Little high for location and age of motel

The staff at the Aloft were great.

Nice clean rooms a heated pool and a bar in the lobby need i say more VERY NICE

EVERYTHING WAS VERY PLEASURABLE AND PROFESSIONAL

The hotel is very modern. Did not like the fact I had to pay for breakfast. No drawers to put clothes in had to put them in cubby holes.

Everytime we visit the DFW area we stay at the aloft. Always clean, trendy, and friendliest staff. The location is great and in walking distant to a great park and shopping.

the room seemed clean until house keeping changed the sheets. the stains on the mattress scared us. looked like blood stains all over it.needless to say we left the same day.

I loved the hotel even the elevated smelled good!!!

The prices were a bit absurd on food. I paid almost $30 for breakfast for me and my kid.

We enjoyed our stay @ the Aloft Frisco. I was a little more pet friendly than kid friendly but we enjoyed stay there. Loved been so close to shopping center & mall. I will most definitely recommend this place to my friends.

As soon as we got out of our vehicle and stepped foot outside of the hotel, it smelled so bad like sour, rotten garbage. It literally made us gag and almost throw up. It smelled that way around the entire exterior of the hotel. Then, I didn't get the double bed room that I requested and thought I had booked! When we get into the room and it's smaller than my kids bedroom at home. Inside the room there is a foggy looking wall seperating the bedroom and the shower. When you take a shower, whoever is in the bedroom can see you!! All night, we were awakened by noises in the surrounding rooms, you can hear everything through those walls.

My daughter and I loved our stay there. They made us feel at home.

The hotel was very appealing and modern, the layout of the room comfortable and efficient. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, I'm a little spoiled having experienced some really wonderful hotel beds. The only things I was missing was a microwave and ironing board/iron. Other than that the room served its purpose, it was clean and worked well.

The hotel.com site said we reserved a two double bed room but when we arrived only a king left. Our daughter had to sleep on the built in couch since the two air mattress wouldn't hold air when we called the desk

Great stay! Tv was messing up because of slight storm. Needed more pillows.

Lobby felt a bit like a modern European hostel w/pool table, games, and comic type prints. Very cool looking bar & nice looking food area. Room was very quiet and had nice touches. Bliss body products, recycle bin next to trash, little fridge, Box to connect all kinds of video to TV, platform beds with comforters. Overall very enjoyable one night stay.

Wonderful...we've already booked our next out-of-town stay for Aloft through Hotels. This hotel is new, luxury (branch of W Hotels) for economy price. Best deal out there! Thanks!

Our overall stay was nice. The only complaint was that we at the bar enjoying a drink on our first night before we started our evening and there were about 20 tween cheerleaders! I was there to relax and not hear all those brats with a maybe 3 adults around being ridiculously loud!

Great location, proximity to shopping, restaurants and toll roads. The only negative about the stay was the lack of wireless internet service in my room for two straight days, which is unacceptable.

The hotel was very nice. But when I went to check in they wouldn't let me use my husbands credit card even with the same last name!. We were there for a soccer tournament and my husband couldn't be there!.

The hotel is setup very modern! There are things that are so modern that they impact the comfort level of the hotel. For example, there's no tub, just a shower, so that was disappointing. Also, the bed is very low to the floor, which could be a problem for anyone with knee problems. Once I got down in it, the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in! The hotel was also extremely clean. If it was less clean, I would have been really concerned about the low bed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, it was a very nice experience, and we got a great price.

Got woke up at 2:00 am by rowdy people coming to their rooms. We were on the third floor and after walking around it twice we could not find an ice machine. Went to front desk and were told it was on the fifth floor. Should of been told that at checkin. Probably would not stay there again.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, ballpark is really close, pizza hut park is only a few miles, there is a shopping mall and eating spots within walking distance. For our purposes and the price we paid it was a fair transaction.

i booked a king bed room. the guy at the desk gave me two queen beds room without telling me. my wife and i had an argument before arriving at the hotel, and when she saw 2 separate beds, she thought i booked a room with 2 separate beds intentionally. she got mad and walked out of the room. and our night just went south from there. oh and the sheets smelled like dirty sink water and toilet papers were crumbled and shoved in the box in their failed attempt to make it look like a flower... i assume... if not, i guess they were just dirty tissues people stuck back in the box...

Had a small stain on comforter but otherwise flawless!! Have stayed with aloft several times. Very good experience

It had big rooms, clean and nice price

Easy in and out. Comfortable and the price is okay. Cool modern decor and funky room layout.

I liked the laid-back atmosphere and the contemporary decor. It is not always easy to find a nice hotel that will allow for pets, and this hotel accommodated both of those needs. They even had pet treats! The only thing that I didn't like (the reason for the "3" for conditin or maintenance of the hotel)--no hot water for showers at 5:30 a.m.

This is a great hotel in Frisco, Texas. Its proximity to Embassy Suites is ideal for those traveling to Frisco for a work or trade conference. It is situated in prime shopping area, with Nordstrom, IKEA, Whole Foods. Stonebriar Mall is within walking distance. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodations are superb. Hotel offers free overnight parking, an assortment of snacks and breakfast options. Also, hotel has a bar with friendly bar staff. A cautionary note for parents. This hotel is not for those traveling with kids. Halls are dark, but in a sylish way, with multi-colored light fixtures. Also, hotel lobby has a lounge feeling that parents might not enjoy. A great hotel, other wise.

Everything was great - but the AC unit in the room was extremely loud and hard to hear yourself think when it was running - which was most of the time.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and neat. The bar was good and the food also good quality for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

It was pleasant and relaxing.

I stayed from Oct 11-15 and it was a wonderful hotel. Room was gorgeous, bathroom was super nice (shower was amazing), cleaning staff and front desk staff were top notch. I didnt get to use the heated outdoor pool but it looked amazing especially on the really hot days I was there. The lobby was different than anything I'd ever seen before...very hip and modern yet very welcoming and alot of fun (pool table, tvs, foosball, rock em sock em robots tabletop game, ipad access for concierge info and a nice little nook where you could buy food/snacks/drinks). The only drawback was that the air conditioner in the room was kind of loud but it didn't bother me, there are no room for any guests to really hang out in the room (its really a room just for sleeping and bathing which is what a hotel room should be anyway) and that my room was right above the hotel lounge area so I could hear some music lightly thumping. All in all, I'd recommend this place and I'd stay there over and over again.
