Comfort Suites Jonesboro - ג'ונסבורו

The hotel staff were excellent, right down to having our key card out and waiting when we arrived. Room was very spacious and besides a bit of mold in the shower this hotel was superb.

For a smaller town, Jonesboro has alot to offer for a fun family night. The hotel is just far enough away from the noisy, bust streets, however several different resteraunts are just minutes away. The hotel itself feels like a resort. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When I return I will certianly be staying at this hotel!

We arrived on a Friday evening, checkin was fine had reservations and that was all good, however when we got to the room our fridge was not working and needed defrosting, but maintence wasn't there this weekend, also our comforter was dirty and stained, brought another one not much better, and last of all our shower curtain had mold on it. I really thing this place could get at least 4 stars if they would keep check on housecleaning and maintence, oh and don't count on the breakfast they serve may want to go out, they microwaved the sausage and pastries was stale!

The best hotel we have stayed in so far. The bed was absolutely fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of children in the pool and running around on the first floor. The front desk suggested third floor where we would be free from all the noise. Very thoughtful suggestion! Loved the fitness room! Will definitely be back!

A great hotel for a great price! My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old daughter. Anyone with a toddler understands luggage is never minimal :) The room we stayed in was very spacious, even with all of our bags and our daughters toys, we still had more than enough room to walk around. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast bar in the morning offered a variety of breakfast foods. I would definately stay at this hotel again!

I would have to say this is a nice hotel but the staff has no idea how to provide service. First, the toilet wass plugged and wouldnt flush, when I called the front desk I was told that there are no maintenance personnel so I could come to the front desk and get a plunger and fix it myself. How rude is that? Second, I was travelling with a 6 year old that wanted to use the pool, we stopped at the front desk to get pool towels and were told they already handed out too many and would not be giving out anymore. Dont even ask about breakfast..... they were just as rude. I think the manager needs to fire the entire staff and start over with people who actually want to work. All the staff here did was stand around and do nothing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful.The hotel host was nice!

It's a great place to stay. Quite clean, usually quiet, unless there are lots of little baseball players also staying there, then it's a bit noisy. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Second time to stay there, pleased both times. The bathroom was not as fresh smelling as it should have been, slightly sour smell, only thing that wasn't perfect.

Breakfast was very good for being complimentary. Room was comfortable. I like that it has both wired and wireless internet access available. Indoor pool was very clean, but could have been a bit warmer. Overall, a great stay for me and my children.

My family of 4 (2 kids) stayed over the holiday weekend. We were very satisfied with the hotel staff, room, pool, etc I would highly recommed it to anyone comming through the Jonesboro area. It was a great improvement over other hotel's in the area which I have stayed. Only small item was I had to change the time on the clock back one hour. We will definitly stay there again.

Accommodations were great with the exception that my credit card was charged twice

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and caring. The cookies they served at the desk were freshly baked. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious, made to order omlets. Just overall an excellent experience. The fridge in our room did not work and we told them about it and they fixed it right away. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed at 4-5 different hotels in Jonesboro and this one is the best as far as room floor plan, location and cleanliness. They also have microwaves and fridges in the rooms. We will be definitely be back.

Our room was wonderful! It was clean and there were outlets EVERYWHERE!! The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan on staying here again if the opportunity arises.

Hotel was busy, but staffed appropriately. Good breakfast included made to order omelets. All stated amenities were available and working.

Hotel was very clean and still smelled new. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Lots of amenities including indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again in the future when in Jonesboro.
