Beds were clean and comfortable. Internet was non existent. Not much parking.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. But no maid service after first night. Although notified in advance, no breakfast (except vending machine style), which seems incongruous currently.

Nice, convenient, and room with good features(Stove frig and microwave as well as utensils. Everything you would need.

the room was great, but i had a problem getting a reciept becasue of a computer clitch. and the eliptical machine in the gym wasn't quite up to par.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, clean room. No issues at all. Will stay again!

We travel/stay in hotels nearly every weekend with kids athletics. This hotel was conveniently located, CLEAN, the staff was helpful, and the price was great. Totally recommended and will look for this chain again.

This is an example of you get what you pay for. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient and for one night it was perfect; however, I wouldn't say it was the best hotel I've stayed in. Some other guests made my mother feel uncomfortable but that can happen anywhere. It's an extended stay type of place so that's the clientale. I definitely would stay here again if I needed to be near River Ranch for a night or two.

Nice extended stay hotel. It was also reasonably priced and near many of the places we needed to go in Lafayette.

At first, I was a little nervous since the hotel had a very awkward entrance off the street. It's not the hotel's fault really. The road itself is very busy and confusing if you are from out of town. The staff was very friendly as I checked in. I got to my room and was extremely surprised. I didn't really need all that it had to offer, ie. kitchenette, 'living room' area, etc., but on my next trip to Lafayette I will stay there again because of the extras. And everything was extremely clean and maintained to the highest of standards. Excellent value for the price. Cannot be beat!

Priced just right for a one night stay. Room and hotel were decent, staff was helpful. No complaints but then again did not stay long enough to have anything to complain about.

I have stayed at the Candlewoods Suites twice now, and both times I've had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well kept and sufficient for an affordable overnight stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable a clean place to stay for a night or two.

This was my second stay at this Candlewood Suites. The hotel is far superior than the 2 star rating implies. The rooms are superbly maintained, very spacious, and very clean. The price is right too. It was way below other hotels with the same ammenities in the area. I stayed in a 1 bedroom that had a separate living area with a couch and recliner. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen dishes and utensils. It is also in a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was by far the best hotel i have stayed at in Lafayette. I would recommend this hotel to everyone its very clean, the rooms are wonderful, the staff is very friendly and its in a great location surrounded by many restaurants and places to shop. I come to Lafayette at least once a month and this is where i plan on staying from now on.

This hotel had problems with the growth of mold in the room we were staying in. There was a large 3-4 ft. area on the ceiling which had black mold growing on it. The room also had a very heavy moist atmosphere and when I awoke in the morning after breathing it all night, I had a headache and a stuffy nose that went away in about 24 hours. Also the sheets were old- covered with little nappy balls.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I asked for an extra pillow and someone brought it right up. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wanted to check in early and it was no problem. However, we wanted a room facing the west and the clerk was confused as to which room numbers those were....even actually. I will know for next time. Clean room, great accommodations and the east room was just a minor glitch. Really recommend it.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything needed to conduct business while staying at their hotel. Any requests I made were promptly filled and the staff would always try to take it to the next level. They even called me following the fulfillment of each request to make sure I had everything I needed... whether an extra office chair was needed, or the printing of papers for a meeting.
