Stayed here overnight on our way to enchanted rock. Hotel seemed pretty new, hot tub was hot and the breakfast was great. First time staying at a Hampton Inn and would definitely stay here again.

They need blackout blinds. No chance of sleeping in when sun comes up

Nice, if not 'simple' hotel. Clean rooms and hotel in general. No on-premise restaurant, but there are plenty within 5 miles. The hotel IS on a fairly major road, so it can be a tad noisy but the hotel is pushed back from the road to minimize that. The pool and pool area are small-ish but adequate. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable.

Hampton Inn has really improved over the years! The room was neat, clean and wonderfully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

It surprises me how Hampton Inn guests (Honors members) are treated differently at different locations. When I checked in, I had to basically beg for a free bottle of water. Unlike the Hampton Inn I stayed at in Merriam, KS where they had a free bottle of water and a snack waiting inside the room when I arrived. Also, they had a USA today newspaper outside my room in the morning. The Hampton Inn in Lakeway (Austin), TX didn't. Sometimes, these little things make a stay better.

The hotel was perfect.

Hotel is new and everything was in great condition.

The AC was so noisy and kept going off and on all night. We will never stay there again..

Overall the experience was good. The only issue we had was when we tried to get a cab. The front desk gave us a number for a cab company that didn't work and when we called back they didn't help us any further. I realize that the hotel is nowhere near 6th street but you would still think a cab company would pick you up. We ended up driving our car.

The staff were very friendly and I had no issues with my stay. I enjoyed the complimentary wifi and the breakfast filled me up for most of the day. Overall, I had no issues.

3 miles from Galleria mall and 1 mile from Falconhead golf course. A great public course. Places to eat and not far if you want to go to Downtown Austin.

Spent the weekend at this hotel with all of my cousins. We had a blast and the service and effort on the part of the hotel staff was exceptional. There is absolutely no reason anyone should give this hotel a rating of less than 5 across the board. For the price of a three star hotel, I felt like I was in a five star. Thank you so much!!!!

The room here (king suite) was fabulous. The bed was soft, and the room was quiet. The breakfast, however, was the worst. Not sure if powdered eggs were used, but they were very dry and a very bright yellow. We tolerated them the first morning, along with some awful turkey sausage, but the second morning was worse than the first. We had to eat elsewhere.

We stay at the Hampton Inn in Lakeway quite often and we always find the staff to be very helpful and courteous. They are very friendly and make it a very pleasant place to stay

I was attending a seminar that was being held at the nearby resort. It was sold out by the time I registered so I ended up at the Hampton. So thankful this happened! Hampton was amazing. For a fraction of the price I received free Internet, fantastic over-the-top world class service, free breakfast, free cookies and lemonade when coming back in the afternoon with a polite greeting. They truly care about their guests and actually take time to get to know them. During breakfast they even make little free grab and go bags with a pastry or muffin, granola bar, bottle of water, and a fruit. They don't do like most hotels and price gouge you for drinks and snacks either. Bottle waters and snacks to purchase are $1 each. Cheaper than the gas station. They just want you to be happy and have a good time! Love love love this hotel and the people who work there. Only small negative thing I saw was that you can't workout before 6am because it disturbs a neighboring guest room. Can't stress enough how great the service, food, price, and atmosphere were.

Room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed with nice soft bedding. Great hot breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Lots of places to eat in the area including restaurants and fast food.

Very nice hotel. When I first checked in they gave me a ground floor room with a view of the parking lot. I asked for top floor with a view and they happily switched me. Room was huge and there was a great view!

If you're looking for a nice place to stay that's close to the Lakeway Resort, Lake Travis and all that good stuff, grab a room here.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but was ok. Very quiet, sits back off the road a ways. Enjoyed the stay.

I'm not from the Austin area so I didn't know that Lakeway didn't really have any kind of night life. I got the hotel up this way because we had planned on going to dinner at the Oasis and thought that if we went out and drank too much we wouldn't have to worry about driving. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The room was huge and had all the amenities one could ask for. My only recommendation is if you're looking to have a more exciting night out on the town stay in the city. However, Lakeway was a beautiful area.

Nice proximity to the Backyard concert venue. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet during the night. Breakfast had everything you'd want and was well maintained. Price was a little more than I like to pay but was worth it.

Very nice, close to Lakeway Resort.

This is a great hotel for single travelers as well as families. It is very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast may not be the best in the west, but it was warm, convienent and in a beautiful room. Close to this hotel is the beautiful Lakeway area, lots of restaurants, fast food, gas stations, little bars even neat shopping places. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Austin is always awesome and good hotels make it better! We are a family of 5 and it was worth it!

The bed was AMAZING!! The bed was very soft, clean, and the comforter and pillows were very soft and clean. The towels were all clean and soft as well. The breakfast was good...waffles, eggs, cereal, milk, etc. The only complaint I have is: I booked the hotel for myself and my spouse and another couple. The other couple tried to check in before we got there and the person behind the counter was very rude to them. My husband got on the phone and had to talk the guy into letting them into the hotel room...in the end it turned out ok, but I didn't appreciate the attitude the clerk gave our friends. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to others. I wish I would have booked this hotel for my entire stay in the area for a wedding.
