I like staying at boutique hotels and this one, while a bit "chain-y" fit the bill. Cool decor, friendly and helpful staff, clean, and located central to most everything (15 minutes to DFW or to downtown Dallas). We would definitely stay here again.

As usual, they mostly fall down with staff. Young, rude, dismissive and not the least bit interested in guests. I'm sure the hotel 'management' is, but at the front desk and other key face-to-face touchpoints it falls apart. But as with most A Lofts, interesting decor, nice bed, great shower, pretty convenient and in my particular case a good promotional rate.

Even with the minor hiccup in my stay involving my ex the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have never felt so at home in a hote until the Aloft! They are affordable comfortable and overall a good place to stay. The staff has no problem helping with any addressed problems and I will definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay if you are on business in Las Colinas or need to go to DFW. Also, can get into Dallas and Fort Worth very easily.

Hotel was quite modern, a change of pace from what I'm used to. The room was very efficient in its use of space. Very urban and youthful - a good change if you feel like other chains are stuffy.

Great all around! Skip the bigger chain hotels! Bar was hoppin'!

The rooms are chic & comfortable. Every time we come here, we're never disappointed. Plus it's in a great proximity to my family and some our favorite party spots.

I was only there for one night but it was a true dream stay!

Stylish concept marred by lack of attention to detail. Desk light did not work and request for a towel (none in room) took 45 minutes.

You guys are the GREENEST ever, and I appreciate it every time I stay there. No little bottles to fill up the landfill, and you actually let me hang my towel up and not wash it. In-room recycling... the planet thanks you. Oh, and clean and comfy, too.

This place was great. Very modern and comfortable. The bar downstairs WXYZ was really cool, had I not been so tired from the night before partying the night away in the great city of Dallas I would have had a few drinks, but the people there seemed to be enjoying themselves. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

I was very pleased with my stay, they were flexible and allowed me to do an early check in and were always so nice and friendly, from the guy at the front desk to the cleaning lady. Great price, great room and great service.

If visiting the university of Dallas this hotel is very close, easy, clean and affordable

Aloft Los Colinas was in a beautiful location. It has a few businesses around it including shopping and also a few places to eat. It was very clean and our room was quite comfortable. It appears like it was once an older hotel that was revamped to be hip. We arrived late during our stay but informed them ahead of time and we didn't have any issue. The manager was very professional and made sure that we didn't have any trouble checking in since we were so late. The only downside was that hip techno music was played in the elevator and lobby 24/7, but you can't hear it in the hallways or rooms. The music truly wasn't a problem unless you wake up on the wrong side of the bed like I did that morning. My husband and I would stay here again as we received great service.

I booked this room from a 50% off deal of the day special, so I wasn't expecting much, but it FAR exceeded my expectations. Aloft is awesome! It's very sleek and modern, and has a young professional feel to it. The lobby is really cute and inviting, it looks like a great place to hang out and meet people. It even has games like Risk and Life and Battleship! There is also a nice fake fireplace that is actually warm on the outside towards the pool (which I never used because it was winter and freezing). My only complaint is they have a free pool table the reception told us was 24 hours, but when we went to play at 4am, there were no sticks to be found. Anyway, on to the room, its very small so if you like a huge amount of space it isnt for you. I really liked it though, it's got a great tv mounted on the wall with a detached box that allows you to hook up your Playstation or computer or whatever without needing to look on the sides of the tv. As others have said, there is a $10 bag of snacks that I didn't touch, but don't worry because Chipotle/Schlotsky's/Chicago Pizza are all right next to the hotel within walking distance. Not much else around, so I wouldn't stay there for location. There is also a small gym with new equipment. Aloft is a small hotel in a sort of random location, but I would definitely recommend it!

I loved it and would love to help them extend their brand a totally different vibe and totally hip and chic!!! I LOVED it !!!! (7 stars) !!!

Everything was great in the hotel except the elevator situation. There are only two elevators and they took a long time to move. We spent lots of time waiting on elevators. One of the two elevators was not working for 2 of the 3 days I was in town. Everything else was really great at the hotel except the elevator.

We really enjoyed our stay at the aloft. It was in a very good location to many places. The staff was excellent and the modern look of the room was very nice. I will be staying here again in the future. Oh and the body wash and shampoo provided was awesome.

Aloft had great decor and was very cozy and comfortable. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the room, the hotel setup, and the staff. This hotel was set up in a great neighborhood and shared a lot with some specialty restaurants. Will stay again next time I'm in the DFW.

Front Desk reps are rude. Room was raggedy. Credit card information was compromised. Water falling from ceiling.

Overall, I really liked this hotel. It had what I needed for my weekend stay in Dallas. Nice, clean room, very reasonably priced. I had read other reviews that you can hear other poeple, and that is true, the walls are a little thin but it didn't bother me. I liked the location, very nice neighborood. Pretty close to the airport. I had a hard time finding it at first (but I think it's just how the roads, highways are set up in TX).

Enjoyed it, and will use this location as my primary hotel.

We used map quest and we ended up on the other side of Carpenter Freeway looking for the Hotel. I was never sure how we were supposed to know where it was. Other than that minor flaw, our stay was great.

This was my first time stay at Aloft Las Colinas it was great the staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were a perfect size the beds were comfortable and cozy. Rooms and bath were very clean I recommended Aloft Las Colinas to my friends and family. I truly enjoyed my stay it was great!
