I spend one great week in Vienna, and I am very happy with this Hotel, for sure going I'll come back to stay here again. The Breakfast was Incredible, A very Clean and Comfortable Hotel, The location is just perfect! close to everything, bus stop in front the hotel, and close to subway stations. All the employees in the Hotel were very nice and always with a smile. My favorite one was MERLY the hotel supervisor. It was a great surprise to a hotel and find somebody who speaks spanish. Immediately we adopt her. She was super nice and help us with all the info we need it. Always with a smile and friendly. I am the kind of person that always read Hotel reviews because are more accurate than stars, And I truly recommend this hotel if you are planning to Visit Vienna and wants a great hotel with a reasonable price.

The hotel was convenient around 25 minutes from the airport by taxi (33 euros). Room was facing the road but not to noisy. Very warm, good shower and the buffet breakfast was also good. Free wireless internet. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again.

Denisse, front desk agent was very kind in answering all of my questions about tourist attractions. Girl who checked me in, I forgot her name, sorry, also gave me a warm welcome and provide me with information about my stay in Vienna, including maps with highlights of Vienna interesting cultural places. Stephan also provided us with outstanding customer service. We have an early check out, around 5:00 a.m. and he prepared a delicious cappuccino and helped us with the luggage when the taxi driver arrived at the hotel. Buffett breakfast was delicious with a variety of food. Modern rooms, with a nice rain shower head. The only drawback was the location to the nearest u-bahn station about 10 minutes walk but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that can take you a couple of blocks away from the u-bahn station. I also enjoy the Rochusmarket a few blocks from the hotel. I will higly recommend this hotel and I will stay there in the future.

From check-in to check-out, we enjoyed everything about our stay. Stephan at check-in provided maps and information about the neighborhood. The ladies at the desk in the morning were very helpful with directions and locations. The apples provided are a great touch and the breakfast is quite good and a great start to the day. The slate shower with a rainfall head differentiates the room from the half dozen we stayed in during our recent holiday. Great value!

Great location: 10 mins walk from underground. airport line connecting bus stops right in front of hotel. Free fresh water in the lobby everyday. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel and I am a germophob myself. Staff was very nice; helped me print off free copies of tickets to local attractions.

Hotel is well maintained and convenient. I wish the staff would have told me about the air-conditioning restrictions in Vienna. Additionally I wish they would have told me about the correct breakfast start time on Saturday. I paid for a rate with breakfast, but was unable to utilize this benefit since I had to leave at 7am to get to the airport.

The Erostars Embassy is a terrific hotel. No complaints. Everything was excellent.

The room was great: modern, beautiful, and it had a great view. I could not believe it. So nice. Everything was clean. and beautiful. The service was very courteous, the people were nice, they were prepared to answer questions, and they really did a good job. The people in the reception area speak German, English, and Spanish (and maybe something else), so it was easy to communicate. The location of the hotel is good. There is a bus right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the train. Or you can walk to the train and enjoy the stores, cafes, and gelato stores on the way there.

Had a great room on the 8th floor that actually had a balcony and a sizeable deck on the opposite side of the room. There are some places very close by for dining options. A little tricky finding it from the subway, but only about 400 meters once you do. Bus stops right across the street from the hotel and you can take it in to the city center in about 10-15 minutes.

Completely satisfied ! Nice service , very helpful staff , very good shower , soft & comfortable bed ! Bus station right in front of the hotel , with a bus that runs every 7 min in the week time and every 10 min during the weekends.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night at the end of a 3 week vacation and wished we could have extended it another night or 2. Very nice hotel and room and the location was close to the subway and own town. Would not hesitate to stay again

We loved this hotel. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, the room was clean, had a/c, great shower, terrific heated towel bar (useful for drying hand laundry), and only 4 blocks from the local metro station. Vienna's metro system is very easy to figure out which makes getting around town MUCH easier. The hotel breakfast was not complimentary, but it was delicious. The coffee machine alone made it worth it. We learned over the course of 4 hotels in 4 cities that claimed "satellite tv" that their idea of satellite tv is much different than that in the U.S.. We were lucky to get 2-3 English-speaking channels which were always news channels, but if you're on vacation, why are you watching tv anyway, right? The overall value was appropriate, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Very conveniently located hotel. Staff was very helpful to arrange city tour.

A super big room with 180degree view, very quiet, clean and comfortable. The actual address is "landstrasser hauptstrasse 120" - we lost 45min searching the neighbourhood because "landstrasse 120" does not exist. The only small faults are that internet signal was not strong enough on the 6th floor so we had to use the lobby, and the curtains could use a wash. Otherwise just perfect. Well connected to the centre via bus, which leaves directly in front of the hotel and takes a short time. Such large and nice room and nice hotel was a really pleasant surprise considering we paid a very economic price!

