Hampton Suites Longview - לונגוויו

We stayed here for our friends wedding. Our room was so comfortable (bed especially), the staff was friendly, the breakfast and coffee in the mornings was great. Definitely will be staying here again for another wedding coming up!

Booked room for three nights at an average of $109 per night. Told clerk when leaving that I would like to stay another night, no mention of a rate change. $109 was also the rate listed on the Hampton website when I booked but wanted the Hotels.com stay credit. Upon returning that afternoon I was informed that my rate would be $159.00 per night because they were sold out. I informed them that was above what my company would reimbuse. No compromise was offered, had to check out and go to another hotel. You are not a quest at this hotel, just $$$. Stay somewhere else that appreciates your business, I wont be staying here again.

I was disappointed in the fact that I thought I was getting a suite when I made the reservation. When we got to our room it was a regular room. That was the point of paying that much and staying there was for the extra room. Whereas when my brother checked into his room he did have a suite and we paid the same thing for the rooms. It should not be called Hampton Suites if they are not all suite rooms. I travel quite a bit and have never had this problem before.

quiet, clean and comfortable.. what you want in a hotel!

We have stayed here before because of the inside pool. We called in advance to see if the pool was heated and everything working correctly, because we were taking our two grandchildren there for that reason. Age's 5 & 6. We where assured that the pool was heated and all was working. Was not, to cold to enjoy, Very disappointed. We will look elsewhere the next trip to Longview for a working heated inside pool.

Room was very clean and the hotel staff service were very helpful with questions about what to do in the area and very polite

Nice staff, great breakfast. Enjoyed hot tub and indoor pool.

We were having to celebrate Christmas in the hotel and they allowed us to use the room near the lobby and their Christmas tree! It was perfect for our needs!

was pleased there were towels in the pool room an the weight room..snacks in the tv room..hot chocolate was available, therefore i was able to make cappacino in my room..an they had a dryer sheet win i needed it ......thnx!!!

We were in town for a friend's party and elected to stay here. Even though we arrived early they rushed to prepare our room and had it ready in under 10 minutes. There was no wait for the front desk and the hotel staff was VERY friendly. Especially Tiffany at the front desk. The only quasi-complaint I had was when you were in the bathroom you could clearly hear the party going on in the room next door. But on a really positive note - from our bedroom you couldn't hear a sound from that party. So it didn't hinder our sleep at all.

The staff was very helpful.

Our stay was absolutely awesome. Very clean rooms, friendly help, great comfortable bed! All around greatness. I won't even think about booking anywhere else from now on!

Great customer service, super friendly!!

Good rates. The first room our family was given was dirty, the room had not been cleaned or sheets on bed. Had to move from 4th. floor to 2nd. floor. The handle to the pool was very loose causing myself to fall side ways because it swivels side to side. You have to unplug microwave to use coffee pot. The vanity light only worked some times.

Excellent would stay again and recommend

Everything was outstanding, except I wish more Hotels would get Sleep Number Beds or more Firm Mattresses.

Loved our stay the Hampton Suites..its located in a great place, close to everything we needed! It was new, clean, and had a great, friendly staff.

We frequently stay at hotels. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff, good decor, large room, good price, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean room! Very helpful staff!

Beautifully decorated, exceptional staff, facilities in business center actually work (rare in most hotels), comfortable room and dining/lounge area, good fitness center with free weights. Close to restaurants, coffee, etc. One of my "go to" hotels in Longview!

New hotel, extensive free breakfast, happy hour, clean pool. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is new but roughly comparable to others in the area yet the cost is above those comparable.

This hotel is extremely easy to find and is around all of the good restaurants and stores in town. It is clean, quiet, and the service is thorough and friendly. The room I stayed in was one king, and everything was nice, but it did not have a bath tub, just a large shower. I love baths, so this was the only disappointment! I would definitley stay here gain, though.

The hotel is great but there is not enough difference between it and other similar hotels in the area to justify the higher rate.

We knew from the pictures on hotel.com that this would be a nice hotel. It seems to be fairly new. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was much better than a continental breakfast and very enjoyable. The dining area reminded me of a very nice restaurant.Lots of shopping and good restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel has th BEST patio area and pool! A few family members stayed here with me, and we had a cookout one night. It had an AMAZING grill set up, and a nice indoor pool. I really enjoyed this hotel the people were really nice... great breakfast, and reallynice clean hotel.
