Beech Mount Hotel - ליברפול

Very good location to anfield. But other then that i could cleary hear to room upstairs. The breakfast was ok, no restaurant after that so we had to go out for our meals. Cleaniless of the room was very good.

The hotel was in an ideal location. Great hotel to stay in if you are going to a Liverpool game. Tried to book it for the next game but sadly it was full. Friendly hosts.

Very good value for money....would stay there again if we returned to Liverpool.

Didn't expect much for the price but very noisy could hear every enquiry at the desk through the night and every phone call made by everyone in the hall way (very little sleep). Also to cold for a shower but on the plus side breakfast was good and only 15min walk to Anfield. Bar well stocked but expensive and all staff very friendly.

This hotel was so cute me and my partner both loved it! The staff were very helpful with things like ordering taxis etc! Would for sure return there and recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool.

When we arrived we were given a room key. Upon going to the room and opening the door, we discovered that room already had someone in it. I am sure they were not thrilled to have us walk in on them. They gave us another room, upstairs. Which would of been fine if the lift was not broken. So we had to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of very narrow stairs. Upon entering the room, it was absolutely stifling. We had to turn both radiators off. The room was advertised as having a fridge, which was important as we needed to store medication, but there was no fridge and no safe either . the room was clean and nice but very small and cluttered with furniture. You had to walk sideways to move around the bed. Bathroom was nice and updated, but the shower barely fit one person. They never mentioned the free breakfast on the website, which honestly, was very nice. It was a free hot breakfast buffet, which usually when they see free breakfast they mean cereal, toast and some pastries. This had all that and nicely cooked eggs, meats, etc. The dining area was very nice and not crowded either. The surrounding area left a bit to be desired, but we were able to walk into downtown Liverpool in about 15-20 minutes. There was also plenty of shopping, laundry mat and food markets within a 5 minute walk. I'd stay here again.

Room maintenance was not good , we asked to change the corridor lamp more than once without success. The breakfast was good

Front dest person extremely nice. Breakfast good. Location excellent. Price reasonable. The room feels a little squishy or small with lots of furniture. One bad note, just because there is a paper on the toilet saying it is clean does not mean it is clean. They should check if toilet is really clean. Good stay anyway.

Room was clean bed was comfortable , breakfast is good and staff were helpful ,however they dont change the towel unless you requested They don't tidy the room In our last day no hot water in whole hotel and they didn't knew about it until we told them

Really liked staying here all staff were friendly, the room, although on the small size was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with a wife choice although they have a machine for drinks, that was not good. The area doesn't look too good but everyone was welcoming in the places we went to. We will be staying here again.

If you has a car, this hotel would be really good. However, if you need to book a car, you must told drive where the location is, even post code. Two out of five drivers told me that it is the first time that they went to there.

I would stay there again

It was very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, room was very nice and staff very nice. Breakfast was enjoyable lots to choose from by daughter was spoilt for choice she is not a breakfast person but every morning she was looking forward to it. We are hoping to visit Liverpool before the end of the year and will certainly stay at Beechmount again.

I wouldn't pick it again for the following reasons: climate control was promised from the website, however only a fan was available rather than air conditioning. The surrounding neighbourhood was run-down and I was awoken in the middle of the night by Police sirens outside. There was also a fire / burglar alarm in the entrance hall that went off in the night. Room very basic, bed not particularly comfortable. The reception welcome was warm and friendly. The quality of the breakfast was definitely economically driven.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel no end. Very close to the city centre, you could walk it. The people who work there are by far the nicest I have come across, especially the gentleman who works at the desk at night. If anyone is staying in Liverpool, this is the place to go.

The accomodation was good value for money, staff were helpful and friendly

Our room was extrememly clean and comfortable. The hotel looks as though it has been refurbished recently. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, overall we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly stay there again.

We booked the beechmount hotel as it was near to anfield stadium where we were going for an "Anfield experience" tour. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room which was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in informing us of local bus services and also phoned for taxis for us when required. There are two lounges in the hotel and a pleasant bar to have a drink in (of which prices are very reasonable).There is also a large dining room for breakfasting in which is very nice and has staff who are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast consists of either continental or full english and there is also a good variety of cereals and fruit juices to choose from. Tea and coffee are also offered as well as bread which you can toast to your own liking. The rooms are cleaned daily and as well as tea making facilities in the room bottled water is provided which is a good thing. The surrounding area is a bit run down but the people we met were friendly and caused no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beechmount and would stay there again if we were ever staying in Liverpool again

Like a home away from home,very friendly staff,breakfast was exellant.

