dog friendly: the carriers for easily fit into the room and the backyard had a nice retention pond area for dog business. Only minus was the pool was not open due to damage from Sandy (two months earlier?). Pool looked nice through the windows.

Everything was better than expected

The stay was very nice the employees were very nice and the rooms were very clean and that made a huge difference. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to relax after a long day. The comfort of a good bed is always a plus. We ask for a noon check out and we got it however the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 10:00 if we ask for a late check out we should have not been disturb at 10:00 a.m. to be ask when we were leaving. Over all the stay was great compared to our other hotel stays. Keep up the good job and we tell our family and friends about our stay at your hotel

Hotel clean inside & outside; staff very friendly; breakfast was great and really liked the tv with news on in the breakfast dining area.

My family stayed overnight 1 night on our way from philly to the Outer Banks. We could have done the ride straight through, but with 2 little ones, we wanted to take it slow. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The room was clean, but did have a strange smell. My husband thought it smelled like mildew, but I thought it smelled more like cleaning products. The rooms could definitely be better if they were a bit more spacious, but we did have 2 adults, 2 kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel for sure as a stopping point, but I wouldn't want to spend too much time in the town. Not much to do.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past 7 years on our annual trek from NC to NJ for our family vacation. Always a good nights sleep in a big comfortable bed. A must for our trip.

Very nice clean hotel! Breakfast was great too!

The hotel in general was just fine however the water had a bad oder to it and was not drinkable. Supply your own drinking water and you'll be fine.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was even better. The rooms, not so good. Our first room was extremely musty smelling. We changed rooms within a few minutes. The next room was also musty, but not as much. The odd thing was that we were next to a King room that had a broken door lock, so the room was unoccupied and it smelled great. Maybe there is a problem with the air conditioners at this location. Overall I would have given a much better score, if not for the old, musty, damp smells.

great place to stay for the night much better than some of the other places on the main road.

The carpet was very wet and tehre were no other rooms. I should of asked for a major discount as the room as musty and wet.

Everything was fine until we pulled out the pull out couch and the sheets were bloody..it was awful! They did switch our room for us which was just another inconvenience as it was 830 and we had to move all of our stuff as we as our 3 and 5 year old....yes its great they switched our rooms, but blood covered sheets is very unacceptable! There were also no resturants near by that I would even eat at other than Mcdonalds..and we usually dont eat there.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express Exmore were excellent. They took the time to talk with us - even though the hotel was fully booked - and treated everyone as 'guests'. They were great.

It seemed that the air conditioning had trouble keeping the room cool. It was very warm in the room and the air would run and then shut off for just a few minutes and then turn back on. Other than that it certainly suited our needs.

Exactly what you expect from Holiday Inn- nice room, fair price. Not super fancy but a pleasant surprise for the money. The place was clean and everything worked as it was supposed to. Good wifi and television. There were a few cracked floor tiles in the bathroom that stood out since the rest of the property was In good repair. Overall- I will stay at HIE again whenever possible as you always know what to expect.

Very hot day-100+ outside-top floor(3rd) at least 85. Room was about 80 and took several hours before it was bearable. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Gotta do something about air on third floor, both hallways and rooms.

Felt person at desk was rude and unaccommodating. Surprised that elevator not on 1st floor and that there are not enough parking spaces for all rooms.

Staff were very helpful.

Slight musty smell in room on the first floor. Staff was very courteous.

This hotel is really clean and convenient for our group. We stop here on the way to the Outer Banks to take a break in our trip, since we are on our motorcycles. We will stay again. The breakfast is great also.

Clean, Comfortable rooms, great service and great breakfast.

The hotel staff was very nice and the premiss was very clean. We had an issue with our door not closing and the front desk wasted no time in notifying maintenance. The problem was fixed immediately.

A good option on the Eastern Shore about half way between the MD and VA lines. The beds were comfortable and the baths were nicely appointed w/ granite finishes and a rainforest shower head. The complimentary breakfast met our expectations.

Not sure what ia around this hotel in Exmore. But the location is convenient in breaking up a long trip.

Because of short staff at the hotel we has to wait as long as 1hr1/2 for our room to get ready, include most of the guests, so we have to redo our plan for stay. Not recommend to any good planner to stay at this hotel for any cost.

We stayed in this hotel for just one quick night and it was perfect for what we needed. We were checked in and out quickly. The hotel offered many amenities including a free breakfast in the morning. Their breakfast had many choices and there seemed to be something for everyone. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a quick overnight stay. The surrounding area was limited in restaurants, which was disappointing. However this is a pet friendly hotel (which we didn't know) and that is something that will keep this place in mind for the future. For those who are not dog-lovers rest assure that we didn't not hear any furry friends during the night either!

We arrived at shortly before one a.m. and were met by a pleasant desk clerk who quickly checked us into our room and provided us the schedule for breakfast without being asked. The only negative was being woken at six am by work truck backup noises that went on for several minutes.

Good people. Good service. Clean and comfortable room. Standard "free" breakfast - full of carbs and sugar - go to the Exmore Cafe instead. eat your dinner(s) at Big's Place.

The hotel is good for one night, is silent an clean, breakfast is okay. What is not good? There where no puplic beaches in the near. we won´t go to beach, but the beaches are privat. Good are a lot of shops in the near.

My overall review of this hotel and location is that it is perfectly situated. Walmart is 10 minutes away, McDonalds is across the street, as well as a local restaurant and supermarket for all of your needs. Even more important is the fact that there is a Rite Aid across the street as well. This hotel and the staff makes you feel like you are home due to its comfort and hospitality. I would recommend this to anyone and continue using this hotel for all future stays in the area.
