בת הזוג שלי ואני שהינו במלון 3 לילות והיינו מאוד מרוצים, מיקום מעולה, מאוד נקי ובסטנדרט מאוד גבוה. סעדנו ארוחת ערב במקום בלילה האחרון והיינו מרוצים הן מהמחיר והן מהצוות שהיה ברמה גבוהה מאוד. תודה רבה על השהייה שלנו, נמליץ לאחרים, לחיים אדם וליז

המלון הזה ממוקם מעולה והצוות היה מאוד יעיל ונכון לעזור. זוהי שהייתנו השנייה במלון מרשת Apex ואנחנו תמיד מרוצים מהמיטות, החדרים ומהשרות.

מיקום טוב, ממש סמוך לתחנת הרכבת ומלון מאד חדיש. נוף מצוין מהחדרים. חוויה מדהימה. בהחלט מומלץ לכולם.

לאחרונה שהינו במלון הזה בסוף השבוע של יום הנישואין שלנו והחוויה הייתה מצוינת. הצוות נפלא. החדרים נהדרים וכן המיקום. ארוחת הבוקר נפלאה ובר מרגיע עם משקאות שאינם יקרים מידי. נשמח לחזור למקום שוב.

המלון ממוקם באיזור מאוד נוח של העיר, בסמיכות רבה לתחנת הרכבת וכל האטרקציות של אדינבורו נמצאות ממש במרחק הליכה ממנו. הבריכה של המלון מעט קטנה אך מאוד נחמדה ונקייה. הצוות היה מאוד חברותי ונכון לעזור. סך הכול המלון היה מאוד נחמד, נקי ומודרני. אנחנו בהחלט נזמין בו חדר שוב בביקורנו הבא. Steve D

אנחנו מאד נהנינו מסוף השבוע ב-Edinburgh בשהיה במלון Apex Waterloo Place. הייתי שם בעבר ואשהה שם שוב בעתיד.

המלון ממוקם היטב, מרחק הליכה קצרה מה- Royal Mile. האיזור הפנימי של המלון מתוכנן בקפידה והשירות בבר ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הייתי בהחלט ממליץ לתיירים לשהות במקום. רק ביקורת קטנה על ארוחת הבוקר - £15 לאדם זה מחיר די יקר, במסעדות המקומיות גובים על ארוחה לא פחות טובה מחיר של £10 לשני אנשים. עם זאת, הצוות היה מאוד נכון לעזור ועשיר בידע על האיזור.

מלון יפה עם צוות מקצועי. מיקום יוצא מן הכלל עבור כל ההיבטים של Edinburgh. ה-Spa ובריכת השחיה היו מאד נקיים ונעימים. מומלץ בהחלט .....

המלון ששופץ לאחרונה קרוב לתחנת הרכבת ובמרחק הליכה קצרה מכל האתרים המרכזיים של אדינבורו. חדר הכושר קטן וטוב, הבריכה נחמדה והבר מעולה. החדר גדול ומתוכנן היטב אך היה רעש רב מדוד חימום בקרבת מקום!

צוות המלון נהדר - חברותי, קשוב, מיומן, כל אחד מבעלי התפקידים. לינדה, השוערת, עזרה לנו במיוחד. כולם תרמו לחוויה יוצאת דופן.

superb location and amenities

10-out of-10! Great hotel...the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is decor is modern while still maintaining the beautiful building...and the location - just perfect!!!! Highly recommend this hotel :)

Pleasant service and relaxing pool area

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a higher floor so that we could have a better view. Bed was so comfortable I could have stayed there and slept for 24 hrs, but we had to leave! Bathroom had a bath which was very welcome when most accommodation has very pokey bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again when back in Edinburgh.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, the room was great, quiet, and modern. Loved it and I will be staying at Apex hotels more often. A couple of observations, anyone with bulky luggage arriving by train may not want to follow the walking directions to the hotel provided on their website, it involves going up and down a couple of flights of stairs. Also, the isolated door where the instructions lead to can also be deceptively suspicious, don't be intimidated by it, just ring the bell to get the door opened for you and take the elevator to the lobby level.

2 nights in Edinburgh made stress free by the staff of the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel. Friendly and interested. The hotel was spotless. The room was immaculate. A 3 course meal in the restaurant was first class. Recommend to all!

Great value for money. Good size rooms. Staff were very helpful and held our cases as we arrived before check in time. When we went back to check in staff had put our cases in our room already. Would definately stay there again.

