Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The cleanliness met our expectations, the staff was accommodating, & the rooms were well decorated. The beds were more firm than we would have preferred, but I would stay here again. The location was near several restaurants, & the location provided easy access to the interstate.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Had breakfast at the Bistro in the hotel. Sandwich called the healthy start and it was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

After being in the Gulf Shores for a week, we headed home to IL but stopped in Cool Springs for the night. Great hotel, staff and very helpful and everything looked to be new yet I understand it the hotel was built 5 years ago. Great area

I had a lot of time to kill one afternoon, and the front desk staff gave me answers to all of my annoying questions. So very helpful to help me decide what to do for the day! Room was fantastic and neighborhood was full of great places to eat! Will stay at again!

This hotel has a new, clean, and colorful feel to it! I can't always be home, but I did feel right at home here. It has all the ammenities you need to relax and enjoy. A fridge and microwave would be nice, however everything else was excellent! Great stay for a very reasonable cost!

This facility is immaculate, the staff very professional and friendly. I would not stay there again because the "busines center" was right out in the lobby with no privacy at all. I did not take my laptop because the info on the site said business center, which implies a private area to conduct business. I lost valuable business time due to this!

Nice room and neighborhood. I should have checked things a little better to see that breakfast was for purchase only, and kind of pricey at that. But it was a nice stay nonetheless.

Not a bad place at all. Workers were friendly, water pressure was fine, clean, easy to find, parking abundant. The only complaint I have is that the beds were some very uncomfortable beds for any hotel above a Motel 6, especially for a Marriott property. This area is nice, clean, seemed rather quiet and safe. I would not have felt uncomfortable staying here even by myself (this trip I was with my family). We were going to stay in downtown Nashville, but this property was worth saving the $150 a night & to get around to see all of the Nashville area sites it was not a property too far out of the way. Final note - because we stayed here we found downtown Franklin - a must see Main Street type shopping area - we will be back just for this.

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Everything looked new and super clean and the Starbucks and Cafe were very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was fantastic. The staff here is top notch. Very friendly and inviting. The location cannot be beat. Great food nearby. We will be back here again. Thank you.

I was placed in a handicap room. Didn't care for or need that type of room.

Beautiful Hotel and Wonderful Stay!

The hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was centrally located to all the convenient amenities of the city. If ever in the area again, I will definitely utilize this property.

We had a loud quest above us, but this does not reflect on the hotel. Otherwise we had a great stay. Hotel employees were very friendly.

Wonderful hotel..... and Awesome staff. The day shift front desk staff on Saturday was a sweetheart and knew the finer points of what real customer service is all about. The place is very well maintained, clean, and a good value.

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Rooms could use a full length mirror. Lobby is great with electrical outlets all over the place for working while charging electronics. Service was great. Staff very helpful. Nice setup of three computers in the lobby for printing boarding passes. Starbucks in the lobby area is a nice thing to have for quick coffee and breakfast.

This place is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful town. Definitely would stay again.

Great location and neighborhood. Close to several good restaurants and one of the best malls in TN. Was very pleased with the hotel in every way.

Hotel was really clean and can't say I hated anything about it. Its across the street from nice restaurants and close shopping and interstate.

Very clean. Close to our destination. Hotel staff very helpful. Had issue with toilet which was resolved quickly.

Great place for much needed R&R. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, lots of space and a lovely balcony in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Great hotel with great amenities. Close to great mall and great places to eat. Hotel staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

Well maintained, clean getaway with a great location near eateries and Cool Springs Mall. Well come back when the weather permits to really enjoy the balconies:)

The Courtyard Franklin Cool Springs was extremely nice--beautiful decor, very clean and new. It is close to all the Cool Springs shopping. Downtown Franklin and Nashville are both a short drive away. The toilet ran intermittently, but it wasn't really an issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Another great stay at a Courtyard. This facility is relatively new (less than 3 years), and it's evident. Everything was in good shape, from lobby to room. Nothing to complain about. Liked the lobby, option of dining at the hotel, good staff, good location

This is a new hotel with a modern lobby and bistro type restaurant that serves breakfast and limited lunch and dinner items. Hotel is clean, new and modern and is in a good location to businesses, shopping and restaurants. The room we had contained 2 queen beds and was really a large room. My only complaint was the water temperature on the shower was difficult adjusting to a moderate temperature. The lever turned from cold to scalding hot and was hard to adjust to a warm temp. Otherwise the hotel went above our expectations. Had free wi-fi in lobby and restaurant areas. Also included an indoor pool, balconies and a business center in the lobby. Highly recommend for business or leisure travelers.
