Castle Rock Indoor Water Park Resort - ברנסון

With five kids the tower room was a hit!! Loved the fact that the life guards were always moving and doing their jobs very well. Lets a mom relax a little!!

Swimming at Castle Rock was The Bomb!

the hotel was great the kids loved it. but dont eat at the restaurant there it suck and cost to much for food that was not great. the best part was the water park.there was only 2 thing wrong with the room when we got there the kids found a pop can on there bunk bed so not good cleaning there. and the last night we stayed the ac was set at 67 and we woke up in sweat

Hotel was clean, water park was SO much fun for our daughter. Great location.

We live about 40 min from Branson and wanted something fun to do while it was cold outside. Are stay was very pleasant we resevered a Tower Room that way we didnt have to run accross the parking lot in cold. The Room was very clean and the divided room with the bunk beds was great for the kids. The water park had plenty to do and chemicals used in the water were not so strong that you couldn't breath like some other places. The only downside to our stay was the cleaning people did not knock on the door (they just opened it and yelled) and did this twice like they were trying to rush us out before checkout time. I would return to Castle Rock in the future but would definatly use the privacy sign in the door next time.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The waterpark was very fun for the children and adults. The place to shower and dress after playing in the water park was clean. It would have been nice if there had been a hot tub. The room was clean. We had the tower room with the bunk bed and it was a great, however the double bed that I slept in was one of the most uncomfortable beds that I have ever slept in. One of the worst night sleep taht I have had in a very long time.

We decided last minute to stay in branson one night. We were pleased to find affordable hotel with built in entertainment for our kids. Rooms were typical, but clean and modern. No complaints.

We loved it! Comfortable room and the kids loved the water park. We were very close to Silver Dollar City for Young Christians Weekend so we were very happy!

The hotel was very nice and the room was very nice. The only problem I had was with the inside water park. The clorine was very strong and the lazy river wasn't very lazy because the small children was allowed to be in the water without tubes and was allowed to run wild. NO RELEXING in the lazy river because you had to dodge small children running crazy. The life guards should have controlled that part of the water park better. I understand kids running wild and having fun in the rest of the waterpark but in the lazy river everyone should have to be on a tube. But once again the hotel was very nice.

Our room seemed clean but it had issues that need to be addressed. First of all, our sink drain got stuck and my sister in law was on her back under the sink and fixed it before the repair man got up there. Secondly, the room was spacious with bunk beds which is a great idea to hold a family, but the room was only furnished with 2 or 3 towels, 1 handtowel and 1 wash cloth. We had to find more of these and soaps and shampoos that first evening before shower/bath time. Trying to adjust the temperature in the room was a challenge, too. The weather was cold, so we'd need the heat coming back from the water park, but to sleep at night, we had to turn on the air conditioning. Be sure you pay attention to the fact that the beds are only double beds, and not queen.

The water park part of the hotel was nice. The kids enjoyed it and it was warm and comfortable. Lots of life guards, so that was nice. The room itself was ok. Nothing too fancy. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The bathroom was super small and didn't give much room to hang up swimsuits, etc. But the biggest disappointment was that we came back to the room on our second day there (we only stayed two nights) to find that our room had apparently been "cleaned" because we noticed the garbages had been emptied, however the beds were unmade and they didn't replace all of the towels, nor did they give us more coffee, etc. Good thing I'm not too high maintenance or I would've had a fit. Seems like pretty basic stuff to keep up on.

The hotel was nice and well maintained. All towel (pool and bath) were extremely small. Pillows were poor. The water park was good for younger children (8 and under). Pricey for what it was.

Only issue was restaurant grill hours while in waterpark. Grill closes at 1pm.

If the reason for your trip is to spend time at a decent indoor water park then this is the place, but keep in mind that the hotel cut nearly every corner they could. The beds were very uncomfortable and the entire hotel was kept too cold. The WiFi (when available) was so slow that it was useless. Avoid the expensive bad pizza and order from across the street. Avoid the breakfast buffet, there isn't a large selection and the quality is low. Lunch from the grill was good and very convenient. The hotel staff was as friendly as required, but no one will go out of their way for you. If you are arriving late one day and don't need a water park pass until the next day then make more than one reservation.

