La Quinta Inn & Suites Garland Harbor Point - גרלנד

Only complaint could'nt use hot tub in morning before long trip even though, per your rules ,we are fully responsible for use.Your 8 am opening time is not user friendly for travelers who have to be on the road early.

Very Clean!! Excellent staff!!

Had my 12 yr old daughter with me and she was disappointed in tv channels. Only had one channel for children. Other than that my stay was pleasant.

Toilet did not work. No staff at front desk upon arrival. Difficult to get to restaurants and back to expressway.

We had a terrific time. Pool and hot tub were a big plus for us. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my visit, the gym and pool/spa was what my wife and I enjoyed the most after eating takeout food and missing our daily workouts from being absent from home. Our room was very nice and clean... the only two things that were disappointing is that the walls were thin enough to here the voices from the room next door which happen to be at bedtime and the bottle water dispenser was broke.

Loved this hotel! Nice, clean rooms; super comfortable beds; tasty hot breakfast; friendly staff; love the indoor hottub! I travel A LOT and this is one of those hotels that sets the bar high for all others.

Excellent hotel. I stay in alot of La Quinta hotels when I travel because of their great pet policy. This was the by far the nicest one. The desk clerk was particularly helpful and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms & friendly staff.

This was our third stay here, and the hotel still lives up to its ratings. This hotel is modern, and is comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, and pastries, anjd the staff was pleasant and efficient. We will stay here again. Thank you.

During our Dec 15, 2012 stay, this LQ appeared to have the latest LQ decorating scheme and furnishings. Very clean building and room. Room had nice over stuffed faux leather chair, desk, and mirror door on the closet instead of a conventional closet door.

The hotel was very nice, wih friendly helpful staff. The indoor pool was open and good. They had to reset the Wi-Fi network for me before it would connect, but did this willingly. The only negative was that there were no nearby restaurants.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean! We will definitely stay here again!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with everyone. Definitely will stay again if ever in Dallas.

Good clean room for a great price near Bass Pro Shops, easy to get to Mesquite and Garland.

Thin walls, mediocre breakfast w/ terrible instant coffee machine but name included suite and we got only regular room...

We stayed here one night and would have stayed longer if we could. The rooms were very clean, lots of room and laid out well. The breakfast buffet had good food. And the pool was so refreshing. But the best part of this hotel was the service. The staff was extremely friendly and remembered us the next morning in the breakfast buffet. And they didn't just remember us, they stopped at several tables and chatted. And all of this at a fabulous rate! I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean and front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Room and bathroom were very clean and very well priced. Felt new. Quiet hotel halls and couldn't hear any road noise.

The hotel was the ideal location in order to be minutes away from our event. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend it for the price.

Only thing I noticed was some damage to the reclining chair but other than that perfect room. Recently built, wireless internet worked great, and easy access to highway.

Staff super friendly and helpful plus room wonderful in all respects. Only problem location, in reguard to nice restaurants- difficult to get to.

Nice and clean rooms to stay; I woke hearing the thumbing noice from up stairs people walking. Front desk staffs were very respectful and courteous. Early check in was allowed. Bathroom has wood/pergo type which I found was unusual. BF was decent with some choices, don't expect an elaborate breakfast though. Hot egg and sausage was a plesant surprise. It was close to my Garland conference so very conveniently located.

Hotel we clean and mostly very comfortable. Desk agent was pleasant and helpful. We found the beds alittle too firm, but otherwise the hotel was perfect for us.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue at Eastern Hills CC. Staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and spacious with all advertised amenities. Breakfast included hot offerings such as scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and waffles. Popcorn available in pm. We would definitely return.

Upon arrival in my room, I turned on the light/fan in the bathroom and found it to be very squeeky.... I went back to the front desk and they gave me a different room. No problem there. One strange thing in this room is that they have a "Master Power Switch" which is just another light switch located by the entry/exit door but is not marked as such - and it is located right next to the main light switch for the room. This can by annoying especially if you set the time on your alarm clock, leave the room, turn the switch off, come back to the room, turn the switch back on and guess what - you get to reset the time on the alarm clock again. They should at least mark these switches so you don't accidently turn off the wrong one....

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool!!!

Poppy was very friendly and a real pleasure to speak to while checking in. Over all we were very pleased with our stay!

blind pick on a last minute work trip turned out to be a very restful place, rooms were big, clean and hotel was very quiet

I always like a brand new maybe a year old at the most hotel so of course it was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable and they had the audio video connecttions on the tv so my daughter and i could watch movies off of our dvd player and the staff was very nice

I have stayed many times and have always enjoyed the staff and the comfort of the room.

Newer hotel. Nice rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Included continental breakfast had many choices including eggs and waffles. Recommended if you need a convenient hotel to that area.