Hotel Embassy is located outside of the tourist area, however it takes about a 5 to 7 min walk to the U metro station and another 10 minutes and you are in the central square. Very convenient hotel with many shops and bakeries nearby. Hotel has a great walk in shower which is rare in Europe. We had a corner room which was above average size for European standards. Staff was also very helpfull. Definitly would stay here again.

Nothing fancy but gets the job done for a tourist. Nice rooms, modern, great breakfast, not a big front desk staff but they give you attention when it is your turn. Only drawback is a 5-10 minute walk to the subway however bus stop right in front of hotel which goes to CAT. Great value for a few days of Vienna sightseeing.

Upscale, very chic boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood in Vienna. The rooms were nicely decorated, very immaculate and spacious enough for two people. The multilingual staff were extremely courteous and helpful with suggestions of where we could find a local pub that would be open on a holiday. Breakfast in the morning was great with an assortment of baked goods, food for those of us who wanted to eat healthy and a variety of healthy fruits and your typical American food - scrambled egss. When I return to Vienna, I would certainly welcome staying at this hotel again.

Close to metro stops, very nice room, service was great, free internet in lobby. Did not try their breakfast as there were tons of cheap options on the way to the metro.

Very good location as bus stop is in front of hotel. Excellent receptionist service especially Annette who speaks very good English as is ver helpful and patient. The only thing I would improve is the airconditioning as it was not cool enough and the weather was quite hot.

Everything was fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The greatest advantage for tourists is that the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the underground train station is less than a kilometer from the hotel. It only takes 4-5 minutes by bus and the frequency is very good. We bought 72 hour Vienna passes that gave unlimited rides on buses and subways. It was great. You can buy the pass from the hotel front desk.

The bed was REALLY comfortable, the building and the room are both very pleasing aesthetically from the inside. The staff were both professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was included in my room price deal, and it was VERY good-- the espresso and especially the variety of fresh breads, both light and dark, cut your own slices from the loaf, the way it should be! The only negative at all was that my room had some stains on the carpet and on the small couch, otherwise was in good condition. A bus that goes very frequently past 2 metro stations stops just across from the hotel.

Chose this hotel based on price and reviews. It was excellent - highly recommend and would def stay again. Staff were helpful and all spoke decent English. Didn't understand other complaints about location - true it isn't in the city center but it was a 20 minute walk there or 5 minutes away from 2 metro lines in a quiet part of town. Looks new, clean moden rooms. Breakfast expensive at 16 euros but plenty of great cafes nearby. Free wifi in lobby.

.clean and comfortable hotel . Helpful and courteous service staff . About 10 min walk to raucgasse station on U3. we were able to navigate within Vienna on the U with no hassles. Bought a 2 day pass for 10 euro. . our room rare did not include the breakfast so cannot comment. . Free Internet . . Hotel located close to numerous bakeries, mom and Pop cafe's and a supermarket. . Will return again !! .will stay again!

I didn’t do my homework on exactly where this property was located, which made for a 1.2 km walk instead of the three block walk I was expecting. If you’re taking the CAT to Vienna, take a right out of the CAT train station, a right around the block the next main street you’ll see to your left (you’ll pass two minor streets to your left) is LandstraBer HauptstraBe. (Note that sometimes the “B” is written with 2 s’s like “ss”). This is your street. Walk down it 1.2 km and the hotel is right in front of you. It was a bit long to drag a rolling suitcase behind me, but it wasn’t too hot or rainy so it ended up being a non-issue. I was only there for one night and ended up asking the front desk about cultural events happening (opera, orchestra concert, etc.) and they handed me a booklet of things to do. After sorting through many of them I decided upon a Mozart Concert and they reserved me a ticket (10 paid at the hotel, rest at the venue). I purchased the lowest cost ticket and ended up with an upgrade to a seat 5 seats from the front of the hall. Since it was raining, I took cabs to and from the concert hall but I could have taken a metro train a couple of stops, transferred, and then another couple of stops and made it there in good shape. The next morning everything was ready for me to depart (prepaid, which is nice) and so I just ordered a cab to the CAT and made it to the airport in good shape to get to my 6:50 flight by taking the 5:38 CAT. Things to do differently: 1) take a cab to the hotel from the CAT. There are plenty outside of the CAT station 2) plan a bit further ahead and get metros to and from the concert. Hope this helps others.

We stayed over Chistmas and really enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was very good for its price and the buffet breakfast was a bonus! The only trouble we had was communicating in English with staff, but I guess that can be expected in Austria!! Would really reccommend for a cheap hotel in a good area!! Very close to metro too :)

Hotel Embassy in far a way from the Down Town around 45 min walking. The Underground is 5 min walking from the hotel. The breakfast is clean has only few items. the Internet is free at the rooms and the lobby of the hotel. it is good hotel.
