Zitahli Resorts & Spa Kuda-Funafaru - קודה-פונאפארו

Zithali is a 50 minute seaplane ride away and when you check in at airport they dont tell you the rate of the seaplane transfers so upon check out i was surprised to get a bill of more than a thousand dollars for two people just for the transfer flights. Overall the resort is pretty nice but we had cloudy days so could not really enjoy the beauty of the maldives. The resort is definitely not for kids - there is no kids play area. The food was good and the service is excellent however our water villa needed some maintenance work done and some of the stuff did not work properly such as complicated TV and Audio systems . The Internet in rooms was also poor. The prices overall are quite high but i guess this is how they make their money on all the extras . Zithali is defintely not a 5 star resort in my opinion. Would i come back ??? well i think not . Not because i dont like the place but because there is just so much choice in Maldives that one has to try something else. Overall though i think Maldives is just too expensive and there are much better cost effective places to go and get a bronzed tan

We had a HB package there and stayed for 4 nights with another honeymoon couple, we have requested for a room nearby and we were finally put together at the end of the lagoon water villa where both couples enjoy the best view, thanks for the nice arrangement! We went for a boat dive but we were just dropped nearby but the sea world is nice and we are lucky to meet a turtle! The underwater world is nice with plenty of fishes! We recommand the water villa with pool so that you will have a better sight there will be no handrail blocking the stunning view in from of the terrace. The services overall is good, the variety of the food for the buffet are not many but there are plenty of choices of desert and taste nice. We are so happy with house keeper thou I never met him, he catch every time when we are away from our room to clean it up. The room is prefect with private jacuzzi which can accommodate 4 ppl!!! The plunge pool is not too small just the right size. Everything is great we would recommend this to everyone.

we went for a 4 nights stay and are glad we made the choice to stay in this beautiful resort. the staff are attentive and friendly. the spa are great. there are 2 staffs whom i would like to specially thank for their attention given to us as my wife are pregrant. they are Ibrahim and Zain. thumbs up for the good services provided. greatly appreciated. will love to come again in the near future.

Nous avons passé notre voyage de noces sur l'ile de Kuda-Funafaru dans l'hôtel Zitahli. 10 jours de bonheur, tout simplement. L'hôtel dispose d'un très haut standing et d'un service irréprochable. Pour exemple: pour accueillir un maximum de 115 clients, l'hôtel emploi environ 250 personnes. LE manager de l'hôtel est très attentionné et totalement disponible. De petites attentions (corbeille de fruit, décoration particulière de la chambre, boissons offertes) nous ont accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. L'île en elle-même est assez grande pour garantir l'intimité de chacun. Disposant de 3 restaurant et de 2 bars, l'offre de repas et de boissons comblera chacun qui y passera un séjour. Le centre de plongée est très bien tenu et offre des offres de formation compétentes et diverses. Les sites de plongée sont magnifique. Il y en a tellement qu'en 9 plongée nous n'en avons vu qu'une petite partie. Simplement super…. Nous avons aussi savourer un massage au SPA. Rien de tel pour se remettre des dures journées de bronzettes ;-) Un hôtel à recommander pour vraiment découvrir et savourer les Maldives!
