Hilton Garden Inn Great Falls - גרייט פולס

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Did not like the bedding...sheet, blanket, comforter all in one. Room was on the warm side even though temp. was turned down to 60, couldn't kick to top blanket off as you kicked everything off. The ad lists a restraunt...to me a restraunt is someplace you sit down, read a menu and then order. This is more of a help yourself with a small grill where they cook you one of three choices and then charge you a healthy price for it.

The room was clean, the beds comfy and the staff was friendly.

Everything about our stay in the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent except the mattress we slept on, it slopped to one side and needs replacing. Awesome breakfast included in the room price.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I am always happy. Room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Follks there were all very accomodating. Can't think of a thing missing. Had a gret stay

The comfort of the bed is extremely important and this hotel did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay and will book at this hotel again!

Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel staff were great, the hotel was impeccably clean, the wifi was seamlessly quick. However, listed in the amenities it says "free cable; free movie channels." First, the tvs were overly complicated to use and then the cable didn't work so there was no cable or movie channels. That was my only let-down during my stay.

The hotel is tucked in behind the home depot and is very quiet. The breakfast cafe is amazing.

It was a great experience to stay in a Hilton at a very competitive price to other hotels that have not been nearly as pleasant. Good pressure in the shower, adjustable comfort on the beds, a nice breakfast, and 24 hour gym and pool. What an awesome place!!

All was wonderful except the beds. One side especially was very hard & uncomfortable, they are difficult to turn over in. We didn't find out till after we left that they were adjustable after reading others comments. It might be a good thing to make people aware of that & how to make the adjustments. Thanks

The room was somewhat nice and the front counter people were friendly. But the room wasn't as pictured. It appeared to be just stock photos from what I could tell. Maybe a little more personal touch is in order. Also, you couldn't close the curtains all the way, just a thin veil. The bathroom was nice and clean.

I was so pleased with my stay here. The entire staff was so friendly and willing to help. They went out of their way for us. The hotel is beautiful and clean and a pleasure to stay at.

The staff went over and above after having a mix-up with our reservation The food in both the restaurant and lounge was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (we were in two different rooms) were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Ot was our forst time at this hotel amd we will be going back tjerw again. Nice fun people. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their city and attractions.

We were very surprised at how friendly the waitresses were in the restaurant and how great the good was. We decided to eat in the restaurant after driving around for an hour trying to find a place to eat. The food was fresh, well presented and delicious to eat. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with all the amenities that one requires. Good restaurants nearby and an added bonus of a shuttle bus into town free of charge....which came in very handy. This was a little godsend as i found the local taxi service to be either overworked or undermanned. The room was great and location of the hotel was only a 5 minute ride in the shuttle bus, perfect!

Everything was great except for the bed. It was soft in the middle and both my husband and I found the bed unsatisfactory.

Very satisfied with my stay at this brand new hotel. Probably the nicest hotel in Great Falls, MT.

Enjoyed our stay very much. We were very impressed with our room. The bed was heavenly. The pool was nice, but the best part was that they closed it to kids after 10pm. It was open to adults 24hours. The breakfast was not included and we did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on it. They did, however, have complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable. But one thing we would have liked was pay per view TV so that we could enjoy a movie - we had to get dressed and go to the local theatre and no one wanted to do that. But otherwise the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Great hotel, would definitely stay again. Breakfast is not included and is expensive but otherwise we give it an excellent rating.

As usual, the Hilton made me feel like a VIP. Thank you and I will be back again? Albert

The thing I love most about HGI is the smell of the freshly cleaned bedding, and that INCLUDES the bedspread. Nothing grosses me out more than an icky hotel bedspread. That is very appreciated. The only thing I wish HGI would do is for there to be vanity outside of the bathroom so one can get ready while the other is showering. No one wants to try and put makeup on in a steamy bathroom.

The best night's sleep we've had in the past week (road trip!) Wish all our hotels were this nice. Clean, nice staff, free wifi. Everything we wanted!

A very nice clean room. The breakfast was worth the 11 dollars.

We loved it here. The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The room was absolutely perfect.

The hotel it's self was fine, but we used their shuttle service to the airport and when we came back from our trip the shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up. The front desk forgot to tell the shuttle person to pick us up. We will not be staying at this hotel again!

Everyone was great, I had a good nights rest, and will go there again.

Quick check in, spotless hotel and room, beds super comfy, rooms very quiet....couldn`t ask for anything more!! Always a first choice for us!!!

Very clean and nice place to stay. No continental breakfast, if you choose to eat there, there are different rates for a hot breakfast and for a cold breakfast, call to get current rates if it makes a difference. We thought it was pricey enough that we would go to Denny's and spend less... It's a small pool and hot tub, pool is a little chilly, but most are in Montana! ;) Breakdown: very nice place to stay and sleep if that's what you are there for. If you are into playing in the pool for hours you may want to choose a place with a bigger pool.

Very good hotel but a little more expensive than some of the others. Breakfast not included but well worth the ten bucks. Lovcly dinning room.