The accommodation dates back many years and has undergone a number of refurbishments. The room was very small with hardly any space in which to move and the En-Suite hadn't been fully cleaned. The worst part was the fact smoking for guests was permitted just outside the entrance and so there was no clean access / egress to the accommodation.

The service was good and the room does give a nice comfortable feeling. However the downside were the noise due to thin wall, slight expensive on weekend and the lift was not working and ended up having to carry our luggage 3 floor high.

nice chatty barman bit of a grotty hotel staff mostly eastern Europe rough neibourhood

bedding is not heavy enough for time of year very clean but more suited to a guest house rather than hotel when you go into reception you are surrounded with a bar full of workmen in work clothes shouting at tv and football mot what i expected at all

Staff friendly and welcoming. Was there for evening kick off at anfield. 30min walk 5min cab!! Bar was open late. Very hospitable friendly atmosphere, will use in future! Reasonable price too!

We stayed here for 1 night and the room, the service, the price and especially the breakfast were all excellent!

We booked into the Beech Mount apartments mainly because it was near the Heart and Chest Hospital, Everywhere was sptolessly clean, management were helpful and would reccomend it

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The outside street was not particularly attractive but the hotel itself was great. Very clean and comfortable room, a magnificent breakfast which would put some of the 5* hotels that I have visited to shame. We left our booking till the day before and I was considering paying over double this amount to stay at a city centre hotel which had great reviews but no breakfast nor parking included. I am so glad that I chose this accommodation instead. I would happily recommend it to a friend and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 adults and 4 children in a suite for 6 persons. Good beds, enough towels to everyone. No traffic noise. Walking distance to Anfield. Good bus connections to city center. Groceryshops,Mac Donalds and good Indian restaurant nearby. Friendly staff, spacious breakfast room,delicious breakfast. Affordable price,very few hotels offer bedrooms for 5-6 persons.This was a pleasant surprise after having read wikipedias scruffy description about the Kensington area:-)

This hotel is in a brilliant location to visit Liverpool city centre as it is only a mile away and whilst parking can be pricey in the city, it works out a lot cheaper than staying in a city centre hotel and having to pay to park constantly. We took a taxi into the town one night and it cost £6 each way - not bad at all. The hotel itself is more like a house and the rooms are lovely and cosy. The bad - we did not have a fridge as advertised, one of the blinds was broken and the plastic edging of the shower had come away. Also, we faced the main road the traffic noise during the night was pretty loud. The good - The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had a few drinks in the bar and the prices are reasonable. We asked at reception how long it would take to get to Manchester (we were going on to there for a night's stay) and the receptionist not only told us but also found us a route planner and wrote down all the directions! The breakfast was really good quality, my partner had a cooked breakfast each day and I only eat continental but there was loads to choose from! We stopped in this hotel midweek and whilst I was weary because of some negative reviews, it was very good accommodation, especially as we paid a very low price. Yes the rooms are a bit small and I would have liked to have a desk or a table to sit at, but it was very comfortable and you couldn't hear noise from the rest of the hotel rooms. The staff are happy to assist you in whatever you need - we didn't have a hairdryer in our room as advertised or any bottled water on the second day but they apologised and provided us with them. Overall it was a very reasonable hotel outside of the city centre but I wouldn't pay too much for it.

I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids. When I checked in, the staff said he got 2 rooms for us, but they would be located at different blocks! My wife said we booked the 2 rooms as 1 reservation and expressed her unhappiness that we had to stay separately with our kids. Finally he arranged to give us 2 rooms at the same block and same floor. Why didn't he give us right the way!! The room was located at the 3rd floor and when we arrived the ground floor, there was a notice at the lift stating that it was out-of-service. My goodness, we had to carry our heavy lugguages for 3 floor without any help from the staff! Next day, the notice was still hanging outside the lift and it seems that nobody was taking care of it. On the check out day after breakfast, the same notice was still hanging outside the lift door and my son was curious and tried to press for the lift. He found out that the lift could rise up and down the floors. Finally we had use the lift to transport our lugguages down but we dared not to enter the lift. It seemed that the hotel is not taking care of the utilities and also not caring for the customers. The only thing I felt good about the hotel was the breakfast was surprisingly good.

Not in the city and terrible neighborhood, not pleasant to walk around in the evening. Having said that, room was of good quality, parking, internet and generous breakfast + friendly staff. Close to Motorways for easy access.

Shower was leaking and squeaking throughout the night. Buffet breakfast was above average. Wifi was excellent. Good clean rooms. On site car park facility was useful.
