Central Loop Hotel - שיקגו

Great location, attentive staff, convenient bar and food. Reminded me of a dorm room - complete with the rowdy guests. Dumpsters being emptied just outside our third floor room on Sunday morning added to the experience.

My wife and I were very satisfied with Central Loop staff and services. We appreciated hospitality area downstairs after a blustery walk from Union Station. We appreciated the hotel staff holding our luggage prior to check-in as we went to The Berghoff Restaurant for lunch and then went to Art Institute. Then we checked in for the night in a quiet comfortable setting.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Never stayed at a club quarters before so didn't know what to expect. While things felt a little small, it was everything I needed in a business trip... clean, quiet, easy internet connectivity, filtered water available, gym,... all in a great location.

I stayed at the hotel for business. I took the train into Chicago, so convenience to Union Station was great. Had decent, but not great restaurant selection within a block or two. The hotel restaurant was quite good. My only real complaint is no outlets by the side of the bed. That is a common complaint I have with many hotels. I use my phone for my alarm clock, so need to have it plugged in next to the bed overnight. Not a huge deal as many hotels are the same. I would definitely stay there again.

I don't know how this hotel had a four star guest rating. It's appears to be a set of small efficiency apartments that are sold as hotel rooms when not rented. I'm not sure what the "club" part of it is, as the hotel had two different names. The room was about 90 degrees when I arrived in early spring (cold outside) with no way to cool it down. The night manager was no help and refused to do anything about it. If you're looking for a box to sleep in and can get it for a lot less than I was paying, then it might be worth it, but the rate I had for the nights I was there was almost as much as I would have paid at a much nicer hotel down the street. Wish I would have known BEFORE I booked it!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff were very attentive and I felt that the hotel was designed with innovative hospitality and convenience in mind. For example, using kiosk's for checkin and checkout; providing self-serve filtered water replete with plastic containers next to the elevator. I also liked the contemporary décor. My room's size was perfect for me, traveling alone but might be a little tight for a couple or a family. The hotel is centrally-located downtown, the heart of Chicago is within walking distance. Entry security is great. The only recommendation I made to the staff is that the hotel lacks clear branding facing the street, both for drivers and pedestrians.

I was very impressed with the staff of this hotel.

Upgraded to the suite and the room was decent size for Chicago with kitchenette. Best Value in Chicago that I could find.

Nice hotel, fresh bottled water available 24/7 on each floor. Good location, restaurants and stores are close. Nice self serve check in kiosk.

Very pleased

We were VERY impressed with everything about this hotel. Amidst bustling downtown, it was a haven with an impeccable staff, cleanliness, and quietness (yes! quiet in downtown Chicago! The concern of the staff was genuine. We received patient help in rebooking our cancelled flight, extra blankets and robes to wrap up in when we were drenched by a downpour-since our clothes were already on the airplane. And, the fun and friendly pub right next door is another plus! This is a great place with genuine staff that presents itself with class without any pretentiousness.

Great location and service. What more needs to be said.

I stayed in a "small room", which seriously is the size of a dorm room at best. However, the purpose of the room was to have a place to sleep and shower, and it definitely served that purpose. It was clean and comfortable. You can hear people entering their rooms and the doors closing, which was a little weird. The price was at least 40 less per night than any of the hotels in the same location. My room was 179, and JW Marriott was 340 and the W was over 220, so you couldn't beat the price.

Central Loop very accurately describes this hotel, it's very convenient to everything in the loop. The hotel and room were very clean. The flat screen TV was rather small but fine. My only complaint is the air conditioning barely worked. In Chicago it was 70 degrees the day I arrived, but only 30 degrees the day I left. Had the weather stayed warm I would have requested to be moved to a different room.

This hotel is ideal for people who just need a clean and comfortable room and aren't looking for luxury. The rooms are small but adequate, the decorating simple and not over the top, and there are few frills. Most importantly, the service is courteous and the coffee is good.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Location is perfect to everything

I was in Chicago for business, picked this hotel purely for cost and proximity to my conference... and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, helpful but it was the room that won me over. There is free WI-FI and free distilled, chilled, bottle water!!! Amazing! Only complaint I have is that the voice-mail light kept blinking (even after I called down to have staff fix it) and the curtain didn't quite 'lay' correctly to block out light (I like to sleep in a bat cave). Even with that I highly recommend this hotel and if I'm back in the area would gladly stay here again.

The Central Loop Hotel was in a great location, was clean, had a friendly and helpful staff, and a great price for the area! The only think I thought was a little off-putting was that each room did not have an iron; you have to retrieve an iron and ironing board from a closet on your floor and drag it down the hall yourself. I took the last one from the closet, so I'm not sure what they do if all of the irons are missing. Aside from that, great hotel and great price!

The room was nice for a quick getaway but the double room is too small for 3 female adults. I would recommend a sink and mirror conviently placed outside the bath room also when two queen are requested the guest should be notified it no room with two queens just one queen and a pull out CHAIR

Very nice secure hotel, reasonable for Chicago and a convenient location for everything !!

Good hotel in the heart of Chicago. Reasonable parking.

The hotel staff was wonderful and always there to help with any request. My kids loved the fact that hotel had IPADS for the guests to use. Also the food from Elephant and Castle was very tasty!

It was like walking through a maze or crossword puzzle trying to find the hotel room. Self parking is 4 blocks away. There wasn't a pool, sauna, etc.

Staff are very nice but the room was EXTREMELY SMALL!!!

It was very quiet and can sleep better.

I've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times when visiting Chicago. It's a great location, the staff is very friendly and the room is a bargain for what you get. The onsite restaurant is also pretty good. Highly recommended.

Good value for the hotel rate and parking rate. Location is key for our stay, so this hotel was the best choice.

I just needed a clean and comfortable place to stay for the weekend... The Central Loop was a great find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the lounge area downstairs and the coffeee/cappuccino machine and the business centers on the 3rd floor and lounge area.

This hotel is a great value for the location!

Great stay here, we were able to access the "L" train only 2 blocks away and go anywhere in the city we wanted. Only a couple blocks from WIllis Tower and shopping areas. Overall a great place to stay. If you are looking for the downtown experience at a reasonable price then this is the place.

Everything was nice. The only issue was that you're able to make out what somebody is doing in restroom because the glass on the door is slightly transparent not completely though.
