Loved the location! Staff was great as well.

We could hear our next door neighbors getting ready early in the morning. They were not being especially loud. The walls were paper thin. Also, hall noises all night. Could hear slamming doors. The hotel was clean and nice otherwise. Maybe it was just our particular room?

Will definately stay here again. Only needs to have complimentary breakfast.

overall the Hotel was nice, but they stuck us on the top floor all the way in the back of the Hotel. When we returned to our room on Sat. night( around 10:00 pm), there was some sort of event going on in the banquet room right under our room. The music was so loud that even with the TV on we could not sleep. When we called the front desk, they could only say, they were sorry. The Hotel was not at all full, so why did they give us a room right above the event. Our children and grandchildren recently moved to Frisco, so we were hoping the would be a Hotel we would stay in when visting them. That is why we booked with Hilton, thinking that the name stood for quality. We will not stay here again.

It was a good stay, every body that worked in the hotel were freindly and very helpful. The room was very clean and neat. It was close to alot of good resturants and alot of shopping stores.

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean with plenty of space. Outdoor pool and hot tub was nice. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to mall, across the street from Stars practice facility and a short drive, long walk from the baseball and soccer stadiums.

Great place to stay only had one complaint, one night the sheets had an odor but I believe that they were changed and my girlfriend didn't mention it again.

i always stay at this hotel when i visit the area, I really like Frisco a lot. great location for the business i was in town for and the staff was friendly. beds are pretty tough, but still a nice place, very clean

Back door did not work at times and the hotel did ot post a sign.

The only thing bad I have to say is that the ice machine didn't work on the fifth floor.... Other than that it was clean and the staff was very nice.

We did not know the area but it was convenient to all of the areas we wanted to visit that weekend. The staff accommodated all of our requests and were very pleasant. My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend and would certainly stay here again.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, rooms clean and bed was comfortable. Easy to find and very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We were very satisfied. Hotel was nice and clean. Can't complain about anything. Will stay again anytime.

Close to Stonebrier Mall, McKinney, Frisco, Plano the Dallas North Tollway. Clean, comfortable adjustable beds. If needing clean and good hotel this is it. Good value for price.

My last two stays at Hilton Garden Inns have been exceptional. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed, and large. The staff are superb. The only tiny, tiny drawback was a lack of in-room entertainment options, and that can be resolved with personal technology. It is nice to stay in a hotel that will still put clean glasses in a room, instead of plastic or paper cups. A bigger trash can might be nice too.

All rooms face the court yard as well as outside, Elevators are quick. Breakfast is very affordable and well portioned, You get more breakfast than you pay for. Morning restaurant opens at 6:30 am. 75 feet from the elevator. I was on business, so I didn't eat at the ground round, left early and returned late. The management know how to run a property.

We will head back really soon everything was perfect!!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, worst tap water I have ever tasted, maybe thats whay the coffie in the room and downstears in the breakfast room tasteed so horible.

It's really as simple as that. Since the hotel is new, it has all the latest improvement in hotel design and the best you can get for 3 stars. The restaurant is great for breakfast. You will get your money's worth.

Our stay was great. The hotel is very nicely furnished, bed was wonderful, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We have already recommended your hotel to several of our friends, and we definitely will stay there again

We stay here a week at a time with 2 kids ages 5 and 12 to visit family. This is our second week this year. The hotel is very clean, the staff is pleasant, and the rooms are comfortable. Wireless and wired LAN work well. The only thing that dings the hotel in the slightest is that the adjustable comfort beds do not stay quite firm enough for me or my wife - they start firm at the beginning of the night and get softer and softer. Even so, we will come back again. :)

Walk to Dr. Pepper Ball Park, IKEA, restaurants, etc. Nice spot, easy to get to from highway, etc. They have an outside pool, which we prefer. They do a breakfast, but its restaurant-style, like $11pp, so its best to work a deal with the desk upon checkin. Nice sundries shop - Odwalla juices, natural & organic snacks in addition to the usual junk food. Our room was freezing and we cut off the AC - which was really loud- right before bed. Remained comfortable thru the night, so at least they have good insulation!

I have only positive experiences with this hotel. Large nice rooms, very clean everywhere, okay pool outside, very friendly and helpful staff, good service and all at a reasonable price. Only one minute to go to the Frisco Conference Center and 15 minutes to go to the big mall Stonebriar Center. I stayed at this hotel for a week last year and a week this fall, so I know what I am talking about :-)
