Fine. The beds were very comfortable. We did not have time for the pool or the fitness room but both looked inviting. The continental breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choices and someone who kept tables and counters clean even on busy mornings. Good coffee.

We had two very nice rooms for a great price. The pool was perfect for our children (4 ft. depth). Breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly.

I was very happy here. Clean, friendly, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Location good, very bright and cheerful. Yes, I would go there again!

Location was good. Bridget at front desk was VERY friendly. Cookies were a nice treat. Room was good size. There was a dirty washcloth still in our shower. There were crumbs by one of the beds so it was obvious it hadnt been throughout clean. Hot tub was far from hot... more like lukewarm. Breakfast was okay for being free. Might give them another chance... we'll see

Beds were comfortable and close to UNC at Wilmington. Staff very helpful. Pool and hot tub looked nice, didn't get a chance to use it.

Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! Dot was a welcome and friendly smile every morning. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and pastry assortments each day, in addition to a variety of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage available on other days. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. Size was adequate, but not a lot of extra room. The condition of the room was excellent. Mattresses are firm, not soft. Overall an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was nice. The pool was very convenient but was extremely crowded. When in our room at the top of the steps on the second floor, the noise from the lobby and pool area was very loud. I think the breakfast area could use a better design/layout. I think plates should be available at another location than just in the crowded corner by the waffle makers. All in all, would consider staying at this hotel again but would request a 3rd or 4th floor room.

This hotel was very clean with a heated indoor pool and spa. Great location off Market St. area. Close to major shops and attractions. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Check-in and out was quick. My room included a microwave and refrigerator which was very helpful. Room size was spacious. Parking was also convenient. Looking forward to our next stay in July.

The kids had lots of FUN!

Wonderful stay! EXCEPTIONAL customer service by all of the staff who went above and beyond to help my daughter and I feel comfortable at the hotel and competent to navigate the city. And thankfully this hotel was tucked away enough to be quiet, but very easy to navigate to and from. The room was clean, the breakfast bar was delicious with great variety, the pool area was clean, and the cookies were an awesome touch, especially when the night manager insisted I take a freshly baked one (vs one out of the case) to my daughter at bedtime! It was nice to READ about the fresh baked cookies, but to actually SEE the manager bring the tray of cookies to the front desk...priceless!

Extremely clean and well appointed room.However,location was difficult to find ...my GPS couldn't find t!.Great pool and gym.Friendly staff.

All around good. The breakfast could be a bit better, but it's OK for the rate. The only real negative is the front porch where folks go to smoke (because the hotel is smoke free), so you may have to walk through this gauntlet to go in the front.

TRuly a wonderful stay. This is the second trip I made to Wilmington and stayed here. I'll do it again. No complaints. Comfortable bed, pillows, clean room and nice shower. Everything to make it your home away from home.

Everything was great except the bed for some reason messed with my back. Oh and they change the wifi password at midnight and don't give you the info. So you have to call in every morning.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very pleasant. The only issue is the hallway has the funny smell that would not go away.

We enjoyed our stay here, staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were enjoyable, free cookies and warm breakfast was good. We only stayed one night passing through so I'm not sure about location in reference to local attractions.

It was OK, shower curtain missing, breakfast was weak, room comfortable.

It wasn't a good experience. The AC wasn't working in our room. The Hotel said they were "out of towels". At breakfast they were out of most of the things, and the rest was cold. We won't stay there again.

I recently sstayed at the Country Inn in Rocky Mt NC and Wilmington and I will say that the Rocky Mt inn was much nicer.

We found some left over trash in our room. A roach in the bathroom the next morning(gross). We feel that the coffee maker supplies need to be increased (not enough sugar or creamer if you want 4 cups of coffee). Breakfast was good, except coffee was only warm. Room was very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. We felt very secure and safe in our room.

We enjoyed the stay at your hotel. The room was big enough for eveyone, the breakfast was excellent, the hot tub and indoor pool was my favorite, however, the bed was a little too hard and made my back hurt whhich is why I enjoyed the hot tub so much.

A very pleasant stay for business, except for the breakfast. If you did not get there by 8:00, you could forget about some items being available.

The hotel was daily nice with a great buffet hot breakfast. The wifi was terrible!

The hotel was a bit run down overall and my room had a stench that hit me every time we walked in- even my 3 year old said it was stinky! I thought it was a bit overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Aside from that the staff was friendly, especially Bridget who was a help and cheerful! The breakfast was good offering an excellent array of food. For being off the beach, the location was perfect. Close to all main roads to get you where you want to go.

Pool and hot tub were sub par. The hot tub was barely warm, but the jets worked well.

The smell of cholrine from the indoor pool was terrrible. I saw the same almond on the floor of the elevator 3 days in a row. My bathroom floor was not very clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. And the bed was comfortable. 5 of us fit comfortably in the room. I would definitely stay there when I go back.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the hotel was very clean, and it is only 10 minutes from historic Wilmington and only about 20 to Wrightsville beach. There is plenty of strip malls around with whatever you need. If you want to be in walking distance of attractions this is not the hotel for you. If you want a quality room within a short drive of everything worthwhile then book it. I would go back.

We booked our original room on hotels.com and they gave us an accessible room. We called the hotel to add an adjoining room (my mom decided to join us). When we arrived, my mom went into her room and we went into ours. As soon as we stepped in, we saw someone else's stuff all over the room. We quickly closed the door and went into my mom's room. We left my mom and the kids there and went downstairs. We told the guy at the front desk and he seemed very surprised. He went to the office and there was some scrambling around and they went up to the room and took all of the person's stuff out and gave us the room. There was a smokey smell and we told the manager (who came to give us the new room key) and she assured me that the people in the room weren't smokers (hmmmm....how did she know?). It turned out they had just burned a bag of popcorn in the microwave. Being 4th of July weekend, there weren't any other adjoining rooms available for us, so we just stayed in that room. I had to ask for them to clean the room and wash the duvet covers at least to get the smell out. The smell lingered over the course of the 3 days. The breakfast was good and so was the breakfast service. The woman that runs the breakfast room is a very hard worker. Be forewarned if you are in need of a handicapped accessible room. This particular room is not truly accessible.

Good stay nice place

overall a very nice place to stay. we were only staying there because we had an early flight out of wilmington and it is literally 5 minutes from the airport. The AC in our room was extremely loud and seemed to have to kick on every 15 minutes. I am not a light sleeper however i found myself laying in bed thinking how loud this AC is.
