Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sturgis - סטרגיס

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast had cereal, eggs, sausage, pancakes, rolls, muffins, milk, juice... etc. Pool has a slide. Has an arcade and exercise room. Pizza Ranch, Subway and Dairy Queen all within walking distance. Would go there again.

The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. Offered information about the hotel and the area. The rooms were clean and the entire hotel is smoke free. Continential breakfast was good and offered a variety. There is a Subway, Dairy Queen and Pizza Ranch within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is not only close to Main St. Sturgis it is also 14 minutes away from the historic town of Deadwood. The hotel is also very close to the Highway.

The map showed this hotel right downtown on Main St. However, it was a couple of miles away by the interchange. After searching for 15min, we finally entered the actual address and the hotel appeared down the road.

good location right off of the interstate. Restaurants nearby. Shuttle to downtown. Good breakfast. Only negative is the heating/cooling system is really loud when it runs and isn't constant so it woke us up everytime it kicked in to run.

New hotel and in great condition. If i head back west again I'd definitely stop again.

The hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms were clean, except for what appeared to be a used guest washcloth that housekeeping had apparently missed as it had gotten entwined in the shower curtain. The day front desk staff was friendly. The night front desk staff person was not as friendly, but was not really all that personable. The hotel is modern and has a nice large seating area for the continental breakfast that is available, but that we did not partake in. The pool has a slide that is appropriate for small children to tweens but not really for those kids or adults who wish to do a lot of water play. Overall, enjoyed and would go back.

It was just ok when I asked If they could turn the heat on in the hot tub which was the same temp as the pool they said not until tomorrow when the maint. guy comes in this was at 730 pm and we checked out the next day would not go back.

we enjoyed are stay but were mostly sight seeing

We stayed for 2 nights, but housekeeping forgot to visit our room so when we returned from a VERY long day of touristing, we were a little dismayed that everything was exactly how we left it - no beds were made, no fresh towels (which about half had been placed on the floor of the bathroom so that Housekeeping would know to take them to launder). The Front Desk was apologetic and provided us with clean towels immediately, as well as, discounted our stay for that night. Overall, a terrific place other than a slight accident/oversight.

We stayed at this hotel over a holiday, and the Hotels.com website told us that breakfast and services were included. When we got to the hotel they said we had to pay an additional $20 per guest for breakfast and shuttle service because it was a holiday. Wasn't too happy about that. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

overall a nice hotel, the gentleman behind the counter was a bit grumpy...he could have been having a bad night....

The staff was great, anything that we needed or for directions anywhere they were great. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sturgis, SD. The rooms were beautiful, the location was very convenient and the staff was friendly and accessible

Not much in Sturgis, but this is a wonderful place to stay. Deadwood is only 10 miles away and is great fun! The Hotel is really nice!

Wonderful room - spacious, clean and very comfortable with great room service.

My wife and I rode my motorcycle 1900 in four days. We averaged over 470 miles daily, so our room comfort was very important. Check-in was fast and easy. The gals at the front desk were very nice. The room was nicely appointed. Loved the marble and high shower head in the bath. The courtesy breakfast was better than most.

Staff made the whole experience perfect. Front desk was always on their toes and plenty of smiles. Manager was off the charts good looking. Will return to the property again.

This is a very nice hotel! We will definatly stay again!

The Holiday Inn Express is great at Sturgis. There aren't many restaurants except for pizza and fast food, but the hotel was comfy and very clean. The breakfast in the morning is exceptional for a hotel...eggs, ham, biscuits, sweet rolls, and cereal. Overall, it is a great hotel.

Sturgis luxury hotel with incredible staff, beautiful and clean facility. We will stay here again as iit was so close to everything and such a nice place. Loved it!!!!

Brand new condition!! Lots of granite in the room-well it is the Black Hills after all!! About an hour to Mt Rushmore but away from the bustling tourists. Very good breakfast! Wished we could have stayed longer!

Family was vacationing in Black Hills area, only stayed at this hotel one night, but it was wonderful. The staff was very accomidating and friendly. The pool was small, but gave us a chance to get wet! The rooms were very spacious and CLEAN! would recommend.

The hotel itself is very nice. We have had good experiences with all the Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed at. The location isn't bad. It's right off the freeway and a highway that will take you to Deadwood. There is a subway, Pizza Ranch, Japanese Restraunt, Dairy Queen and Gift shop literally right in the parking lot. We stayed in a Whirlpool suite. You had to fill the Whirlpool yourself which was nice. No question about the cleanliness of the water. =) Microwave and Fridge in the room. Flat screen, DVD player, everything else you would expect....

The Holiday Inn Express in Sturgis, SD provides a very friendly, clean and accommodating lodging experience for the vacationer close to home or the traveler from far away. Located on the edge of this famous South Dakota town one can easilly enjoy the festivities and attractions in and around the area!

私はラシュモアやデビルズタワー、クレイジーホースの観光を目的とした一人旅でこのホテルを使用しました。ホテルのスタッフはとてもいい人達です。ただ、私の部屋は1階だったのですが、入室した時に窓の鍵が開いてて怖かったのと、シャワーの水量がとっても弱くて悲しかった事。朝食が美味しくない。パンはパサパサだしフルーツもミカンしかないことなどががっかりでしたが、利便性はとてもよかったです。高速の入り口から数十秒で、動きやすかったです。またwifiも遅いということはなく、快適にネットを使えました。値段を思うと、少し物足りないですが、ホテルとしては可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。
