Candlewood Suites Houston Medical Center - יוסטון

Very disappointed to be put in a smokers room and apparently it was heavily smoked in. Unfortunately my profile is non smoking due to big allergies. Management unable to transfer rooms. Miserable experience.

IT WAS GOOD.I LIKE THAT YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE TO GETC TO YOUR ROOM.

It was overall a great place to stay and close enough to the Reliant Center.

Our suite was very nice, clean, and furnished with a full kitchen. While we only needed to stay one night, it was comfortable enough to stay for extended stays.

No breakfast, and only sheers on windows which did not keep light out. Otherwise, room was nice.

Desk clerk insisted he did not have a reservation or a room. I gave him my Hotels.com confirmation and payment. Kept saying that was not his hotel's confirmation and he knew nothing about the Hotels.com conf numbers.Suddenly he changed his tune but not his attitude. Demanded driver's license and credit card. On prepaid rez, he needed to charge $45 "security deposit." I told him I did not want to charge any incidentals, please turn off the phone because I have my cell. Hotel does not sell or offer breakfast, just coffee. Desk clerk on the phone much of the check-in time with someone else. Very bad first impression. Once I got into the room it was OK. Only a double bed. I am used to Queen or King or two doubles.

There was no pool

The hotel was very nice and clean. The amenities were great. The only complaint I have is that there was a pool listed for this hotel and while they do physically have a pool it is not operable as they are removing it to build more rooms.

Not far from fair grounds , had everything you need for a long stay, super clean

We arrived on a Thrusday. Hotel has very small parking lot; however, my rear wheels were stolen off my Cadilliac Escalade at 10:30 @ night, right under the parking lot light. Their security didn't arrive until 11, but this is not the first time this has happened. TV in room didn't work properly, nor did the remotes. I have to say, the staff was very helpful to get resolve in the automobile issue.

I really liked the hotel. It was very close to the Reliant stadium where were going to watch Disney on ice. I only live 40 min from there and the only reason we booked the hotel was to take advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. This time of year it gets a little cold out. Needless to say they were out of order. I did not end up staying but the overall appearance and cleanliness was great. Would recommend if the pool was working/warm.

I enjoyed the stay it is a nice suits to stay at I look forward to staying at one when I am out of town

Good Hotel; In a great area of many attractions; clean and friendly. You'll enjoy

The location was initially hard to find. I rarely get directions which include driving through taco bells parking lot. Nonetheless this place served our needs well and was priced right. In Louisiana I prefer Ascension Corporate Rentals for extended stays. But in Houston candelwood was a fine choice.

I liked the kitchenette, the workout room and the pool. They don't clean your room or empty garbage. They do have free movie rentals and a dvd. It is kind of a "trip" to MD Anderson. I wish they had had a king size bed. It was a good deal

This is a GREAT place to stay. It's near a lot of restaurants, the rooms are excellent, they have free washer and dryers and the rooms come with small stoves, large refrigerators...i have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.