The kids really enjoy the water park. Wifi was not working in our room. Switched us to a handicapped room. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean.

If you aren't in the main tower, the rooms are not good, there were hairs in our tub and toilet before we even used it, and for it being "renovated" they weren't all that great!! No good wifi either!

The hotel was nice for the rate (but the bed was not the most comfortable.) The staff was friendly. However, no breakfast was included with the room. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and had a poor signal. The water park was a lot of fun for our daughter. She had a great time and didn't want to leave. However, the room we stayed in (in the atrium) did not have a slide lock at the top of the door. The room goes directly to the outside. The deadbolt would automatically unlock when turning the handle from the inside. This was a safety concern for us as we have a two year old daughter who loves to explore. She would open the door by herself and we had be vigilant that she did not go outside on her own. There also was no peephole on the door, so the only way to see who was at the door is to go the opposite side of the window next to the door to see who was there.

The hotel was average nothing wrong with it though very clean and comfortable. Water park was great, the kids enjoyed it.

The hotel as very accessible to any location.very spacious for the family and the pool was warm. The chlorine was a little strong but rather than that, it was a very good place to relax with the kids dying cold season.

No complaints at all other than when we called for maintenance to unclog the toliet, it took them over an hour ... Could not believe that a "free" breakfast was not included - but yet a very expensive breakfast bar was avaliable. We will go back here in the cold months for the indoor water park, but in the summer months we will stay elsewhere.

Our family of six were inconvenienced by a lack of separation. A two bedroom suite (separated by a door!) would have been better. Having no separation necessitated adults had no adult time, no TV, and going to bed same time as children (7:00 pm!) the 2 double-size beds were quite cramped for 2 adults and 2 young girls...suggest queens at the very least. The small alcove with bunk beds had no heating/cooling vent and it became very warm for the person in the top bunk. But the indoor water park was wonderful-- clean, well monitored by attentive lifeguards, and a nice variety for all ages. Grill staff went beyond the call of duty to fulfill our requests (turkey bacon in the morning and they prepared a sandwich just before closing in the afternoon).

The water park wasn't even close to being nice enough to outweigh all the negatives of this hotel. The room was dirty. Stained carpet, broken bath tub, stained sheets. The restaurant was terrible as well, if you can even call it a restaurant. Served "bowling alley food". There was 1 employee working the breakfast buffet. No clean tables or dishes. This hotel was an all around complete disappointment. Terrible.

We had a great time. After spending the afternoon at Silver Dollar City, we surprised the kids with this hotel and water park. The water park is open until 10:00 pm and we checked in at 7:00 pm. So the kids played for 3 hrs until they were totally exhausted. Everyone slept great that night. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed a couple of nights for my daughter's 5th birthday. We all had a good time, and my daughter said it was her best birthday ever! Very nice and clean rooms. Fun waterpark.

Overall the stay at the hotel was good, the only drawback was the water park was closed for maint and if we would have known that when we booked the rooms we would have chosen another location.

This is the third time we've been here. It's still a lot of fun, but we're starting to see where a lot of maintenance should be done to the swimming area. I wish the pools were not on a chlorinated system.

`My family was very satisfied with everything,we used the pool,and the beds were very comfortable, we well stay there again as we are season pass holders for silver dollar city. A continnital breakfast would of completed the package

Are stay was wonderful, the kids enjoyed everything about the waterpark!! We will forsure be back and stay again with them!!

My wife and I treated our kids to a quick trip before school started. We found the room ok nothing special. However the water park was very fun! And my family had a great time. We will be back.

Waterpark with no hot tub.... Enough on that... Not as nice as grand country.

Greeted by a friendly staff. Room was clean. Tower room was great for kids They could play watch tv while we could enjoy our shows. The only suggestion would be a mrcowave in the room.