Highly recommended, top class service should be a 5*

Our bags were lost when we landed in Edinburgh and as soon as we got to the hotel and told them, one of the receptionists called the airline immediately and got on the case. When we got to our room, I didn't like it because I prefer rooms facing the street rather than the interior. I called and the room was switched immediately, we didn't have to go back to reception, we were just told to meet someone on the floor with the new room. The place was clean, and well maintained. LINDA, the concierge was AMAZING! She had a wealth of information and she was genuinely interested in us having a good experience. She gave us plenty of pointers and information places to visit. Lastly, we took a day trip into the highlands with the heart of Scotland tours and the pick up point was LITERALLY across the street from the hotel. A+!

We were on a short city break. The weather was not the best, so we availed of the food in the bar more than we usually would on such trips. We found it very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Location was great. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel in the new part of town. Just a 15 minute walk through town to some of the main tourist attractions (Castle, Palace) and in a great neighborhood, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Try a walk down Leith Walk to explore the more local/ethnic cuisine that Edinburgh has to offer.

Brilliant location, very comfortable bed, lovely staff. The room was a little masculine for two girls - perhaps designed around the male commuter - but it was fine for the one night we were there. The shower let the room down - it leaked everywhere and was a bit pathetic but, again, for one night, it was fine. We'd definitely stay again but would ask for a bigger room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apex Waterloo. The location is absolutely perfect- about 3 minutes away from North Bridge straight across to the Royal Mile. Our room was massive and beautiful and super comfortable. From the super deep tub (awesome!) to the built in desk vanity. The bed slept very comfortably, and it was super clean. Great stay all the way around!

This hotel was excellent, although we did not use the spa facilities or the restaurant. The prices listed for breakfast seemed expensive, but there are plenty of nice eateries nearby, more reasonably priced. Car parking is not easy, particularly on a Saturday night, onstreet bays were full. Drop-off and pick-up also tricky, we had to double park while we unloaded luggage, before finding a car park in the vicinity, a ten minute walk from hotel. Ask advice of the hotel on booking, they have a reduced rate with a car park in the area, which we were unaware of. Very clean, comfortable, well appointed hotel, with pleasant, helpful staff. Very quiet too, although the hotel was busy. Would stay here again, and recommend it to friends.

Excellent concierge and generally the hotel was the standard I expect of the Apex. The spa was a little cold in the areas between the pool and steam rooms but that's a minor niggle.

Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!

this hotel weekend break was a xmas present and we had a lovely stay.would definately come back again and will gladly recommend to our friends back in ireland.

Hotel was great and in a ideal location really enjoyed our stay staff were very helpful and polite and can't be faulted just a few problems room and bathroom could have been cleaner and our room was right next to a pub which was open until 3am so not much sleep until after that also couldn't hear the tv due to music from pub felt price was a big high because of these issues

Superb hotel with friendly helpful staff. Everything the business traveller needs - good free wi fi, good location (near to rail station and airport bus and taxis), mini-gym, iron/ ironing board.

We've stayed here before and found the hotel to be excellent. As before we found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the double room was clean and spacious. The hotel is just a five minute walk from the train station, and our main reason for staying, the Edinburgh Playhouse. We had a great time and would highly recommend the Apex Waterloo.

We had a superior room but when we arrived it was stiflingly hot. When we turned down the heating ( it had been set at 27 degrees) we noticed a horrendous damp smell throughout the room and bathroom. As we were only saying one night and were going out for the night we didn't bother to ask for a move. The room (apart from the smell) was huge,with an equally huge bathroom - the walk in shower alone would take a football team! The expresso coffee was very good. The bar area was very nice but can't comment on breakfast as we declined the offer - £10 each is a bit steep even in Edinburgh. We did buy the bath duck though - with a donation to charity at reception. I would go back but ask for a different room. (we were in 847)

Splendid. Jolly good show all round. I particularly liked the shower, so much so I even felt compelled to use it during my stay.

The hotel is central to the tourist sights and was very clean, comfortable with excellent facilities. I would recommend the breakfast as it was good value for money. Great service all round - would definitely stay there again.

Overall a great place to stay for a getaway, facilities top notch as were the staff. Restaurant was affordable and the atmosphere welcoming. My partner had a couple if spa treatments and was over the moon. Gum and pool very adequate for being in a city centre hotel.

We stayed there for 4 nights, it was a very comfortable stay. Our room nice and clean. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the rail station and other tourist sites.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights over new year. The hotel has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and the spa, pool and gym are great. The choice at breakfast is great - continental and cooked. We will bebooking this hotel again.

Had a great overnight stay - very comfortable bed.

Wonderful hotel. I did have trouble finding the hotel from the main train station which is actually very close..........3 people gave me wrong directions before I found the hotel. The hotel might put a readable map on their internet site.
